Really great happy hour ! $5 for 3 small tacos but they were really good! $5 margs too. It's a cool Covered outdoor spot
If there was an option to use zero stars I would. First we were sat right under the tree that produced falling stubs whenever the wind blew. Like it's a tree unavoidable right so I didn't pay much mind to it. It was pretty bad tho (as seen in photos). Soooo knowing that this party of 6 is at a bad table you'd make up in the service right? I fear not. We ordered 2 pitchers that never came and when I asked to talk to the manager he was extremely rude basically saying " I don't have time for this" asked us what we wanted asap to "make it up". Me and my friend ordered to margs and they never came. laugh with me guys. My friends came in at the same time as us and got their drinks and food in a timely manner and tables that ordered after us....Juno owner I think it's time you look at your management. If you guys make a res make sure to not be sat under the big tree!
What an amazing space. It really transforms you to forget you're in the city. Tuesday night was $20 pitchers which was awesome. Our server was super sweet and attentive. Happy hour menu was a bonus. Servings are not huge. $5 for one empanada but it was very flavorful and a nice tease as I could have eaten a few. My veggie tacos (3 for $11) were very flavorful but some of the tiniest tacos ever witnessed. Even smaller than what I consider a street taco. Two bites and gone. I'd order more food in the future to soak up more of the yummy margarita. Huge find! Will be back. Careful with that ghost pepper hot sauce from Easton, PA. Fire!
Stopped in here before a show. I haven't been here since back when it was Llama tooth. I got nachos with chorizo. They had crispy cheese. Perfectly cooked. My pal got the tacos. It was delicious and inexpensive. Really good prices. Service was very snappy. I love the outside eating area. Such a nice vibe.
Would probably give this place 2.5 stars. The food was OK at best. There were a lot of small, but weird things - for example, the esquites doesn't come with tortillas or anything to scoop it with. It's a similar thought to guacamole or salsa, where you need another food vehicle to eat it. Another weird thing to mention- I had ordered the soup, which was meh, and had gotten a spoon so tiny, it would've taken me 30 minutes of straight eating in order to finish this soup if I wanted to finish it. It was very strange, almost made for a baby size. The pollo tacos were relatively flavorless. I came on a night where I was extremely hungry, so I scarfed them down, but wouldn't come here again. It was also cold, as it's an outdoor only venue. Bold move for a state/city that experiences very cold weather!
I was in Philly for WWE WrestleMania 40. We decided to checkout Juno's before an event. Service, food and ambiance were great! Their happy hour has great deals. It was Taco Thursday so their tacos were $1.33. Yes you read that right! They come in 3's so it was just enough to fill me up. We had a good time. Waiter was kind and attentive.
Delicious Mexican food with yummy margaritas! Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon for an early dinner. FYI: the whole restaurant is open like a covered patio. It was a hot day but the fans kept it pretty cool. The staff was very accommodating with my 83 year old mom and my husband who need to be near a fan. The place has a relaxed vibe. The margaritas were very good. Our server asked if we wanted sugar or salt. The food was delicious! The empanadas were nicely fried without being greasy. The birria tacos had tender beef, good flavor and the dipping broth was tasty. The chicken tacos also had good flavor and weren't overly spicy.
3.5 stars! Great ambiance and a fine spot for happy hour or brunch but just know the food isn't as nice as the outdoor area. Middle of the road, Americanized Mexican food that's just okay. Drinks were fine and service was very nice. No real complaints just no real reasons to rave
This place has a nice outdoor patio, and it is definitely worth a visit in the summer/spring time. It was pretty empty when we went on a Sunday afternoon but still a beautiful atmosphere. I loved the fact the sports games were on the tv at the bar. They have pretty good drink specials for brunch. The food also came out pretty quick. Our hostess was pretty friendly as well. The Huevos Rancheros was a decent size. I really liked how there was a good amount of chorizo on the plate. Also the use of pickled onions made this dish. I do wish there was more avocados on the plate but that is probably because of my love of avocados not the quality of the meal.
We drove by one night and thought this place looked really nicely lit up. While looking for a place to eat the next day, we didn't realize until we got here that this was the same place we saw the night before. While it was a cute little spot, I thought it looked different inside. The service was ok. We eventually received just chip, no salsa awhile after being seated. The chips were hard, almost as if they were a day old. Our server finally came over and took our drink orders. The margaritas were just ok. Nothing spectacular. They didn't have apple juice for the kids but our oldest had lemonade. She seemed to enjoy it. We ordered the guac which came with another basket of old chips. The adult food came out before the kids food, which I found odd. The toddlers food actually came out last and she only ordered a chicken taco with just lettuce and tomato. Overall it was an ok place. Maybe just for apps and drinks. Not sure if we would visit again.
Came here for a friend's birthday brunch, and it was overall a pretty great experience. We had a reservation for Saturday late afternoon, just in time for the unlimited tacos and nachos. The taco options were chicken, carne asada, egg, and veggie. The nachos were basic cheese with some onions and cilantro. They tasted okay, not amazing but not bad. For $20 pp, I'd say it's a good deal! Only downside was that the tacos took a while to come out, but the waitress was very nice about it and updated us often. We also ordered a few pitchers of margs, but I'd say $28 for the favored ones wasn't that great of a deal given how dilute they were. The ambiance is adorable and great for a summery brunch. I appreciated that there was not additional fee for cake cutting. Overall was a good experience and would consider coming back again.
The bottomless brunch was not worth it. The nachos were really sad. The beans were watery and bland and the toppings were haphazardly thrown on. They were also cold. We only had one plate because they were gross, quite honestly. The carnitas tacos were fine - good but not great. I did like the amount of meat in the tacos. The best thing we had was actually the tres leches french toast. This isn't a part of the bottomless brunch, but our sweet waitress brought it over since our tacos went to the wrong table by mistake, so our wait for them was quite long. The spicy margarita was delightful as well. The service was really great! The ambiance is okay. It's nice being outside, but it was like a hot box since it was packed and covered. We were sweating. It was also extremely loud. I could barely hear our conversation. Since it was closed off, the noise really echoed. Also, our table was stuck at a slant and one of our drinks and plates just slid right off of it. We were catching things from rolling off the table the entire meal. The worst part though is all the fees they tacked on. I'm fine with an automatic gratuity, but they also charged a brunch tax and another tax for their staff. The marg pitcher was a great deal, but otherwise it was a lot of money imo for the quality of the food.
My friend wanted to try Juno for brunch so we made a reservation. Our waiter was very attentive we ordered the mimosa carafe , shrimp empanadas , and the unlimited tacos/nachos. The tacos were good ( favorite between the pork or chicken was the chicken tacos). The mimosa carafe was $20 and we had two. I Can see this place being the location to BE AT during the summer months for brunch and happy hours.
Cute place, like a little oasis in the city. My server was nice and attentive. I the strawberry passion lemonade drink, it was very sour. And not worth the $10. I got a duck taco and the nachos, very filling but not too much. Overall a decent place, when the weather is nice. read more
- Service: Pretty fast and friendly. - Ambiance: They have outside/outdoor (?) seats or if I remember it right, they have an open ceiling so it feels close to the nature. However, it could be hot because of open space like that. - Food: Mediocre at best. We came there for brunch, just got nachos to share, al pastor tacos, and enchiladas. Everything was okay, nothing stands out for me to be impressed or craving for them in the future. It's gonna be a good place if you want some drinks (they have $5 margarita) and cocktails with some quick bites/snack. The restaurant is in center Philly, so definitely really difficult to find parking. read more

