First of all they called me the morning of my move and informed me that they were checking the truck for safety and would be arriving at my property at the time we planned. They arrived exactly on time as they said they would and went straight to work without hesitation. My movers were Shane and Jason and they were very professional and pleasant to work with. They made sure to treat my items as if they were their own items which impressed me because they handled all my items with care and made sure to wrap the items needing extra protection. They were very social along with professional which i also liked so I'd advise requesting them to handle you move. When I booked I dealt with Brandon first and he turned me over to Rachel who was very informative and polite to deal with when I booked my moved with them. She gave me a step by step description of how the process would go and she even gave me 2 different estimates with 2 movers and a second with 3 movers and explained the pro's and cons of both which I like. Oh did I also mentioned that this company is military friendly for both active and retired. Being a retired military veteran myself I couldn't say no once I found out they support their veterans They will now have all of my moving business and I'm gonna recommend them to all of my friends from now on. They held the unit for me (a little less than 24hrs) and I showed up in person next day to rent and pay for the unit. I was helped my Lexi, the absolute sweetest and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. We haven't stored anything here yet as we move come May but I will update my review after a few months of storing items. I don't see my review to change as the facility was well maintained and the units were clean and easy to access. Gated facility, must have a code to enter with cameras recording the property.
