    Dumplings
    Emily J.

Good food. Good service. Nice ambiance. Weird ordering system. They were pretty crowded for 5:30 p.m. even for a Saturday. We did get a table right away and a server showed us the card that had QR codes to see the menu. The link had an option to dine in or carry out. I started to order on my phone and the server said oh no, this is just the menu. I'll take your order. She then showed me a tablet that had the menu on it. So are you supposed to use the QR code or not? It was just disjointed and awkward. As my husband said, it's like they are trying too hard to be hip and cool. Anyway. On to the food. We shared an order of egg rolls and then I got wonton soup and some dumplings. Everything was hot and fresh and tasty. My husband got the fried rice which he said was very good. The menu has a lot of variety. It's a fun atmosphere with a fish and water theme. Service was attentive. Overall a good meal.

Found an excellent dumpling spot near my gym. Juicy Dumplings is great restaurant to enjoy any occasion. I visited on a Friday afternoon and was seated right away. I ordered the Cucumber salad, Hot Chili Wontons, Scallion pancakes and pork and shrimp dumplings. All of the dishes, came out once they were ready and tasted amazing. The scallion pancakes were crispy, not greasy and I loved that they had these on the menu, because it's rare to find them. The wontons and dumpling had nice mild flavors and were cooked just right. This restaurant has a robot delivery system, that's very fun and the staff are nice and efficient.

Eh. All soup dumplings broke. And we know how to eat soup dumps. We ordered 3 orders. Server forgot what we ordered many times. Boa buns were good. Service is not great.

Regine was AMAZING just as the DELICIOUS YUMMY FOOD we had! Pork Soup Dumplings were juicy in FAVOR! Everyone must try the Juicy Dumplings! You will not regret it! Sesame Chicken was so so tasty with so much flavor! Snow Peas in garlic is fantastic! Will have it again! Oh and to top off my review, I had the House Salad with Ginger Dressing and I was just in LOVE with the DELICIOUS flavor! I hope they add that to the menu as a to go sauce item! I will buy it! SO SO SO AMAZINGLY YUMMY! Must try everything! We will be back! Hey I may even come for karaoke! Price per person depends on how much you order!

I really enjoy Juicy Dumplings. I like the decor, it's very creative and creates a great mood for dining. At times, it can be a bit louder than what I'd prefer, but overall, it's still a nice evening. Our waitress greeted us fairly quickly and was so friendly and hospitable, she was great throughout our whole visit. At the time, she said they were revamping their menu, so we were given a tablet with the menu on it. It slowed us down a bit; only one of us was able to view the menu at a time, but we made it work. Lemon Drop Martini: I must say, this was the BEST Lemon Drop I've had. It wasn't too sweet, and it was perfectly made and well-balanced. It was amazing! Mu Shu Shrimp: Every single time, this is so delicious. The food tastes so fresh, they don't skimp on the shrimp, and the flavors all work so well with one another. This is the perfect go-to. The portion size could feed two to three people; it's very plentiful. I always have plenty to take home. For my take-home, I always get a side of rice. The pancakes don't do too well as leftovers. Pork & Shrimp Dumplings: Love them! The broth, alone, always hits home. The dumpling, as someone said, you eat the top off, then add your condiments or whatever you like to add to the dumplings. It's a game-changer! If I don't go next door to Kura, I'm going to Juicy Dumplings. If you've never visited this restaurant, please add it to your list.

This place is such a hidden gem. It's quite deceiving from the outside once you get in I have high ceilings and beautiful light fixtures that give us a great date night vibe. The menu is digitize on the tablet that you get a new table with descriptions in case you're unfamiliar with the food options. Dim sum dumplings entrées include a lot of Chinese dishes and extensive wine list and a large dessert menu. We ate lunch next-door for my birthday at the sushi spot and I wish we died here instead. They also have a robot that brings out drinks so fun.

Great food and unique ambience. Although service was a bit slow. Excellent dumplings and entrees, worth checking out!

The menu is a bit pricey, but worth it for the lovely ambiance! Although we had no reservations, we were seated very quickly. Service was a bit slow, but only because the restaurant was busy. We encountered some trouble with ordering online via the QR code, so I recommend ordering directly with the staff. We sampled: - Spicy beef noodle soup (Sliced beef shank with baby bok choy, scallions, and dry onions) - Hot chili wonton (pork wonton in spicy Szechuan sauce) - Pork juicy dumplings (dumplings filled with soup inside, pork, ginger and scallions) - Pork bun (pan-fried pork bun, sprinkle sesame seeds on the bottom) - Grilled chicken on sticks - Roti canai - Beef fried dumplings (beef with Chinese cabbage, ginger and scallions) - Grilled spicy lamb on sticks Besides the grilled lamb (which was a bit tough), everything else was super tasty! 50 photos should be posted with this review.

Went on the recommendation of a friend. Absolutely loved our meal and the wonderful waitstaff. Hubby is a carnivore and the roast duck was one of his favorite meals lately. I enjoyed the Hot & Sour soup (and its presentation), the shrimp and walnuts, and the green beans. Loved the tea service, too And the decor was amazing - like dining in an aquarium. Very calming. I need to go back and try the actual dumplings next time!

Top of my favorite list! They are fantastic here Food is top notch. Almost all of my favorites are here. The restaurant is pretty and clean The staff is very kind and attentive. And they are open late. And it's close to my house. It's all wins. I love it here!

