If you're looking for great care by a primary physician Dr.DiMaria is your person. She is caring, thorough and knows her stuff. A small practice like hers is the best because you don't get caught up with these big medical conglomerates.. I just had some recent issues and called her office for help and guidance. Rosemarie at the front desk was so kind and helped me immediately today and also on Monday when I called the office for a script. . My good friend came to you many times. You told her she had a sinus infection.You didn't send her for a swallow test or a endoscopy.She was having trouble swallowing was living on chicken soup. The office personnel are excellent. They answer the phone, refill prescriptions easily, make emergency appointments when you're sick, and call you as soon as test results are completed. I've never had such a great experience with a doctor's front office on Long Island before or since. Doctor D is excellent. great communicator and is very thorough. I always feel like I am being taken care of with CARE and compassion. It's rare to have a great doctor who also has a super personality. I'm Lucy, to have found this practice. Doctors are nice however the waiting time is more than 30-45 minutes every time I come. I have been coming to this facility since I moved to Deer Park and while I like Dr. Dimaria and Dr. Justine there is so much waiting time and hard to get appts. read more

Idk what other's are complaining about. There are other people that see the Dr. As well. Sometimes a patient takes longer than another.. Visited this doctor after my initial doctor left the office. Do yourself and your health a big favor, find another doctor. I am healthy, but can't imagine being sick and going to this doctor. No personal care, a lot of inconvenience and not so knowledgeable staff. Google a doctor, you can't do worse. read more

If you value your health and well-being you will STAY AWAY from Dr. DiMaria! All she does when you visit her is tell you that you have a "sinus infection" or an "ear infection" and prescribe antibiotics. She has no idea what she is doing, and a family friend of mine ended up having stage 4 cancer after being misdiagnosed by this doctor. BEWARE!!! read more

I had an appointment today for blood work, at the front desk before I was admitted to see the doctor, I was presented with a bill dated 1-13-20 for $ 123.00 ( in all this time I never received a bill) I asked the receptionist what the bill was for I was told that was for the Medicare deductible of 2020 !!!!!!! I told her that usually the Medicare deductible was covered by my secondary insurance as usually is done every year. She told me that I was wrong and the bill had to be paid now or else I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE DOCTOR!!!!!! She was kind of rude and unprofessional. I paid half of the bill and Iwas admitted to see the doctor. I did get in touch with my secondary insurance and they confirmed that the bill was paid on February 13- 2020 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Icalled the receptionist and told her that she was wrong; again she was kind of rude telling me to take the matter to the billing department next monday ????????
