The food and drinks were amazing! Top tier I dare say. The atmosphere was great vibes were spectacular. Julie was my server and let me just say A++ she was super informative and was super understanding with it being my parties first time here. Thank you Julie, that was service you hope for wherever you go out that made our experience 100x better. read more

I wish i could give this place more stars because the ambiance was pretty amazing, but the menu was so underwhelming i probably would not go back....at least for food anyway. When you walk in it really is pretty and welcoming and makes you want to hang out there. Our server was awesome very attentive and helpful. The food was ok, but there was not a lot to choose from and the prices were a bit high for what it was. We got the Nachos, Chicken tacos and veggie tacos. The Nachos were delicious but the tacos were pretty simple. I would say maybe it is more of a bar place but the drink menu was just meh nothing special. I had high hopes and would return if there were friends going but would not be the place i chose. read more

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try this place out for a while as we live in the area , we weren't able to sit inside because we were walk ins so we sat in the sidewalk seating which was just fine. We started off with some frozen margaritas which were delish and then had the nachos with chicken and carnita tacos which were also very good. Tacos were pretty small in portion considering price seemed more like an appetizer option but the nachos were great! Customer service was also very good! read more

My boyfriend and I love Mexican and we were so excited that Juno opened. We tried it out and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious on top of the margaritas - YUM! We got the shrimp tacos, the quesadilla, and the queso fundito with chorizo. The queso fundito was delicious, although I do wished there were some onions or scallions in it. The quesadilla was delicious, but a little heavy. The shrimp tacos were perfect! The margs were delicious and refreshing- highly recommend the blueberry marg! read more

Juno has a nice atmosphere and decently good food. We've been for dinner and brunch, I preferred brunch. However, be aware that they automatically put 20% gratuity on the brunch checks. I wasn't paying attention and accidentally tipped an additional 20% on top of that total. My mistake for not noticing, but it's in pretty small print on the menu and the checks they give you prompt you to tip again. read more

Giving this place four stars just for the food and the service. We started off with the nachos appetizer which was goood and super filling. The toppings to chips ratio was perf. I had the spicy chorizo tacos and my friend had the al pastor tacos. The chorizo had the perfect amount of spice and the salsa that was brought out alongside complimented the flavor well. My friend raved about the pastor tacos but I found the meat to be a little chewy. I wouldnt recommend drinking here as their drinks taste like minute maid juice. I sent my drink back twice and still wasn't satisfied with it. Overall i'd visit again just for the food. read more

Made reservations for Mother's Day brunch and it is my birthday. $20.22 special looked perfect. First we were seated under an area that was exposed and it was drizzling. We had to explain to the host why we wanted to move! Clueless. Then. When we ordered from the brunch special the waitress offered us options for toppings for the nachos and options for flavor of margaritas. She NEVER stated that there was an up charge for these options on top of the base price. We had 6 adults at the table. She never said anything to anyone about an additional cost for these options. We got the bill - with the added 20% gratuity- and were shocked at all the extra charges. $8 extra for blood orange margaritas.- times 3 pitchers as they are "unlimited " 4 extra for meat on the nachos - times 3 orders. How unfair to not disclose that to us when offering the options. It certainly gave me a bad opinion of this place. Consumer beware. read more

4/5. I've been here twice during this weird time, once on a date and once with my fam. Both enjoyable experiences. The ambiance is what makes it. Such a trendy spot for some Mexican street food. The food is just okay. I've gotten the quesadilla and tacos and guac and nachos and ceviche and the plantains with ice cream - damn, basically everything on the menu LOL. It's tasty but nothing to write home about. I will say SUPER affordable. The cocktails and margs weren't too strong, so stick to beer probably. We actually got the beer barrel which came with some house made infused tequila. I recommend that! I'll definitely be back for the ambiance and experience. Great date spot or spot to outdoor dine. read more

First time trying this place out and it was very good! We got the fajitas, brisket tacos and queso fundido. The fajitas could have came with less onions and peppers and the queso was a little thick. But it was still very good! The service was a little lacking though, but it wasn't the end of the world. Definitely will come back to Juno! read more

Good food - We had the nachos as an appetizer and each ordered tacos: shrimp tacos, carnitas tacos and asada tacos. Everything was fresh and delicious. Good drinks - frozen margarita, summatime, frozé, and blueberry margarita are all worth trying. We enjoyed them all. Our only complaint is that we wished the drinks were a little bigger. Good service - We were seated right away. The safety protocols were explained to us as soon as we were seated. Our server was attentive without being pesky. Everything came out in a timely fashion and exactly how we ordered it. Great atmosphere - As we entered the outdoor area, we could hear the music playing. It was at a great volume to still be able to hold a conversation without shouting and still get your jig on. The DJ did a great job! It's such a chill space...bright colors, hanging lights, and plants everywhere. It's a total summer time Philly vibe. Definitely looking forward to coming back again. read more

