As we ate, there was a loud noise - someone listening to a game on a tv in the background and we couldn't enjoy the background music, nor our conversations. There appeared to be one or two people on staff, and no one came around to check on us. We wound up going to the counter to pay, to save on time, and to go get a burger from a spot we noticed one block away. Overall, the food tasted fine, but it didn't match the reviews I had previously seen for here. A great favorite of mine when I'm walking around the East Williamsburg neighborhood.
