We recently used Nats to cater my fathers funeral service family gathering. My father lived in Doylestown for over 40 years and loved Nats pizza and cheesesteaks. He would always say, "cheesesteak with fried red peppers, onions and red sauce on the side". We ordered large trays of Chicken Parm, Eggplant Parm, Baked Ziti, meatballs with sauce and various types of pizza. Everyone raved how good everything was, especially the meatballs and sauce. Tim and Trish made sure everything was delivered hot and on time. They assisted in helping make sure the food was organized as we were still at the funeral home. They have a ton of different sauces to choose from... but the wings are almost always great. This is a Hometown staple for me and I look forward to coming here every year that I can. Their pizza is the gold standard for pizza, it's thin crispy. The sauce is flavorful and the cheese is amazing. They always serve the food quickly and it's great portion sizes. I wish I could eat here more often but driving three hours isn't realistic for dinner lol. Had the Nat's cheesesteak. Solid steak, that's for sure. Was stuffed afterwards. The good part was that they prepared it the way I asked them. I hate it when cheesesteak places chop the living shit out of a cheesesteak. I like bigger chunks of meat in the roll, especially if it's good beef like Nat's uses. Nat's is that pizza place that's nostalgic, cozy, and always tasty. The pizza is always consistently good, and I find myself craving it all the time (5/5). I recently ordered mozzarella sticks and the eggplant parm sandwich takeout. The mozzarella sticks were nice and crispy on the outside, although the mozzarella was not stretchy, they were pretty tasty. This place is still the same as it was in 1984 when I went there in High School. The pizza is really, really good! This trip I had to try the Stromboli's because last time I was there I saw the article where they were ranked " best in PA ". I ordered a cheesesteak Stromboli with the added onions and sweet peppers. I also ordered the Italian Stromboli, I love Italian Stromboli's! The cheesesteak Stromboli was amazing, especially if you like sweet peppers! The added onions and sweet peppers took this over the top! They also put sauce inside so I can see how this could be put at the top of any list. The Italian was also loaded with meats and again those tasty , slow cooked sweet peppers. It has large slices of sausage which I didn't enjoy. I don't like the huge slices or the taste of the sausage but everything else was bountiful and delicious. NEVER AGAIN. Ordered pizza and sandwiches to be delivered thru DoorDash which is on their official website. Pizza came and no sandwiches. Never mind the lousy service from DoorDash...the service at Nats was just as lousy who let them leave without the full order. If you advertise the delivery service on your site, then you are responsible to make sure the food gets to the customer. Have ordered from here for 20 years, but never again. Just moved to the area last summer. I've been trying all the local pizza places to find the best one. Stumbled across Nat's while walking around Doylestown. My son was having a day and spilled his once in awhile treat of a orange soda. He's on the spectrum and wanted it to be filled back up. He was crying. They helped me clean it up and tried to lighten the mood with him. The owner gave him another soda and water ice free of charge. He left by giving the owner a high five. Not very nice to kids. I went in with three friends and we were being watched as soon as we walked thru the doors. My friend ordered a pizza (8 slices of plain) and we were told by the owner that if we all wanted to sit in there and eat the pizza we would have to all buy something. This is one of the homiest good old town places left. You see people from all walks of life come in for a quick slice, pick up some food to bring home to family, or catch up after a ball game. It is also a favorite of the police who come in for a quick bite and to catch up with the staff. The food is what you expect from a local pizza shop. There are some choice picks here- more than just the regular old pizza place, but their pizza is good no matter what. My choice picks: chipotle cinnamon wings :), white pizza with spinach, lots of garlic and I think tomatoes. So good. The turkey club sandwich is loaded. Also there are veggie and vegan options, though I haven't tried them yet. All of this is complimented by the sweet people who work there and the owner who is genuinely caring. First thing: This is a police hang out, which in my experience usually speaks volumes of the food. In this case, it holds true. the pizza is good, and the salads are fresh...
