If I could give 0 stars I would. I was 7 months pregnant and having a difficult time getting…read morerefills for my necessary medications thyroid and blood pressure. Needing those two medications is a necessity to function as a normal person. This is especially true even more so being pregnant and it can be very dangerous to not only you but your unborn baby if those levels are even the slightest off. Well due to an oversight at his office with these medications it has caused me to call his office every month asking for refills which caused me immense stress. Again being pregnant and under a lot of stress is something that can be dangerous. After speaking with an incompetent staff I finally got through to the doctor after having been told several times prior that he would call me back which he did not. Upon speaking with the doctor he proceeded to berate me for calling every single month when HE was the reason I needed to call in the first place!! He treated me like i was an addict trying to get pain killers when all i was trying to do was get my much needed thyroid and blood pressures pills. I could not believe how I was treated by this doctor that I've even considered reaching out to the licensing board about him. It's an experience I will never forget and I regret ever having met him.

Dr. Loiodice is a true Doctor. He isn't a pill or antibiotic pusher. He gives a real physical exam…read moreand take his own blood (I am impossible to get blood from), checks your eyes and nails. He is like an old country Doctor He is kind and very gentle. He explains everything in a way you can understand. His visits feel more like a conversation with a close knowledgeable friend. He put me on a drug that never worked before because I was uninformed. This was because a previous Doctor didn't explain that it takes time to build up in your system. Dr. Loiodice did explain. When he gives advise he tells you exactly what and where to buy it. He treats conservatively with prescriptions and concentrates more on lifestyle changes.

I am a patient of Dr Roxanne Carfora for many years. And from what I have experienced She has…read morealways gone above and beyond for each and every one of her patients. The only way she and many true healing doctors are able to do that is by moving away from the huge Medical Monopoly who control the medical industry. Most patients typically would not know that Not accepting insurance's is not being greedy, on the contrary it is the total opposite! The Medical Monopoly makes it difficult , impossible to be a true healer of medicine. Why? Because sick people make money for insurances, big Pharma, and the government who runs it all. So, true healers have to break away from the sick care system, and run their practice offering true health care for all patients and in that process we the patients have to pay for that? It cost money to have an office, and a practice in that office. Doctors have to have insurance to protect themselves against lawsuits and accidents etc . It cost money to have a practice . So yes, patients have to pay for that office visit, and considering the price of eggs today, 250.00 for an office visit is fair. One has to decide what type of needs they have. Do you want healing or do you want to live on that hamster wheel until you can't run on it anymore? Dr Carfora is one of the handful of Doctors who truly seek to heel her patients. There is no hamster wheel in her practice because she will find the root cause of your illness , and help you heal. And Not accepting insurance is one way of breaking away from the system that allows her to do that. Sick care is not set up to heal anyone. What is Sick Care? Diagnosing, and handing you a script. You go home, you take your meds that cover up all your symptoms, you feel better and move on. Until the script is done, and your symptom's come back, along with a new added symptom. So, you make another appointment go in, get diagnosed, and now your referred to a SPECIALIST ... who sends you for testing . Now, you leave that office with a script again covering up symptoms . One will think because the pain and or ailment has been blocked , that they are healed . Weeks , months go by, and your in the office with if not the same issue, something else because now the issue you complained about first has now moved into something else because the first issue was never really addressed . The crack keeps getting bigger and bigger when it's not fixed properly right? The hamster wheel spins... and you're the one on it now. This is the process of what people have been use to, and accept when seeing a Doctor. Even doctors who are part of this Medical Monopoly think diagnosing and dolling out meds is healing. This is not Dr Carforas practice. Breaking away from the controlling system is what allows Dr Carfora to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. Health care, not sick care... As for personalities in the office? The receptionists, assistants etc? Everyone has a bad day. And everyone has a different demeanor about them. Are you in the office to make a friend? Or see the Doctor? And keep in mind, people make mistakes , technology stinks for sure . So, don't sweat the small stuff. People in general really do mean well. We are living in difficult times pertaining to everything... what we need is to come together and get through it . I have watched and experienced Dr Carforas persistence on changing the sick care system to True Health Care... She is a warrior for your health, and we are worth it... I know I am... and so is she! Blessings Always to you all ....

I saw her in October 2021 and booked my next appointment for today , February 7 , 2022 . After receiving many texts to confirm my appointment , fill out paper work etc there was never a mention of Dr Carfora not accepting any insurance now except for Medicare . I was told at the office the day of my appointment and was told it would be $250 . I was shocked and very annoyed after driving 30 minutes in freezing rain to get there . I asked the receptionist why I was not contacted and her reply was they contacted all her patients , my response was well I was not contacted about it . The next thing she said was that I should have gotten a letter from my insurance company stating that Dr Carfora was no longer accepting any insurance except for Medicare . The way the front desk handled the whole thing was extremely unprofessional.I got my lab work and took it with me , since I will not be going back. I will find another Dr who will accept my insurance , to charge your patients who have insurance that isn't accepted any more , and who are now expected to pay $250 for a ten minute visit is outrageous. This shows me that another once great Dr. was influenced by greed . Before I left the office I told the front desk they should make sure that people know before they come of the changes , to which she still insisted they notified the patients with a nasty attitude . The front desk girl needs an attitude adjustment as well ,she does not belong in a job dealing with the public and if it was a North well office she would be fired . Say what you will about North well but they run their offices efficiently and treat the patients / customers with respect . Good bye andGood luck !