I finally made it to this local spot in our neighborhood! We came on a day there was brunch, so I opted for the $20 all-you-can eat tacos and nachos and $20 pitcher of passion fruit margarita (extra $8 for puree). The server was so sweet and kind. The tacos were small and quaint, so I was happy I could have three orders with my eating not including meat (I did huevos and veggie.) I enjoyed the sauces and corn tortillas - the food was not heavy. The margarita was amazing and refreshing! The ambiance is chill and cozy, even being off of busy Spring Garden. I'll be back for some of their taco special nights and to try more of their menu! read more

A beautiful hole in the wall with colorful plants all around and Francesca gave wonderful service. BOTTOMLESS tacos and nachos for $25!!! You get to choose different tacos each round if you want, my favorite is the ground beef for sure, sounds basic but trust me - its not. I can confirm they have good margaritas. read more
Juno is an outdoor gem in this area! It's vibrant, colorful, decorated with string lights, and there's a huge tree in the middle. It really feels like you're dining outside. I mostly come for happy hour as everything on the menu is $5. Each taco order comes with 3 and they are happy hour sized. There's a choice between chicken and carnitas; I would say I prefer the carnitas for a lighter taste! Nachos are plenty to share and come with a lot of toppings. I would also make sure to ask for hot sauce on the side as they seem to have their own creation! Service is always good. read more
Overall: Subpar tacos but not the worst but also you can get better Price: 3 tacos for 14$. That's pretty expensive in my opinion for subpar tacos. Taste: I got the carne asada tacos. They were very salty and don't taste like authentic traditional tacos. Vibes: cute place and chill vibes. I would go for the aesthetics only read more

