Decent little place! We were at half price nearby and decided to walk over. My husband got some Mountain Dew mixed drink, and we got the dill pickle pretzel bites to share. It was supposed to come with a ranch but they were out so they gave us white cheese instead. I think there was something else we wanted but they were also out of that as well. They gave us a cookie on the house "for the trouble" bc they felt bad, which wasn't expected but very sweet of them. The pretzel bites are flavor PACKED. The dust hits your nostrils full force. Which I'm not opposed to lol. The dirty soda was actually really yummy and this coming from someone who's not a big soda drinker. This is def a once in a while treat. My wife and I stopped in here on Father's Day so I can finally check it out. I'm really glad I did because it was extremely good. The thing about this place is it has dirty sodas. If you've never had them before, it's sodas with cream in it or some kind of creamer and other fruit flavors as well. So if you're looking for just Coke or just Dr Pepper then you should just get some at the grocery store. My wife and I ordered a Beach Babe drink which has a Mountain Dew base and it was really delicious. I couldn't even tell it was Mountain Dew in the first place. We then ordered the pickle flavored pretzel bites and man they do NOT skimp on the flavor. It was heavily coated in the seasoning and I really liked that it was so abundant. It's supposed to come with a ranch sauce but they were out so we got a cheese sauce instead. Finally we were given a free sugar cookie because we tried to pay with cash but they didn't have any on hand at the time. So we really appreciated that even though it really wasn't necessary, but I'm not gonna complain about that. The cookie was sweet with pink frosted icing on top and I'd definitely get it again. Out of everything I had there, I'd say the cheese sauce was mid. It wasn't bad but I just didn't care do it that much. I think id prefer the ranch next time. I'd like to go again in the future and try out their other soda combinations and maybe some different pretzel bites too! read more

Ive stopped in several times for different drink combinations. They do a great job trying to have speedy service even when the drive thru line is long. There's not much space inside for waiting or seating so I usually get my drink Togo. The cookies and pretzels seem popular but I haven't gotten them yet. I love the amount of zero sugar options and all the great flavor combinations. This is my new caffeine pick me up and the afternoon and definitely cheaper than getting a coffee from some places. All the employees I've interacted have been very pleasant no matter how busy they are! They take their time to get orders right and to answer questions. read more

This location is tucked way on the end of the mall and easy to miss if you're not looking for it, but then when I got inside I saw why they have end spot. It's also got a drive thru which was quite busy! And they have a small seating area. The girl inside was really nice and helpful for my first visit here. I had a free 24oz via their mailing list thingy (I had signed up a while back but never gone). I went for one of the ice blended energy drinks called Daisy Duke (which was really really good but I forgot I was on my way to donate plasma and when the energy kicked in I had to reschedule that appointment (I'm sure my pulse jumped). For the energy it uses Mountain Dew and their own energy drink called Reviver. Then it also had pineapple syrup, strawberry puree, and Nestlé coconut creamer. Yum yum! But I'm really curious how much caffeine this has cause it definitely hitting!! I'll surely go back. That drink was refreshing but I may stick to the dirty soda next time cause it's like half the price and probably doesn't make you feel cracked out like this read more

I didn't know I could love soda this much until I tried Swig! I loved the Texas Tab. My favorite soda is Dr. Pepper, but I'm not a huge coconut fan. The first few sips I was surprised because it tasted... different because of the coconut and cream. But once I got used to it, I was hooked and wished I got a larger size. The soda was so crispy! Idk how to describe it but the bubbles were poppin. I hate a flat soda. I also tried the Cherry Bomb which has Pepsi. I don't think it was as good and crispy. But it was still good overall. I know people say "it's just soda with syrups," but I pay around $8 for a latte or a boba, so paying $3 for a sweet treat is worth it to me. They also have amazing cookies! I went for the first time in Feb 2026 and they had a 40min drive through line, no in-store. I went for the second time a few days ago, March 2026, and I could just walk in. I think they were operating the drive through as well but it wasn't as busy as before, thankfully. The workers are efficient and nice. It's in a shopping plaza so there's parking. read more

