What really made Regal Concepts and Design stand out to me were a few things. 1. Paul actually contacted me because I had filled out a request on the Houzz website/app. During that initial contact I was able to provide Paul with pictures and measurements in our communications. I also gave him my wish list for the bathroom. 2. When he came over to talk about his design he actually had a design and not just a price for what my wish list was. This was my first time working with a contractor and my 3rd time as a homeowner. I have never renovated a house before. It was nice that Paul as the expert came in with a design because he is the expert! 3. During the initial consult I asked what we could change to get the project more into a price range I was comfortable with, and what areas could we help with to save money. Paul has his own crew he doesn't employ subcontractors, which was a relief to me. His entire crew were all super professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. They did work while I was at home with my two young children. I felt comfortable leaving the house to run errands and we even left for a week while the project was going on. Our master bathroom came out gorgeous and we love it. I'm not sure if this is normal but we provided all of the finish materials. I believe Regal Concepts and design would have done that too but, prior to hiring them we had already purchased the materials (tile for the floors, shower, fixtures, and vanity). I know Paul works with a cabinet maker so purchasing the vanity the way we did wasn't necessary however I didn't find that out until after the fact. He directed us to a place to pick out the stone for our vanity and we also purchased a mirror and sink at this location. They were fast, efficient, as clean as you can be with demolition and construction, and reasonably priced. The best of all was Paul's sense of space and design. He helped us frame out what our oddly shaped kitchen/living room could look like and kept us from making errors that would hurt us during the next phase in the remodel. Remodeling is a huge investment and I would recommend Paul to my friends when doing it. They went out of their way to help (like picking up the appliances we bought and sent us to an awesome spot for appliance discounts. Soon as we've saved enough cash to get our kitchen fully remodeled the guys at Regal Concepts will have first crack at the job. We called another service but they didn't show up. I messaged Jerry on Yelp and Gave my phone number and he was able to come with 1 days notice. I learned that Yelp charges the businesses a fee per message, so ask all your questions in one message and give your phone number. Jerry and Flora came a few minutes late, but I didn't care because he gave me a courtesy text to let me know. I initially wanted a regular cleaning, but our house was so dirty that it needed a 3.5 hour deep clean. This was not an up sell, as Jerry was very clear that the cost depended on each home's state of cleanliness and asked what I wanted cleaned and what was not to be touched. Initially, I just wanted basics done like bathroom, kitchen, floors, and surfaces. I didn't care about window sills if they didn't have time, but it was included. Jerry and Flora are amazing and I say this because they go above and beyond the basics and will clean behind moveable items that are reasonable to move (like under 50 lbs), they cleaned cobwebs, they cleaned oil and dirt on walls, top of the dryer, moved plants and electronic equipment to get the floors. They cleaned our office desks, even though it was full of paper, laptop, mouse, Knick knack. Every surface in my house was clean, even tables I didn't expect to be cleaned, our coffee table with a bunch of stuff on it, our TV console with 9 bottles of wine in the shelf, flora cleaned under the wine bottles and each wine bottle, cleaned our broken wall heater, the old 1960s kind which I didn't mind because it collects dust and I never gave it a thought cuz we don't use it. My 16 cubby book shelf was cleaned, which was not expected. You will definitely have to rearrange things a little after they are done such as shampoo and body wash, toiletries, perfume, jewelry boxes, but no big deal. Jerry and Flora used my vacuum cuz I had some extension tools that their vacuum didn't have and used my mop because I have the fantastic tool bissell spinwave. Do I care? No, they worked magic with my tools even though they brought a lot of tools and cleaners themselves. My house has never been so clean in my life. I was quoted for a regular cleaning of 2 hours with 2 people for 2 bed 1 bath would be $120-$150 depending on how clean your house is. Since they were here for 3.5 hours cleaning every detail, the fee was $250, which I thought was fair. Fair price because our house was dirty! we only sweep myself weekly, mop once every 3 months, had spiders and spider web everywhere, never cleaned window sill in 2 years, never cleaned dressers, shelf tops, table tops, never got behind furniture in at least a year, clean bathroom surfaces every other month or two, clean kitchen sink like once a year. Jerry was going to charge less but for the beautiful job they did, getting behind and under every nook and cranny, they deserve it. And they are really fun to chat with as well. Hire Jerry and Flora, you won't regret it. Best decision I made in a long time.

They were very professional and gave my house the white glove treatment while they were doing the work. In the end they did an amazing job and were $500 cheaper than one of their competitors.
