However when the rubber hit the road started to back peddle stating things such as " can we meet at a public place seeing how you and your guys " what are you talking about guy ? I have no guys your the one who's telling me that your guys this or that ? So I suggest meeting at my close friends who is a fire chief or his brothers house he's a police captain how much safer can I make a guy feel ???? Same crap different day ??? Bottom line is I left couple messages with no response then today reached out to him seeing if he would like to continue to cooperate and meet up ??? This dude sends me a message back " let me know when I need to testify and I'll be there " I don't think captain junk b gone is receiving the message YOUR COMPANY WENT INTO MY HOME REMOVED EVERYTHING OVER $400,000 in stuff tools , welding machinery , sports memorabilia tons of tools valuables such as family heirlooms and priceless items to my family and you thought I was contacting you to testify against the guy we Already caught ??? DOES NOT fuck around. You want it gone, and you don't want to pay a STUPID amount of money just for someone to show up? You want someone who will arrive on time, move fast, do literally whatever it takes to get the job done, cleaning up your messes with a smile? Call these guys. They will fit the bill. To illustrate what I mean by "whatever it takes," I had a couch that was a piece of total shit when I bought it off a college student for $300 in 2005. The following ten years have not been kind to it. So when I bought a new house, it had to go. When it came into the apartment 7 years ago, the movers had to spend quite a lot of time trying to figure out how in the heck to get it into the apartment. It was an *incredibly* tight fit getting it around all the corners. Scott said "You seriously telling me this came into this apartment in one piece?" I confirmed. After several minutes, the team got creative, not being interested in wasting a bunch of time gingerly removing my couch in one piece from the home, they considered whether it could be tossed over the side of the building, or, shall we say, disassembled. After a bit of discussion, disassembly was selected, and within moments, he came in with a sledgehammer. I can't tell you just how happy it made me to watch that couch - which we named the sloppy vagina couch a couple years ago because of the way it offered no support on any side whatever, would swallow you up whole, and overall was a regrettable experience during and after its use - be, in the words of Number 5, DISASSEMBLED!!! Vindication AND they cleaned up afterward with brooms and vacuums, made sure there was not a single trace of the sloppy va... er... the couch anywhere before they left, all for an extremely reasonable price. I have used these guys three or four times throughout the past few years, and I have always been happy with them. I just used them again today. I tend to catch Scott when he's on the road, but he never rushes me off the phone as I tell him what I have to be picked up and he comes up with the quote. He has me call back to leave my information on his answering machine, since he is on the road. The guys have always come when Scott says they will, if not earlier. This morning when I requested the pickup, I asked when he thought they could be out here and Scott said before noon. I called around 9:30 and they guys arrived before 10! Turns out they were the same guys who came out the last time AND they remembered that it was my mom they had dealt with since I had to work that day! Scott and the guys who do the pickup are great and friendly, in fact, the first time I used them, I didn't feel like I was letting strangers into my apartment because they were lighthearted and fun as well as polite. I'm not one who normally writes reviews but I was so impressed that I felt the need to make an exception. I recently purchased new furniture and needed to dispose of the old, broken stuff. I have a broken arm so was unable to do so myself. I called around to many different junk removal services and the vast majority refused to even give me a quote until they were on site. Those that did were invariably around $150, possibly more due to the fact that there were a flight of stairs. All of them also gave me a 3-4 hour window of when they could be there. When I called junk-B-gone, they gave me a quote over the phone, which was 2/3 the the price of anyone else, and said they could be here in 30 min. I was a bit skeptical, but I said ok. True to their word, they were there on time. The employees were friendly, professional and efficient. They were in and out in under 10 min. I didn't have any cash and they were willing charge me later. Amazing service!!! I will recommend them to any and all who ask. read more

