If asked they offer it other ways, but try it fried. You won't be disappointed. There were many flavors offered but I went more traditional with the 3 pierogi (sauerkraut and mushroom), kielbasa and sauerkraut . My friend got the 6 pc Buffalo Chicken. Both were very good. It consisted of slices of steak covered with chimichurri sauce; bbq chicken in what I believe is a garlic Molho de Alho sauce; the third and last item was linguica, Brazilian sausage. The sausage being last doesn't mean it wasn't good. It was very good but i think the sauces on the steak and the chicken bright then over the top. We also had a creme brûlée dessert that was topped with chopped coconuts. That was an exceptional way to finish our meal. I lamented to Ana that I wished they had polish stuffed cabbage.
