Friendly staff and good pizza. I recommend it! I asked for a sparkly water and got this cute little bottle branded something about a Mountain. And the pictures on the wall make it feel really casual. Good spot - I'll be back

Great thin crust pizza, I just got the plain cheese pizza and it came out in 10-15minutes. Workers were great. This pizza was above average but nothing spectacular. Definitely recommend.

The quality of these pizzas has really declined and am I mistaken or have the prices increased too? $60 for two large pizzas? Saturday night and we were the only customers in your store... we must be late to finding out what other customers already know.

I finally tried Jules. My first pizza was a mini with sauteed garlic spinach, mozzarella, and ricotta on white whole grain. It was delicious, fresh ingredients, and crisp crust. On my last two visits I tried the #9 which is Chili-lime black bean spread, mozzarella, roasted sweet corn, chopped organic tomatoes, red onions, scallions, cilantro, chipotle sour cream . The first one with whole-grain white and then with whole-wheat. I prefer the white whole-grain. This pizza is filled with loads of fresh ingredients, packed with flavor, a hint of spicy, and absolutely delicious. The mini is the right size portion to hit the spot.

When ever I hear the words "organic" and "gluten-free", I can't help my eyes from rolling around, because these are everyone's favorite buzz words. Organic and gluten-free are sexy now - not just for hipsters. So, again, my PA friend had a surprise birthday get together here, and all I could think about was $9 going down the drain for pizza, but tasting is believing. Jules is a chain, and it's apparently all over. When I looked over at the sizes of the slices, I of course thought to super size everything, and ordered three slices just for myself. I of course, got the Brooklyn Slice, a balsamic chicken slice, and a veggie slice. Well, this was definitely BAD judgment, and was PACKED to the gills by the time we left this place. Wouldn't think they would fill you, but do yourself the favor - start small, and work yourself back to the counter for seconds. Excellent, fresh, and most importantly - tasty. Everything was tasty and actually tasted like a skinny bitch pizza; you can have a guilt free pizza diet! Jules, here's my $9, and I will shut up now.

Very happy with my experience at Jules Thin Crust pizza. I have been putting off trying their type of slice mainly due to typically craving a basic cheese pizza. Finally one night my husband and I decided we each wanted a different flavor of toppings so we decided it was time to give them a try. We called in our order and was told it would take 10-15 minutes. We got the Veggie #7 and Veggie #14. My husband is a sucker for the mushrooms and I was happy with the poblano sour cream sauce because I enjoy tangy. We were both very happy with our choices. Plentiful amount of toppings especially because it is not cheap pizza. If you have no time for thin crusts than do not come here. It is like eating a cracker with pizza toppings and that is something I do like. I would recommend either one of the veggie options we tried. If you really like subtle spiciness and a white pizza then definitely get #7. We went in exactly 10 minutes and it was ready to go and piping hot. We each got a mini size but it was plenty. It's equivalent to about 2 slices of regular pizza.

People have been hyping up this pizza chain for quite some time, and having had the best of the best in Philly and NYC, I tried to give this place a shot and I couldn't get into it. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms online for curbside pickup. Service was very fast and friendly, and I was able to pick my pizza up within 20 minutes. Right away, when I opened the box, the toppings were already on the skimpy side. The crust honestly tasted like cardboard, the sauce wasn't good, and we couldn't finish the pizza for days, even if we tried. Sadly, I've had frozen pizzas from the supermarket, even ones with cauliflower crust, that had better crust texture and flavor elements. I'm trying to support businesses during this time, but this was one of the first pizzas I've ever had where I made a hard pass on eating more than half a square slice. I shared this with three other family members who shared the same sentiment. What a disappointment.

I have been a huge fan of Jules for years! So much so, that I would take trips to Doylestown and Newtown from West Chester just to have some! I love pizza, but I just don't have the metabolism to enjoy the traditional sort frequently. Jules allows me to enjoy pizza without the guilt and the grease!! The thin crust is just enough and they also offer gluten free crust. They always have lots of different flavors readily available and can make a whole pizza for dining in or takeout as well. I love how fresh and healthy all of their pies are, and I have to say I have never had a flavor I haven't liked! My absolute favorite is Kim's Pie. Roasted chicken, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, balsamic BBQ sauce, and chives. YUM. They also have some tasty sounding salad options, but I love the pizza so much I've never sacrificed a pizza opportunity to try the salad. :-p The only thing I wish is some improvements/additions in seating. I wish they had some outdoor seating during the warmer months to take in the sights and people of Wayne, and the indoor seating is very limited. When it is really busy it can be hard to find a seat.

