It was an incredibly simple process to schedule, and the value for the service is great. Furthermore, TJ is very flexible with getting difficult items and handling any curve balls thrown at him! Hired them to demolish an old, rotting tree house & trampoline. They were very careful not to damage the tree or nearby fence. They did a great job hauling everything away and leaving the site fully cleaned up, eg the tree house had lots of leaves that they swept, bagged, and hauled away. It was a great experience working with Tim. Great communication, prompt and professional. He arrived on time ready to work with a very friendly attitude. He didn't want me to help but I snuck in a few couch cushions. He removed an entire truckload of heavy, old, dirty (condo clubhouse) furniture and miscellaneous stuff. I usually collect a box of donations once per year to give to charities. They have pretty much took away the incentive to do it anymore, because even with the atrocious property taxes I pay, with the new tax laws I am now better off with the standard deduction! And I couldn't find a single charity that would pick up anymore (gas?!), and now my entryway was full of boxes! I ran across Junk206 and liked what I read, they try to keep items out of the landfills by donating whatever they can. TJ/Tim was awesome. That said, the day of the pickup they were late, turns out they were having one of those days, but he kept getting back saying they are still coming! I was getting hesitant and sounded like the same old same old!