Called to make an appointment for a quote for some yard waste removal. Scott wanted to send a crew over that day even though I wasn't in a hurry. He was kinda pushy and insisted he'd haul the yard waste that day. Ok. I ended up waiting around all day...at least 4 hours...called twice to check and see if they were still coming. When I finally called to cancel, Scott told me they had just arrived. Sure enough they were in the yard and hadn't called to let me know they were on their way like they were supposed to. The junk truck was packed full. No way they would have been able to take my yard waste that day. The crew was nice but seemed tired and annoyed. They quoted me $850 to remove my yard waste. $300 for a small pile of misc junk. Way too much! My landscaper removed the yard waste, weed whacked, mowed and trimmed my giant laurel hedge for $300. Rented a truck and dumped the junk for less than $80. Pretty obvious they were trying to rip me off. Boo! read more

I couldn't be happier with the service I received today. They were prompt and helpful and very easy to work with. I had a giant pile of green waste to get rid of and a smaller pile of misc junk. I had purchased a voucher deal through yelp and hadn't factored in that it would likely be just a portion of the cost, given how much stuff I had. When their estimate came in way higher than I was anticipating - and higher than I could afford - they accepted my counter offer for a small, cheaper, green waste only job. But after they spoke to "HQ", they said they'd do the whole job for my low-ball plea. They did a wonderful job; thorough, totally friendly, cleaned up afterward. All despite the 1000 degree heat. You seriously couldn't get a better deal than I got today. I'll definitely be calling them again next time I impulsively chop down a giant shrub or decide to finally clean out my basement. read more

These guys were great! Kind, fast, fair, and will go out of their way to make you happy. I called one afternoon and said they could pick up next day. The day of the pick up I thought they were 30 mins late. Frustrated, I called and I realized I miss heard "between 3:30 and 5" as "3:35". My bad! They guy said he could not get a hold of the truck that was scheduled to pick up. Instead, he went out of his way to take care of it personally. He was there in 5 minutes, gave a fair quote and took it all..... Including the good tarp I was using to keep the trash dry. I called the next day and he said it ripped during the removal process but promised to give me one of the many tarps he had. 2 times I was wrong, but these guys went out of their way to make MY mistake right. Called on Sunday morning at 8:00 and asked if I could get the junk removed the same day. I described the junk as including a couch; a metal patio set, including a table, four chairs, and an umbrella; a lawn mower; and some other stuff. I was told it should be around $95. This sounded very reasonable considering information on other sites. So I found a bunch more junk and put it in the pile...old fencing, a smoker, another chair, some rotting outdoor furniture and more. New price? $145. He was on time, professional, was very careful in getting the counch out of the house, and fast. I was extemely pleased with the service (actually tipped, I was so pleased). I've had them come to pick up junk and trash twice in just the past month: once just after we moved into our new house (where the previous owner did not clear the property), and again a month later when I needed more junk removed, such as 400 square feet of old hardwood flooring we had ripped up. On both occasions, the guys were just great. Very friendly, eager to please, thorough, and helpful. The second time, I thought they had just started when they announced that they were done. Very quick. The price was very reasonable as well and worth every penny. It is a pleasure dealing with Scott and his crew. These guys are fantastic! They came days before they were scheduled because salvation army wouldn't take most of our stuff so I called begging and he (Scott I think) sent guys over same day. They came 2 days in a row because I had so much stuff, 2 different sets of guys and all so incredibly nice, fast, and hard working. This company is amazing! I called at 7:15am, needing stuff removed from the apartment I was moving out of, THAT DAY, and they were able to get to my apartment by 9:30am. They even waited for about 10 minutes, outside the apartment, for me to arrive. They were professional, clean, fast (the removal process took about 25 minutes to remove an entire bedroom worth of furniture/junk) and incredibly friendly. I scheduled the pickup on Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. They scheduled me for the date and time I requested. I had ordered a sofa for delivery and had to have the old sofa picked up. This company was GREAT! They were professional, fast and polite. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they had the junk picked up (2 small BBQ's, metal frame hammok, metal garage door motor thing, and a metal stool) before 1pm the following day. For only $45!! They quoted me pick up between 12-4pm and were kind enough to call when they were running behind (even though they weren't)-it was picked up by 1pm. You do not have to be home either.
