I'm giving this LOCATION specifically a bad review. I've gone to other JuiceLand locations that are great. I was actually really thrilled to hear about this new location because it is super close to my work. However, their customer service at that specific location is SO TERRIBLE. I go there pretty often and there have been a few times that I have walked in and the workers there do not greet me or say a word to me. They stare at me until I tell them what I want. Like it is a bother that I'm even a customer. The guy with the neck tattoos is so rude and always looks annoyed. I went there yesterday and he raised his eyebrows at me instead of asking me what I wanted, stared at me until I turned around when my juices were ready instead of calling my name even though it was an online order and he clearly could've called out my order, and when I walked out he told me to "enjoy life." Sure, dude. I am honestly considering not going there anymore because of how rude people are there. Their drinks are always good. No problems there. But if you want to go to this location, do not expect good service because you will be utterly disappointed. read more

When I first started getting into the healthy lifestyle my better half introduced me to Juiceland and I've been hooked ever since. Yeah you could make smoothies at home cheaper but they just don't taste as good. I don't know maybe it's the vibe, but smoothies just taste better when I stop in here for some delicious healthy drinks. Hands down - the WORST location ever!! They are slow, and they get their orders wrong a lot. I have even ordered online and showed 10 min after my pick up time, and still had to wait! When you've had more than 5 bad experiences in less than 2 months, others need to be made aware. I love JuiceLand, and have been a frequent customer for years now, but this location needs to get with it and do their job a little better, or hire more employees. read more

Great place for meal supplements. The smoothies are pretty filling; if you love REAL fruit smoothies and natural seeds, this is the place for you. I can't remember what I got, but it was something berry. A little pricey (compared to smoothie king) but once again you're paying for quality not quantity. Hope this helps. read more

I go to this JuiceLand at least once a week. Each time I have a good experience with the juice being really tasty and fresh. I especially love the many vegan meal choices and the staff is very helpful. I can never remember which juice I like but when I describe it (most each time since I get so nervous) they are patient and help me get the right one. read more

I had contacted the person who replied to an earlier review of mine and they said the huge wait times that day were due to their 'Grand opening'. They also said they will send send me a coupon if I replied with my address, which I did but never got a response(or any coupon) from them. Anyway I decided to give it another go and found the service much quicker on a Saturday. The second time I went there I tried the Bam Bam and found it just okay, they had too many ingredients to get any particular flavor, overall the drink just tasted sour. In my opinion it might be okay to try it out if there is a deal, like the one they had in 'Grand opening', otherwise the drinks are overpriced here. read more

This is my most favorite place to go to for smoothies, food, or to even just hang out and chill at! Juiceland on Parmer is by far my favorite Juiceland location. So many choices to chose from, from juices to smoothies to shots to hot drinks to freaking smoothie BOWLS to foods! I especially love it when they have specials going on or when they have the Smoothie of the Moment featured! My favorite is the Moontower smoothie, replace the brown rice protein with hemp protein, add peanut butter and Himalayan sea salt= tastes like resees with banana! The crew here is the most friendliest people I've met and very professional at their job, I love the staff here! This is a place to go to, everyone I see who comes here leaves satisfied! EDIT 2/8/17: I was contacted by the owner of Juiceland after my first review. I can't sufficiently express how much it means to have sincere outreach after a bad experience. Scott was very kind and apologetic, and I hope to return soon because I am always a believer in second chances :) Product: 4 stars! They have a wide variety of options for smoothies and juices. Plenty of add-ins to customize your drink. Overall, super awesome. Service: 1 star. The staff is somehow really negligent. I stood for about 5 minutes during my last visit without being greeted because the two employees up front were having a casual conversation with a customer. Absolutely no acknowledgement that I was waiting until that customer was ready to call the conversation over. When I was finally helped, the girl at the counter acted as if it was a forced interaction. I have pretty much worked in customer service since I was a teen, and the level of service at this location is sadly atrocious. I'd love to come back, but honestly I don't have much incentive to if that's how the staff is treating the customers. read more

This review is not about JuiceLand's products or how their food tastes. If you want to know the truth I don't think that I have ever been to a JuiceLand. Here is what happened to me and why I am leaving a review. It was a 10/05/2017 and I received a text asking me to confirm that I has signed up for "FiveStars Reward Service". Having just come off the heels of someone swiping 500.00 from my bank account by purchasing gift cards at a local grocery store I am a bit tender when it comes to protecting my identity and finances. I knew that I had not signed up for anything so I got to googling this reward service. I found that it is used by JuiceLand as a reward program and so I checked around town to see what JuiceLand were in the area. None in my neighborhood but there is one relatively close to my work so I called them. I spoke to Heather T. and another associate (forget her name, sorry). I was actually surprised when Heather took ownership of the problem as I explained to her that I had not signed up for a reward program with them. I half expected to have someone tell me "to bad" or " there is nothing we can do". In this day of hacking and cyber thieving we can either lay down and die or fight back. I will fight back in all cases and when you get an ally like Heather T. change happens. I tried this when someone took the 500 from my bank account but the big ole grocery store chose to lay down and take it and my bank did as well. The thieves won. Well, there was not a thief at JuiceLand trying to steal my identity and use it to by a smoothie. After lengthy investigation Heather was able to determine that a valid customer in another store had entered his phone number one digit off and it became mine. Makes sense. I have done it too and I was very re leaved to know that my name was secure. Customer got his/her phone number fixed and got their smoothie reward card and I got my peace of mind. More importantly and at the risk of sounding cheesy, I gained back some faith in people and that people do not only take the path of least resistance but are willing to help others. Thanks Heather for your help and the follow up emails and calls that kept me informed all along the way! You are one of a kind and I raise my smoothie glass to you! A toast! Michael read more

The juice at Juiceland is ALWAYS delicious. This review has to do with CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although the employee helping me recently was friendly, there were about 5 or 6 other employees chatting behind the counter and one of the girls was sitting on TOP of the counter chatting with another employee. This is extremely unhygienic. I don't think the health department would want to see your employees sitting with their arse on the counter where they make your juices. As other people have mentioned, the drinks/food are all amazing, but the service in this specific location is definitely not the best. We live right around the corner so are there often. Some of the employees are actually really nice, but there are definitely others who are rude and give you especially mean looks as you sign your receipt if you don't tip them. I've actually just started tipping out of being uncomfortable with how they treat you if you don't, which is really messed up. Are they not making minimum wage?
