I told him I never promised the entire job to one company and that I would rather break the jobs up at that point. He told me his pricing was contingent on doing the entire job and that he would get back to me on the numbers for the reduced job. I said fine. He never did get back to me even though I reached out to him 2x after that. Not professional at all. Might have been a blessing in disguise because he took over a week to get the quote to me and appeared complacent and lazy. Could have been a warning sign.

He showed up as promised and gave me a written quote an hour or so later. He came with a workman, Nazario, in a couple days who did the patches - expertly and even redid one that I hadn't noticed where the A/C company (a big name that I won't mention) did a bad job on. Benjamin then came two days later with a second workman, Santiago, who did the fogging on the patches. Benjamin was here in person for both days both at the beginning and at the end of the job. He is a good communicator. He said that no job is too small which is good to hear because we all have small fixes that need doing. He started as a handyman and now has his contractor's license, so he can do about anything. Both Santiago and Nazario did near perfect work as far as I can tell.