It's the kind of space that makes you want to settle in and keep enjoying just one more bite. This visit, I had the veal stuffed homemade pasta and the Sicilian meatballs both rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced. The pasta was tender and clearly house-made, and the meatballs were perfectly seasoned in a slow-simmered sauce full of depth. The shrimp appetizer was the standout, served with a special house-made sauce and crispy pickled cucumbers for the perfect bright contrast. Truly my favorite shrimp appetizer I've ever had. Our server, Andrea, really made the experience even better. She helped us navigate the menu and offered thoughtful suggestions that we absolutely loved. Between the food, the ambiance, and the service, Rosalie always feels like comfort done right.

The experience was a little bizarre. Their website says "Rosalie doesn't allow reservations for 1,…read moreplease just walk in". I walked in, as directed, just for a very flustered man at the front of the house to fumble with his system for a good 10 mins. Telling me there was a table, then taking it back and saying there were no tables for the night, then saying nevermind and making me a reservation for two (which I would have done if not discouraged by the website) for half an hour later. At this point I already had a very bad taste in my mouth from the level of chaos. I waited outside for my table. When I got to my table I will say my server was very nice until a strange comment came up at dessert. Once I ordered my dessert, he left and came back with two spoons, saying "I brought two spoons for us." It almost seemed implied he'd join me. I dine a lot alone, voluntarily. Most of the time it's after work and I really don't want, let alone need, company. His comment gave me anxiety as I wondered how I would politely tell this man I wanted to dine alone. When he brought the dessert he did not join me but made sure to say "I'll be back for a few bites." Maybe it was a joke but to me it was very odd and made me pretty uncomfortable. I gave three stars just for the Cacio e Pepe. It was very good. I did (without giving tmi) have a very sick stomach after the meal and the morning after so I wouldn't return just incase that was the cause. Like a said... a weird experience.

Owner Johnny pays homage to these historic pizza places in the gorgeous dining room in the back to eat your food. Pizzerias like L&B Spumoni Gardens, Di Farra in the days of Dom, Luigi's, and Pizza West Chester speaks pizza credibility for real pizza fans. Today we got a half pepperoni half plain circle. Crispy crust. Delicious garlicky tomato sauce. High quality, Gooey mozzarella cheese. Crunch on each bite. Outstanding!

So we stopped by and were told there is no dough left. I told them about the phone situation. 2) no way to order online. Super annoying especially when the phone just rings. 3) first pizza ordered was fantastic (and I'm an upstate NY pizza girl so I know good pizza). Second pizza was dough and sauce. No cheese. I mean NONE. So apparently they had run out of cheese this time. 4) we got the steak sandwich once too. It was so gooey it was hard to eat and kind of yucky. We saved it and it was fantastic the next day cold. So unfortunately while I have recommendations on Johnny's pizza, I will wait and get my pizza fix when I am upstate.

Updating my review because like I said before, I WANT to give this place the 5 stars like I know it…read moredeserves! The pie I previously ordered has since been taken off the menu for the sole reason of it just being too saucy of a pie for that thin crust. The owner Vince reached out to me regarding my last review and was SO polite and appreciative and offered a Trenton pie on the house. I was reluctant to accept at the time because I don't ever want a review of mine to look like I'm fishing for money back or free food, but I decided to take him up on his offer tonight and I'm so glad I did. I received a Trenton pie, and I decided to try the Italian pork sandwich with provolone as well. Let me just say the customer service at this shop is outstanding. Everyone I encountered was just lovely which really could have just made me bump them up to 5 stars based on that. I met Vince when I went to pick up the order and got to chat with him for a bit. He told me all about his business and educated me on his personal recommendations/where they get their bread/the things that are homemade etc. He was really such a pleasure to talk to and his passion for his shop and the quality of food he puts out is such a breath of fresh air when it comes to the pizza shop business. It should be more common in the business to be so passionate but it's not, and honestly that is what sets Carla's apart from other places. Okay, NOW I will talk about the food. The Trenton pie was spectacular! This pie was perfect which is dangerous because I could not stop eating it once I started. I wish I was kidding. The crust was perfectly cooked and held up to everything on top. It had a perfect crisp and 0 flop. The sauce on top was a perfect ratio to the cheese. It is unbelievable how thin they get this crust. You were right Vince, I liked this pizza WAY better than the first one I ordered! Can we talk about the pork sandwich though, oh my goodness. I went pretty plain with my order as I only got roast pork with provolone, but the bottom was slightly dipped in the au jus which was the icing on the cake. The bread soaked up the au jus nicely while not making it overly soggy or falling apart. The pork itself though was delicious! It was very tender and the thing I loved most about it was there seemed to be black pepper mixed in with the pork which complemented the au jus perfectly. I'm not kidding, I think I'm going to have dreams about those flavors going forward. I could probably drink that au jus, but I won't. Please give this business a try because it's people like this that are in it for the right reasons and it shows through their food! I will be coming back here often.
