Remcon, and especially our project manager Simo somehow managed to exceed our expectations. There is a lot of moving parts when dealing with a renovation, and what could potentially be the most important factor in finding the right company and PM is to find someone that invests their time and care into the project like it's their own house. Tackling through issues coming up, explaining situations on why more money is needed on a particular job , details plays a huge role for the two sides to understand why a particular solution is needed on a specific problem. There will be bumps along the way. Remcon and Simo were able to not only makes the bumps easier to cross, they educated our own knowledge about a house renovation, and led the charge in making us feel at peace along every step of the way.
