She listens to any concerns and is able to address them with sincerity and compassion. I am glad to have her as my doctor and I highly recommend her. The assistants and staff have also always been friendly during my visits.

Since after the first few years, I moved far away, he set a…read moreroutine for me to come in for periodic check-ups and he would have his nurse give me a box of serum each time I saw him, so that I could take it with me in order to have a doctor's office near me administer the injections that would follow Dr Lang's prescribed schedule. But after decades with no problem, the time came that one vial from one of the boxes ran short. It was supposed to last a year, like the other vials in the box, but it didn't. So, I had to call Dr Lang's nurse and ask for her to send more. When I explained to her that I ran out of serum with one of the vials, she replied something to the effect of "Yeah, so what are you calling me for?!" The conversation went from bad to worse. It was obvious that I could never go back, but as I always loved Dr Lang, I had wanted to tell him of my experience, and I had wanted to say good-bye and to thank him for helping me over the years. But he would not return my call. I tried more than once to reach him, until finally, the office manager got on the phone with me. When I told her I wanted to speak with him, she quipped, "He is not going to speak with you, do you understand that?!!!" Yeah, I got it -- I got it alright. My, my - how Dr Lang had changed from when he was about age 35, when I first met him, to his mid-70's. What a send-off! What an end to a decades long - truly epic - doctor-patient relationship. Sad.

They always take their time for you and they always talk very sweet with my baby. They both really do care about your child. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. The office is nice and clean and they have separate rooms for sick children and for nursing moms. And they are always able to provide you with samples so you can try it first like formula or lotions. There is never a long wait time. They work perfectly on schedule. They are always able to give you a appointment on the same day if you have a sick child.

- made two appointment back-to-back for myself and my then 16 year old daughter for annual physical…read more- at the "physical" we endured a bunch of unnecessary tests like EKG (what 16 year-old needs an ekg? - saw the doc together for a total of maybe 5 minutes - was prescribed medications we did not need - didn't get the incentive my emplyer gives for annual physicals because the practice didn't bill it as a physcial - had a charge in my EOB called "ENCEPHLGRM" which they told me was an EKG (I'm an RN I know that's not the code for an EKG) which of course my nsurance did not pay for bc it was not necessary - not was it performed bc I didn't have one ended up with a $400 bill PER PERSON for a physical that should be covered under my insurance!!

A new patient date would be about a month away 2. I couldn't get a physical the same day 3. They wouldn't accept my insurance 4. Every other place couldn't be bothered with me because I was new It was all so frustrating until I finally found this place!! I called on a Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday at 9am! I was able to get in, fill out all the new patient paperwork and get my entire physical done within an hour. Every single staff member that I encountered was so sweet and friendly. The doctor was thorough and kind. The waiting room, testing room and examination room were fantastically clean and decorated nicely. I am SO beyond happy I found this place and would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!

I was permitted to book an appointment with this office less than three days ago. I was confirmed for that appointment less than 24 hours ago. To be told at 7 AM this morning when I walk into the office, but they no longer accept my insurance their office never notified me and as a patient of almost 20 years, I could pay out-of-pocket to see my doctor or basically go screw. You can imagine how that could be physically upsetting so when I never threatened anybody in the office and never used any foul language, but was visibly crying, trying to advocate for myself because I would love to know if I'm walking around with pneumonia As I'm working it out or thinking I am with the office manager being told that they dropped the ball and it's their fault. I have poor Suffolk County police officers walk up behind me to escort me out when I was never asked to leave, but to the contrary, asked to hang tight while they figured out what they could do for me. To treat a patient who is begging for medical care as a criminal while you lead her to believe that you think you're helping her just to leave Heard a law-enforcement is quite honestly disgusting and despicable. I'm reporting the entire facility to the medical board. And they just lost multiple patients who have been their decades before Catholic health ever decided to slap their name on that building and they were just a mom and Pop family medicine place. They actually gave a crap about their patients!
