The furu sesame has been my long time favorite for ages, and it didn't disappoint this time either. We both thought the food tasted fresh and delicious. The store was severely understaffed and my pick-up order was either given to the wrong person or lost. In either case, the employees thought it had been completed while I was still empty handed after 30 or 40 minutes. I talked with the employee manning the register and he seemed confused but said it would be "done in a few minutes". It was absolutely swamped when I was in there; mistakes happen; I understand. What I don't understand is why over the course of the next 45 minutes, I got to watch countless other customers walk in and out with their food despite being told again and again my order would be "done in a few minutes". At my fourth or fifth visit to the register I was told they were out of every meat except tofu; they hadn't started making my order yet. Again, I understand running out of things on a busy day, but had the order been: A) completed in a reasonable time frame, or B) corrected after the initial confusion, I have no doubt I would have received what I ordered. Instead I walked out of Junzi after almost an hour and a half with a bag full of tofu and disappointment.