Hello Alex…
My friends and I had all been to Juno before, and when booking a reservation, we completely disagreed with the 3.8 stars from yelp-- we thought it was a great place. After yesterday's experience, I thought that 3.8 was generous. Manager Chris grumpily told us reservations were not taken and that if we were "in front of his eyes" he would seat us. After ordering a passion fruit margarita pitcher, we asked if this was the correct order to which Chris responded yeah it's guava passion fruit. There was no indication of guava on the menu. Our chips were stale. Guac still very good. Food served cold-- so much so that my steak burrito had unmelted cheese inside the burrito. Although I loved the ambiance, my party strongly disliked how manager spoke to guests and how food tasted. My friend who ordered the flautas is now showing symptoms of food poisoning. Unfortunately will never be returning. read more

The Health Department needs to pay a visit! What happened? I remember coming to Juno in July of 2021 when it was brand new. The plantains were crispy, the tacos were exquisite and the esquites were creamy. The sun beamed on us as music played in the background. We went to Juno last night for dinner because most places were booked either because it was Friday or for Restaurant Week. They put a roof over the space since it's mid January. Our hostess was so flustered picking a table, counting the menus and needed to check with 3 other people how and where to seat us, despite the restaurant only being 1/3 seated. We ate maybe 10% of our food. Do not get the seafood. The seafood in general at Juno smelled AWFUL, I think it's not only frozen but outdated! It was so hard to sit with the food in front of us, we just wanted the check but that took forever to come. The cod tacos were filled well but smelled absolutely disgusting. The shrimp quesadillas smelled like vomit. I'm sorry, I should be grateful for food but seafood shouldn't smell this bad, especially after being cooked and tossed with spices. The tostada salad lacked flavor and was comprised mostly of lettuce. Juno's quality has gone down so poorly. I was so disappointed last night as I recommended this spot to people and hyped it up. ALSO LOOK AT THE CILANTRO IN MY PICTURES, OLD AND SPOILED! read more

This place is pretty good. Nachos 3/5 - the nachos were very good, excellent serving size too. I was sad to discover that I had some hot and cold spots in my nachos as far as the chicken's temperature goes. Suadero - 4/5 - these tacos were very good the salsa verde on the side gave it a nice boost. This taco consisted of brisket pieces, onions, and cilantro! Birria - 4/5 - the birria tacos were very good as well. If you never had a birria taco before, I recommend this location's take on it. Ultimately, this is an overall good spot to go to. I also suggest you try the hot honey marg!! It tastes like a mix between honey/lime juice/tequila and a kick of spice. I knocked off some points because of the nachos and when I walked in there wasn't anyone ready to seat me (might be because I came during slow hours). read more
At first when I pulled up in front of the establishment I thought how easily it was to miss that this place existed. Anyway, I found parking and carried on and walked into what seemed like a secret hideaway with vast outdoor seating. I attended a group brunch with about 40 people and we opted for the unlimited drink/food options that lasted ~2 hours. The food and drinks took extremely long to arrive with each round and we realized it was because they had one waitress for the entire outdoor portion of the restaurant. The margaritas were fabulous but the tacos left a lot to be desired. The unlimited options, were chicken that tasted soggy and lack of flavor, beef, or pork. The latter two never made it to me although I requested it. BUT in looking at other folks plates, at other tables who did not do the unlimited meals their food looked delicious! Next time I try this place I would just order from their regular menu and not the unlimited specials. read more

Juno has good bites, but this time around I was a little let down by some of the things we ordered. I got the taco salad, and the bowl it comes in is totally not conducive to eating. It's so small and hard to manage with the toppings. Also, the esquites doesn't come with chips? Who is going to eat that without chips? Unless that's the way it's traditionally eaten, then I guess that's fine. The overall ambiance is very nice with pretty greens and nice staff, though it should be mentioned that there doesn't seem to be any real indoor seating -- just outdoor with heaters. So beware in the winter! read more

Thanks for your review Jennifer! We are happy your enjoyed everything.
Great ambience and atmosphere, fast service, but the food honestly left us disappointed. I've heard the kids throw the word 'mid' around a lot lately, not quite sure what they meant. But then I had the food at Juno and I was like "yeah, this is pretty mid". I did love the frozen margarita though, would highly recommend getting that spicy. The guacamole was alright, the fruit was a nice touch but just sprinkled on rather than really mixed in. The chimicanga was also okay, but the chicken kinda tasteless. I had to get some salsa on the side to give it more flavor. The best part were the birria tacos, but I thought even that was sorta salty. I wouldn't mind stopping by here again, maybe try some different tacos, but yeah overall pretty meh food, good drinks and a great atmosphere. read more