Fantastic food and great service for this outdoor eating option. The weather was cold and damp but the food andcservice was warm and friendly. Since it was Taco Tuesday we took down five orders between the two of us and for good measure we also had one chili relleno, one of the best I have had. For any gluten allergies this is a must stop. read more

came to philly from az and saw this place had good reviews for their food and service. the service was awful. our server Emma barely came to check up on us until it was ready for her to grab the check. had to keep going up to the bar for service. we could see her friends was sitting in the greenhouse because that's where she spent most of her time eating chips. our nachos took 45 min to come out, we got all of our food and finished before they came out. had 3 different people come up to the table asking if we were good n we told each of them that we were still waiting for the nachos. would definitely not recommend this place. read more

The cocktails were pretty good other than the fact that the server told me they were unable to make a Mojito ! Which is weird because The drink menu has mint on it . I also ordered a drink that tasted like perfume ( that was gross ) . The food was meh only tacos and nachos . The only thing this place has going for it is the lovely outdoor decor . Unless they plan on revamping the menu in the fall it's no way I'll be back . El vez remains undefeated as the beat Mexican place in the city ! read more

Juno - Torta De Pastor - Mexican Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Absolutely horrible. I called several times for reservations and their voicemail box was full. When I finally got ahold of someone, I requested a greenhouse, and they told me they would hold it for me. When we showed up, the beyond lazy hostess informed us, for the first time, that we couldn't sit in the greenhouse because those are for parties of six or more. She had the worst attitude and seemed annoyed that she even had to check us in. Also, why wasn't I informed of this greenhouse rule when I made my reservation for two? We then had the SLOWEST waitress ever. We waited for our bill for 30 minutes after finishing all food and drinks. And they added TWENTY PERCENT AUTOMATIC TIP to our bill even though it was only the two of us. On top of that, it was unbearably cold. They say it's heated, but it doesn't feel that way at all. I will never go back. read more

I heard about this place from two different friends who were both raving about it. When I googled, it turns out that Juno is barely two blocks away from my apartment! My friend and I decided we wanted to try their weekend brunch and booked a reservation for 11am the next morning. We were seated immediately and had Caitlin as our server, who was attentive, bubbly, and all around pleasant. We split the Tres Leche French Toast and the Chilaquiles and had a few mimosas. Everything was delicious and our service was incredibly fast; from the time we sat down to when the french toast landed on our table was maybe 20 minutes. Keep in mind if you aren't splitting entrees- the food comes out as it's ready! There was only a pause of a couple of minutes before the chilaquiles were out, though. All of the staff were wearing masks and the tables were spaced out for safety purposes. It's currently reservation only, but it was easy enough to book online the night before. Since we were a party of 2, we had 90 minutes at our table. Our server politely gave us a 30 minute heads up before we would have to leave- which gave us plenty of time to finish our drinks and get ready to leave. I'm looking forward to coming here for drinks and dinner later! read more

Went with friends for drinks and tacos - the perfect place. Had the classic margarita pitcher, chips and guac, and chorizo tacos. I highly recommend!! The tacos were intensely delicious. Will go back and get them again. Service was so attentive and connected with us right away. The funny thing about Juno, is how much it caters to the social media millennial ‍ It is obvious - wood background, beautiful plants, vibrant colors. The restaurant is completely Instagramable. Definitely got some good pics (come camera ready!!). And we ended up on their Instagram - what's cooler than that?! read more

This new space is SOOO needed in this neighborhood. It's an amazing outdoor space. The vibe is absolutely fantastic. Their drinks were stellar (strong and flavorful)! Our waitress was the friendliest and the rest of the waitstaff was really attentive with waters and clearing dishes etc. Overall this was a fantastic space and experience. The only small piece was that the tacos were good, but just not as packed with flavor as some of the more established Mexican restaurants (la calaca, el vez, etc). This place will absolutely perfect the tacos in time. They were still tasty just not overly "wow". GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. THEY HAVE A FANTASTIC VIBE AND THE WAITSTAFF WAS GREAT. PLEASE PATRONIZE THIS SPACE! read more

Terrible service. Took 10-15 minutes to get any attention. Asked for waitress. Then bartender came over and was extremely rude the entire time. Never refilled our beverages. Didn't bring us utensils. Didn't say thank you or have a nice day at the end of the meal. Never going back. read more

We dined here on a lovely late-April evening with a 6:00PM reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. The outdoor seating is adorable and very comfortable; the tables are spread nicely and I loved that you are not sitting uncomfortable close to a stranger. We shared an order of nachos, which were excellent and covered in toppings. We tasted both a frozen strawberry as well as regular strawberry margarita and both were yummy; however, I preferred the regular strawberry a bit more. The steak fajitas and chicken tacos were delicious, however the portion sizes were a bit smaller than expected. Luckily, the addition of nachos for an appetizer made our entire meal very filling. Overall, we were very pleased with our yummy dinner at Juno and would return again! read more

Weekend bottomless mimosa OR margarita plus bottomless taco, a must try. I know why this place is always packed

We sat at the bar. Had my first birria taco Yummy!! Good margaritas. Our server was Keven and he was terrific.