Very cool restaurant. There are large tv screens on all the walls showing fish and making it feel like you're in the middle of an aquarium. The food was good, the veggie spring rolls and pork dumplings were very good. The waiter was very attentive to our table and the food came out quickly.

I've seen tik toks of this place and had it on my restaurant bucket list. Dumplings were plump and delicious. The han suk was crispy, sweet and salty.

Everything was good! My son loved the large "aquarium" screens. It kept him busy while we peacefully age lunch. They also had a 'kid plate' so he wouldn't have to use the regular glass plate ! The server was super attentive and nice. I liked that the sauce/mayo of the walnut shrimp was separate from the entree itself so that the shrimp isn't soggy. Have had a good walnut shrimp in so long. I definitely would eat this here again. Beef braised noodle was good. Chilli wonton had a nice kick so I def enjoyed it! Cucumber salad was refreshing. I liked that it came with little bits of thai chili to add that extra kick. The pork dumplings were okay, I would probably skip out on it and try another item on the menu next time. However, my son really liked it.

The food ordered: pad Thai, tom kha chicken soup, yum soon sen salad, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, a side of fried rice, and jeow som sauce. I ordered off their restaurant app which does include service fees. My total was $64.22. As a whole, the food is really good, nice proportions, and steaming hot. I asked for no spice on the pad Thai and mild spice in the soup and noodle salad. But the pad Thai got all the spice. AND I MEAN SPICY! My daughter was sad at first but powered through and enjoyed it and cleared her sinuses while she was at it LOL. Simple mistake, and lesson learned to make sure everything I order in the future is at the no spice level. The crab Rangoons are thin, delicate and crispy- the filling was slightly sweet and delicious. Very good with the sweet and sour sauce that comes with it. The egg rolls weren't our favorite but they were still tasty. Just not so crispy as we would have liked. The soup was exactly what my cold needed! It cleared my nose instantly. The show stopper was the yum woon sen salad. My daughter and I fought over leftovers. It's the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and sour. A new favorite for sure! We will definitely be back to try other dishes and support this local gem!

But that wasnt the l kicker. I wanted to have a nice lunch and talk to my daughter. The waitress rushed us so that it bordered obscene! She interrupted us sooo many times and I'm not complaining that she was too efficient, she was annoying to the point of rude. I couldnt get in any good conversation as we couldnt even complete a thought! She was obviously wanting to turn the table quickly BUT A- they were not busy B-they had plenty of tables available C-they were not on a waiting list D- customers were only trickling in so she did NOT need our table, if she did I wouldve understood. People not only pick a restaurant for its food but also for the ambiance and comfortableness of it. I kept telling her we were fine, hoping she'd get the hint, she didnt. And unless you had experienced it, you probably are thinking it sounds like she was a good efficient waitress, but NO, it was so rude, and I'm sure she was trained to get customers in and rush them out as the manager lady kept coming over too as if we needed more interruptions! So by you rudely rushing us out may have got you a table quicker that you didnt even need but now youve lost a customer, so please make note of this, you were not on a waiting list, you did not need that table, so let your customer have an enjoyable experience and quit being interruptive and rude. Sure refill the tea, tale a plate, ask us if we are alright but then thats it, we were not there long, we ended up leaving and went to talk in the car. Thanks for a very bad experience, you only got two stars because I enjoyed my soup even though it was small, by the way egg drop soup costs pennies to make, you didnt need to make that smaller!

Rather than focus on that, I wanted to see how the food held up on this visit. We started with the Wagyu Beef Dumplings, and they were one of the best dishes of the night. The filling was juicy and flavorful with a nice balance of Wagyu beef, ginger, onions, cabbage, and scallions. The wrapper wasn't too thick, allowing the filling to be the star. The Stir-Fried Hand-Pulled Noodles were easily my favorite dish. The fresh noodles had the perfect chewy texture and were tossed with vegetables in a savory soy sauce that coated every noodle perfectly. It's a simple dish executed extremely well. We also ordered the House Chicken Fried Rice. The fried rice itself was excellent--well-seasoned, fluffy, and flavorful. My only criticism is that the chicken lacked seasoning and didn't stand out the way the rice did. If I ordered it again, I'd probably choose beef instead. Based on this visit, I'd absolutely recommend ordering the hand-pulled noodles and Wagyu dumplings. Those two dishes alone made the trip worthwhile, and I'll be back to continue exploring the menu.

The restaurant itself is attractive both inside and outside. Upon entering we were quite hopeful that the food would match the decor. I started with egg drop soup and it was good but not as flavorful as others I have had. That would become a theme for our meal. The kid had steamed juicy dumplings and liked them, but she said that they were not as good as dumplings at Jeng Chi in Richardson. I tried a couple and agreed that they are not as good. They were fine, just not as good as others. The wife had beef noodle soup with broccoli and on the positive side the beef (brisket) was incredibly tender. However, the noodles were way over cooked and the broth lacked something. It did not have a deep, developed flavor. I had garlic chicken and on the positive side, the chicken was tender and the many types of veggies were cooked well. However, the dish was bland. It really had very little flavor, and I said to the wife that if I did not know it was garlic chicken, I would never have guessed. It was just bland. The service was friendly but our server disappeared for long periods of tine. The dumplings and soups came out fast, but my dish took forever. I actually thought that our server went on break or went home for the day. it was a really long wait. We probably would not return to this restaurant again.
