She does not care about patient's health; works only for money. Dr. Nawaz is brilliant and kind, yet runs 45-60 minutes late. The Patchogue location has poor quality sensors for the water to turn on in the restrooms. The water turned on for only one second, off four seconds; on again for one second; then no more water at all from the faucet. I have never experienced such poor water sensors before. I almost began to bleed caused by so-called blood specialists. They seem to have no idea what causes eczema. My fingers within two minutes became cracked, peeling and almost bleeding from this location. Patients with eczema, beware. In general, NY Cancer and Blood Specialists has some good doctors, some not so good, and the quality of everything else is poor.

I was able to get in, fill out all the new patient paperwork and get my entire physical done within an hour. Every single staff member that I encountered was so sweet and friendly. I was permitted to book an appointment with this office less than three days ago. I was confirmed for that appointment less than 24 hours ago. To be told at 7 AM this morning when I walk into the office, but they no longer accept my insurance their office never notified me and as a patient of almost 20 years, I could pay out-of-pocket to see my doctor or basically go screw. You can imagine how that could be physically upsetting so when I never threatened anybody in the office and never used any foul language, but was visibly crying, trying to advocate for myself because I would love to know if I'm walking around with pneumonia As I'm working it out or thinking I am with the office manager being told that they dropped the ball and it's their fault. I have poor Suffolk County police officers walk up behind me to escort me out when I was never asked to leave, but to the contrary, asked to hang tight while they figured out what they could do for me.