This place has a great food ! It is well decorated with a outside atmosphere. The plants and indoor trees are plant show worthy. My margarita was on point! The chicken fajitas were delicious and well cooked in avocado oil. The food was just as good as the atmosphere. Can't wait to go again read more

Sean was amazing! Happy hour had very fair prices and the drinks were quite good. Attentive staff and sat down right away at 6:30 on a Friday read more

Perhaps they were just trying to do their best getting by during Covid, but the service we experienced was beneath a restaurant. We had an hour and a half to eat in the private green house, and after 15 minutes of ordering they brought out the appetizers, entrees, and drinks simultaneously. The waitress kept on barging in to whisk away our plates as soon as we put our utensils down which was extremely annoying. In fact, the waitress came to take away our plates without asking when we were still eating and there was food still on the plate! I understand there was a 90min time limit, but when all was said and done not even an hour had been on the clock. Disappointing because the food was good. read more

Came here for some drinks but oh boy I wanted to try all the food it looked delicious! If I wasn't strapped for cash right now I would've ordered so much, but even just the flavored margaritas were delicious. The environment was also gorgeous! A nice little outdoor area with a bar and a giant tree in the middle. The staff was also lovely and so personable! Couldn't say enough about this place to be honest :) read more

Ambiance - this place felt really good. The music wasn't overpowering and there was a DJ playing all of the right songs! It's very vibrant, I love that they incorporated murals! Food - I got guac and asada tacos. I wasn't too satisfied with the flavoring of the meat in tacos, it was very bland. The guac was pretty good, I had to add a little salt and lime from my marg to give it what I was looking for. My friend got the carnita tacos, they thought it was seasoned well and flavorful. Drinks- I tried almost all of the margaritas in one sitting. Although I wasn't driving it says a lot that I remember getting home. My ranking order is blueberry (yummalicious, although there wasn't a blueberry in sight), basil (oddly refreshing), traditional (can't go wrong with this one!), blood orange (it was pink...lol), strawberry (very sour, didn't really taste the strawberry flavor). There was an elderflower drink that looked mighty scrumptious, but I didn't get a chance to order it. Location- ample street parking and not too far from the L! Service- my server was very attentive and other staff filled in whenever was needed. My utensils and cup had old food on it and they were very apologetic and ensured my satisfaction. Although we placed a reservation the system made it seem as if they were booked, it was empty for the most part. Overall, it is a cute date spot or even to grab drinks with friends. It lost a star for cleanliness, drinks that don't pick a punch, and food flavor. I would return - especially if they bring in a happy hour! read more

This restraint was ok, the prices weren't bad and neither was the service but the food on the other hand..... A different topic for a different day‍ me or b my boyfriend came for a nice drink after work and some dinner and the drinks weren't the best but it was alright and the same thing goes for the food. read more

I've been here a handful on times. Ambiance is great, food is just okay, and service is terrible.

I will not be returning to this place again. The food was okay and staff decent. Yet the worst was the mouse that scurried past me from the kitchen as I went to restaurant. This will not gamble with my health as this place has an obvious mouse issue and don't know if food contaminated. read more

Very cute aesthetically. Stopped by for dinner before a show at Union Transfer. Drinks are good and I really enjoyed the warm hibiscus punch cocktail, reminded me a little of a mulled wine. Food isn't too pricey and their salsas pack some heat. I enjoyed the chile relleno (this or lengua is my go-to at Mexican spots) but the kitchen dropped the ball and didn't cook it long enough so the cheese inside was still a solid block and the cold weather that night did not help after a few minutes. My partner got the al pastor tacos and they were better than expected. Plantains were excellent and you get more than you would think. Just really missed the mark on execution with that chile relleno. Kind of ruined the experience for me. The kitchen has got to make sure food comes out hot, especially with how cold it gets there with minimal shelter from the temp outside. read more

We've been here many times and always love the food. However, we went today and my boyfriend ordered carnitas tacos, and in his first bite, he found a piece of metal mixed in with the meat. We told the waitress who gave us a new plate of tacos, but we were more just turned off at that point. They only comped us for one margarita after finding and almost swallowing metal, which I think is a bit crazy. There was also a long hair on my empanada. read more

I've been here a few times last summer/fall. The tacos are average but it's rare you find a taco to actually brag about. Other than that the vibe is enough to keep me coming back (great DJ). Amazing. Service was great and attentive. $20 for bottomless tacos and margs is the best deal you can get in the city. I will 100% be coming back here.
