We went to the Yardley and Newtown ones regularly since they opened, and then migrated to Doylestown. The pizza used to be so good and fresh tasting with tons of flavor. But over time we realized they are inconsistent with no quality control. The pizza is always cheap on toppings (we have paid for extra chicken and it's still hardly anything) and never the same as last time. Unreliable pizza. I like this thin crust pizza. They had maybe 10 different kind to choose from and I went for the Mediterranean. They quickly heated it up and I sat down to eat. While I was there, there must have been 10 other tables going. Quite a few families with small kids. Also there were quite a few pizzas made for cars that came by to pick them up. My idea of a perfect afternoon goes like this: 1) a couple laps around Peace Valley pulling the girls in the bike trailer 2) some run around time at Burpee Park 3) Jules's Thin Crust followed by a frozen yogurt. One happy family heads home. They have a so many good choices...but My fav is the black truffle, which really just tastes like good mushrooms. The concept of this place is amazing . I want to love it so badly . I want to rate it like all of these other people have rated it with such high stars . Unfortunately I had to actually eat . The concept is perfect ....the execution of the food is poor . If your store is based on thin crust then it should be good even great . The crust is actually the worst part of the entire pizza . Seriously, it's not pizza. It's a flatbread. This is a spruced-up fastfood pizza joint. Nothing homemade about it. The style is a bit original but it doesn't impress me. Go up the street for better pizza-- Alessio is a block away. read more

Tasty gluten free pizza. It was very different from most other pizzas I've had - the crust was thin and crunchy but it worked well and didn't have a heavy greasy feeling. We were able to choose whatever toppings we wanted and put a variety of meats, cheeses and vegetables on our pizza. They also seem to be pretty conscious about cross contamination involving the gluten free foods which is great! Slightly pricey though. read more

To most of my friends that doesn't mean much, but to me it means that the people at Jules care about both their product, their customers and the world around them. I do go back here for my regular pizza fix, because it is the best game in town. Oh boy. This is a Whole Foods-shopping, Franzen-reading, NPR-listening, local-buying, bicycle-riding person's dream pizza. I THINK I'M IN LOVE. I ate pizza with fresh watercress, pizza with edamame and caramelized onions, and pizza with butternut squash. All of it was delicious and interesting, with unexpected flavor combinations and fresh ingredients. The slices are big, which made for a lovely dinner for two for about ten bucks. This place is great. When my husband and I ordered, I resigned myself to the fact that we'd be hungry later for what we sometimes refer to as "second dinner." Their thin crust is THIN and i just assumed that the salad topping we chose would make for a nice hors d'oeuvre and that's about it. We were pleasantly surprised at how full we felt after 3 pieces each (a piece equals 1/2 of their "slice"). The pizza was delicious and we appreciated the organic ingredients and whole wheat crust options. It was very clean and for only $13 we had a really nice dinner outside on their patio. This is a great place to come for thin crust, tasty pizza. This is THIN crust, though, so I do understand if you aren't overly enthused about the crispiness. Their toppings are consistently fresh, delicious and inventive. Often they use local products that highlight the season's best items. They have a good organic selection, too. If you want a healthy, not overly greasy, not overly heavy, really tasty meal, this is a nice place to go. I also enjoy the fact that you can order slice by slice so you end up with a fun mix sometimes rather than a whole pie of arugula, fig, prosciutto (my favorite) or marscapone and squash (even tastier!). Very convenient, consistently good (we frequent the Doylestown and Newtown location, depending on the time of day and errands), this is a stand by for a casual evening meal. read more

Awsome pizza spot, not your average place. The pizza here is NOT like new york pizza at all, its not even shapped like regular triangle slices. You walk in and their are about 15 different selctions of pies. I really like the greek slice with kalamata, fetta, and greens on the whole wheat crust. Also try the riccota cheese and asparagus pie. both are my faves. the only thing i dont understand is why they put the slices with lettuce in the oven?? I always ask to not heat the salad slices. much better. they also give you free water in dispensers around the store. Great spot for lunch read more

Don't bother if it's within an hour of the 8:30 closing time. The choices will be slim, and picked-over. If you're going to be open until 8:30, you should have a decent selection until 8:30. Made a special trip there to bring home from slices and left empty-handed. Too bad; I like the one in Newtown for lunch. But this was like going into an ice-cream shop and finding a choice between vanilla and vanilla. read more

Pizza is delicious, Staff is good , the wait time isn't bad . I love that you can drive right up and they will bring the pizza out to your car . That is easier cause parking isn't great . So many different options you can put on your pizza . Healthy ones too read more

Let me just say, I love pizza. And if I can get a healthier, thinner, more organic slice of pizza I am ALL for it. That's where Jules comes in. I had a flyby pickup order about a month ago. The staff member was prompt and courteous, the pizza was hot and fresh (even though I was a little late to pick it up). It was the pie with mozzarella, tomato, and (I think) basil. Very good. Their pizza is thin but not flimsy. It is filling and delicious. The toppings are always fresh and flavorful. Knowing it comes from a good place is also great. I really love how their slices are on display and you can mix and match what you'd like to have. I just wish there were less chances of contamination from a customer sneezing/coughing over the glass, since it doesn't fully cover the food (that's why I docked a star). If I can remember correctly, there is a gap between the glass and counter on the customer's side. But then again, these things bother me but I don't know if they bother most people. Probably not :) I haven't eaten in here in so long and cannot wait to be back. Delicious! read more

Yummy! Their thin crust pizza is amazing! They have so many varieties, most with "gourmet" ingredients not found on the typical pizza. Goat cheese, etc. I've never tried anything but take-out pizza from Jules. Their pizza is the best! read more

The staff is very friendly and kind, once I left some belongings there accidentally, fortunately my phone number was on an item in my bag, they called me and held my items until I could get there, so nice! Don't get me wrong, I will always stop into Jules when I'm in the borough and craving a slice. I appreciate their imaginative use of ingredients, lack of the fake stuff, and the ultra-thin crust. And the pizza is good - I just always come away thinking it sounds a lot better than it actually ends up tasting. Maybe they are a bit too light on the herb and spice seasonings. But when I am too lazy to make my own pie at home, at least I don't feel guilty eating at Jules. read more

great place for a quick bite, pizza is always great, staff is always friendly, and its always a clean and cool atmosphere there. there is not much else to say more than the other reviews about the pizza, every slice I have gotten there was fantastic. its byo, water is easily accessible, and when its not crowded its quick and easy to get your slices. the only con is when they are swamped it gets extremely confusing on who's slices is who's... they need a better system on getting out the slices together for customers and remembering who ordered what when they are busy. read more

I've eaten at Jules a number of times and have never been disappointed. They offer a great selection of unique thin crust pizzas that are light yet filling. My favorite is the Mexican pizza with ground beef, black beans, and jalapenos. I also recommend the buffalo chicken pizza if they have it. It is a great place to sit and eat for either a quick lunch or a fun dinner in Doylestown. They also have a drive through pick up which is convenient for a quick take out option. read more

Jules is great if you are looking for a change of pace when it comes to pizza. Don't expect the typical overly greasy slice here. The menu and topping combinations are really unique and each one I have tried has been great. Its refreshing to try new flavor s all together on a light thin crust, so the toppings are the focus of the meal! Also I feel like I can eat more slices since I'm not being filled up with primarily dough and cheese. Definitely more pricey than your average pie, but this isn't your normal pizza joint pie. If you are looking for lots of toppings, more flavors, hit up Jules for sure. read more