The brunch that I needed in my life. If you are a fan of tacos and margaritas then you will love this place. We came here on a sunny Saturday in Philly and made reservations for 12 PM. Once we checked in, we got seated immediately. I'd suggest coming early because it started getting very packed as the hour went by. Our waitress let us know about the brunch special, as well as the add-ons for things like additional time or mimosas instead of margs. If add these things your price will go up more than the brunch cost so just be sure and ask about the items before including them in your bill. For drinks I tried the regular margarita and added a blood orange margarita for one round for $2. I wish they allowed for different flavors of margaritas for free for each round but since they don't I recommend trying at least one flavored one. The margs were good but the flavored ones definitely beat the regular option. I devoured the tacos! I tried the chicken and carnitas tacos. I love that they are street style tacos and since it's bottomless you can get as many as you want. I thought the nachos could've been a little better. Overall, this is a solid brunch spot! Add on the outdoor ambiance and friendly staff of Juno and you will for sure have a great brunch experience. read more

Been wanting to try juno since I saw it on Instagram a couple years ago. We got al pastor tacos, carnitas tacos, carnitas burrito, chimichanga, nachos, chorizo empanadas, and churros. Personally the Al pastor was average. The meat had some very inedible chewy pieces and one massive piece of fat was also really gross to find in my mouth. Spit out immediately. But I will say they load you up on food here. So that was a big plus. Tons of meat in the items. Nachos were really good so we're the churros. Everyone seemed to like what they got. The empanada was spicy. It didn't taste spectacular to me. Service was spotty here. Table was insanely wobbly. We never got water refills. Had to keep asking. Felt it was hard to get staff over to help us at times. Wished they would've been a bit more attentive. But they were fine. Fatty chewy meat and not super attentive service is reason for 4 stars. Overall it was a cute place and good food decent value. read more
Solid Mexican food! If you don't come for the food, come for the ambiance of this restaurant. It's all outdoors and it's super cute! I thought the highlight was the tacos Al pastor- the meat was very flavorful and I tasted pretty authentic. They also have a killer margarita menu- you can pick from a ton of different flavors! I got the spicy. Good level of spice, but I thought the marg was just a tad too sweet (that's just personal preference though!) Service was also good! Overall, very happy I came here for dinner. read more
Everything was great but the Entree that was ok. The nachos were definitely something We would order again without the tomatoes. I didn't get a picture of the churros but they were nice, even though it only says chocolate syrup on the menu you can request dulce de leche sauce because they do have it. The atmosphere was cool, kind of a mixed crowd, definitely a nice little date spot. Prices were not bad at all! Most importantly the staff was amazing, they were very accommodating and frequently checked in with you on if you needed anything. read more
Nice place/ambiance to go with friends or on a date. They provide you with frozen glass for your beer so thats a major plus. My friend and i came here on a Friday evening and to our surprise we were able to get a table w/o rsvp. Ordered a couple of beers, nachos, and shrimp/ceviche; the beers came right away, the apps came out 45 mins later. If I didn't ask about our apps, we'd probably would wait for an hour for just nachos and ceviche. Nevertheless, the food came and they comps us another round of our beers. read more

Food was good (not amazing, but still pretty tasty) - but the way they handled the bill here left a sour taste in my mouth. They brought the check with the automatic gratuity (20%) and other fees... which, okay fine - but they didn't point this out at all. What really bothered me was when I paid, the receipt they brought me to sign suggested an additional tip with no acknowledgment of the first. Again - food was decent. The enchiladas were good (though beans were a bit watery and could've been hotter) and the Al pastor tacos were pretty good. We really enjoyed the guacamole and the overall environment (it is really pretty, but it gets HOT and they could use more fans). Overall, I don't appreciate their business practices and won't be returning. read more
Juno is a bit of a mixed bag for me. The staff was all incredibly kind and the restaurant itself is beautiful with flowers and decorations everywhere. The atmosphere really is something. However the food itself is just ok. The shrimp tacos were okay but the tortillas were small and ripped almost immediately so I had to use a fork and knife to eat my tacos. My friend got the salad which has good flavor but should've been more heavily dressed and could've done without the bell pepper chunks. The margs (strawberry) were delicious but my friend also got a vodka soda which she barely drank as it was just way too strong. If you're looking for a knock out meal with incredible food, this may not be the spot but if you're looking for vibes it's a certainly a contender. read more
Amazing brunch deal! The margaritas come right on tap because they are that popular. They are sour with a hint of sweet. I usually dont drink margaritas but these were good! Have about 3-4 of these and youre set. Service at the bar was great. Super attentive and fast. Another reviewer mentioned the tacos were small, they are not! The tacos are loaded with as much meat as they can fit. The tacos were good not great, they were lacking flavor. If you get the carnitas definitely add the spicy sauce that comes on the side. Nachos were a good size and had various toppings. Overall for the price and what you get this brunch deal is great! Give it a try on the weekend!! Make a reservation ahead of time or youll have to sit at the bar like we did but that didnt bother us. read more