I stopped by Swig at Anderson Mill to try their new Sour Patch Watermelon Wave drink. The drink was light, refreshing, and came with a sour patch candy on top...a nice touch. Previously, only the drive-through was available, which I found a bit of a maze, but now you can walk in and sit at one of their two tables. The drink tasted more like watermelon than sour candy, which I enjoyed. The menu offers many soda combinations, and the service was quick and friendly. I'll visit again when I'm nearby. read more

Sheesh the lines are long, but if you find a time slot where it's not crazy, definitely worth a try! The location as others have mentioned is not ideal and the menu is really hard to read (definitely look online if you want to see what is in the popular drinks). The drinks are basically soda + syrup + other mixins and they're good! Balanced and not overly sweet which was surprising given the nature of soda. We tried the fruity options, a Shark attack for the kids and an Island time for the parents and it was great, especially the latter was super refreshing. Inside should open up soon too. It's nothing fancy inside but it's a place to hang. read more

Unthinkably bad planning on this one. The drive through line goes all the way through the parking lot, blocking store fronts and parking spaces alike. It's no joke either; when I attempted to visit, I was told it would be roughly an hour wait. One. Hour. Idling your engine, burning gas, just to get a cup of soda. What am I missing here? To make matters worse, the lobby is closed during the weekend so you have no choice but to join the interminable cue. Big no thanks and never again. What a shame they had to destroy the whole surrounding shopping area. read more

After going to Swigs in various locations, I was so excited that one opened up near my work. We went during their soft opening, and it was busy, but understandable since it was a new place to get a drink. I am sure the crowds will die down a bit once they are open for awhile. The staff have always been nice. Even on very rainy days and getting drenched, they still have a smile on their faces. For those of you giving low stars because you can "make it home", remember you have to go hunt down all those syrups and flavored creamers, and ain't nobody got time for all of that. Sometimes I just to treat myself while I am driving my family around. But you do you boo. As for the lobby complaints and location frustrations. I understand why you are upset, but that isn't the staffs fault, and it doesn't affect how good the drinks are. I do wish Swig could maybe find a way to use cones to direct the line better so you don't have 3 different ways to get into the line and prevent the car line chaos, but I don't fault the employees on this one, and because it is a shopping center, they might be limited on what they can do. Overall, locations not great, but the drinks and staff are wonderful. They are probably the friendliest staff at a Swig I have ever met, and I have been to a few. I would say try it out, and if you don't like it, go home and try to make a better one. As for me and my brood, we will enjoy our Swig made from the hands of the dirty soda slingers. read more

Is the location bad...yes. Is that the employee's fault....no. We have been three times from the soft opening to today. The quality of drinks has been great and the staff has been amazingly friendly even when they are standing in the cold and getting drenched in the rain. It is infinitely closer to us now so we don't have to stop in San Antonio or New Braunfels to enjoy something that makes us happy. We will continue to go and are looking forward to the Leander location hopefully opening soon. Thank you Swig :) read more

One of my favorite new beverage shops!! I'm so glad they opened a SWIG in Austin! The service is always so wonderful and I'm always greeted with such warm smiles from every single team member!! I really do like this place, normally great quick service and all the employees are so kind. I came the other day and my experience was very different. I walk in and I go up to the counter and the woman working the counter some like 30 year old lady gives me a dirty look and doesn't acknowledge me at all besides that. I start ordering and she just looks at me and says do you have a phone number with us. i say yes and give her the number and she just says "now what do you want" in the rudest tone i have ever had at this location. i repeat my order without being rude or unkind and i am going to get my card out of my wallet but since i wasn't able to teleport it out, the woman gives me a dirty look and storms off with a heavy sigh and says "someone else will help you" and walked off. so incredibly rude however the girl who finished my transaction was very nice. read more

Could not be more frustrated with this place. I highly discourage anyone from visiting, it will only give you anxiety and make you mad. Every time I go, no matter what time of day, the line is wrapped around the tiny congested strip mall. People are waiting an hour and a half here for mediocre at best drinks. Swig made a horrible choice putting it here. It's a bad location where there is not enough room for a drive through, causing there to be stress and frustration and angry drivers which ultimately sours the whole experience. They don't have enough staff to run the place and the lobby is closed. Do better, Swig. They will not be getting any of my money. And to think, I was so excited! read more
