Then she rushed me out the door. I tried to ask some questions. She replied in about five words. Then she left the room to make more money by seeing more patients. She does not care about patient's health; works only for money. Dr. Nawaz is brilliant and kind, yet runs 45-60 minutes late. The Patchogue location has poor quality sensors for the water to turn on in the restrooms. The water turned on for only one second, off four seconds; on again for one second; then no more water at all from the faucet. I have never experienced such poor water sensors before. I almost began to bleed caused by so-called blood specialists. They seem to have no idea what causes eczema. My fingers within two minutes became cracked, peeling and almost bleeding from this location. Patients with eczema, beware. In general, NY Cancer and Blood Specialists has some good doctors, some not so good, and the quality of everything else is poor.

During these trial times with this Pandemic I was able to actually see a Primary Doctor . I had no wait time and the staff was detail with my medics issues and concerns. I spent the past few years just going to Urgent Care's and getting miss information and lack of proper testing. Dr. Bleecher bedside manor is fantastic and he treats like a patient and not a number . I was able to get the basic work up I was pass do on and Dr.Bleecher took care of all of it . I called office late June due to my husband not feeling well. NO sick appointments for 5 days, with another Dr in practice. they told us to go to urgent care. long story short admitted to ER with bowl blockage. The next week I developed shingles and again no SICK visits for days. went to ENT And he treated me but needed to see primary or neurologist . I go an appoint with neurologist but had to wait as a new patient. called Dr Carbral's office again on 7/27/26. earliest appointment 8/10. This is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. I use to work for a large family practice and there were always sick appointments added if Dr felt the need. I guess this office is only good if you need to be seen for a non emergency. I'm leaving this practice and going to Stony Brook which will always find a sick appointment somewhere in their system. I guess this is why urgent care and ER's are packed. you can't get into Dr"s if god forbid you get sick
