We originally went to the cafe across the street (it was a coin toss between the two for which one to try), which was fine all things considered, but then went to Juice N Java to get a smoothie (Driftwood) before we headed out. When walking in the aromas were incredible and we regretted not coming here. The smoothie was great so we came back the next day. We got a breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, coffee, and the loco cocoa latte. Each time we interacted with the staff, they were fun and pleasant. Quality was fine but NO ONE behind the counter (employees and cook) was wearing a mask or gloves. This is during a pandemic. They also had an empty bottle of hand sanitizer by the door so no one could cleanse before entering. Very sad and scary. read more

Great atmosphere for friends to gather for coffee. Some of the food selections are good, healthy choices. Some of the deserts need to be tossed. I don't recommend them. The Key Lime cake slice is good. Biggest problem is the artwork on the walls. It's part of the general "look" of the place but the quality of the work hanging there is nowhere close to what community artists have to offer. Really low class art. They should allow more artists to hang their work there to improve the look of this place. I found out that some former NASA employee makes the choices of what hangs there. Definitely not a place to get food and drinks but great music. I wonder if you can byob. Every time I've been in here at night it's over an hour for food. Brought out of town guests to hear the great Tree Frogs, but totally embarrassed about sitting there with nothing to eat or drink for an hour. This was my second trip here and I am sold. You can get a cup of Joe, a smoothie, some tea, a glass of vino or even a bite to eat. You can sit inside or out on the patio and they have tons of parking... My first trip in I asked the barista to just make me something she thought I would like. Well I guess I should have asked her what she made be because it was quite good. When I came in this time I saw her again and let her know how much I enjoyed the last cup of Joe she made me and to just surprise me with something else on the menu. Well that Caramel Latte she made me was marvelous. She is not go overboard with the caramel and this was just the perfect amount of sweetness for my liking. I went twice in two days, both times building my own wrap from their extensive list of options for meat, protein, cheese, type of wrap, and veggies. We had heard good things about this place for breakfast so we decided to give it a try on Sunday. My first issue was that the menu seemed to be very limited as far as breakfast items were concerned. The food itself was very good, the coffee was good, and PD said the hot chocolate was very good. I had a scone with breakfast and I found it quite undercooked. The inside was very doughy and just not done. The service was good and quick. the tables and chairs are an awkward size. They are not high-tops, which I hate, but they are a bit taller than normal. We came back again on Monday, just after our cold boat trip, for a coffee and hot chocolate to warm up. Coffee for the light roast profile coffee snob! Clean, nicely laid out and hoppin'! This is an all-around great early-in-the-day restaurant but I think their strong suit is their outstanding coffee. And they roast it here! Mostly light to medium roast profiles, all excellent and some are made from really quality green. Although they use (at the counter) the term "dark," even the "darkest" is still without a trace of burned flavor or excessive finish. This is gourmet coffee and brewed to perfection. Juice N Jave is the JAM !! For years now I have been a big fan o JNJ !! It has always been great, but Jenny & Kevin took this place to another level. The place looks great, the staff are super friendly and they are always innovating when it comes to the menu and the variety of food they offer. Everything I ate there was always fresh and delicious, they have the best smoothies (if you are feeling wild , try an avocado smoothie - my favorite ) , awesome sandwiches (potato salad rocks) , delicious flat breads, yummy cupcakes, etc. They are also open some nights with live music, an interesting menu and wine bar which is a plus for the ones that are not into smoky bar scene. read more

Even though we're locals, my husband and I had never been to Juice & Java. We took a leisurely day off & decided to give it a try. It's a cute, casual place, very welcoming and comfortable. It was breakfast time but I couldn't resist the BLT they had on special. Applewood smoked bacon, yellow tomato, arugula on pressed ciabatta bread. This was the best BLT I've ever had. The tomato and arugula were fresh and flavorful and the sauce on the sandwich was incredible. My husband got the Beach Burrito and enjoyed it but was jealous of my BLT & kept asking if I would share. We were in Cocoa Beach a couple of weeks ago for our anniversary and were looking for a place to grab lunch and we could not have made a better choice. Every time I walk in the door, I see someone I know, either because they're a friend from around town or I met them at Juice and Java. This is a coffee shop for regulars, and it always seems to be pleasantly full. Not like the regulars at Starbucks who jump in and jump out on the morning commute (though folks do that as well), but the types of regulars that come every week or every day to relax, study, discuss, work, and catch up on the community stories. When I want to feel like a part of the Cocoa Beach community, I come here (nearly every day). You must get this: muffin, grilled with butter. The most fabulous taste combination (I am writing this review just to share it!): cranberry orange muffin grilled with butter and a dirty spiced chai latte. It tastes like Christmas in summertime. The muffin is buttery, fruity, and sweet; pair that with the chai spices, and it's reminiscent of cranberry spiced cider fresh off the stove. Make sure to include the "dirty" espresso shot to counter the sweetness of the muffin and chai. read more

The crust was like eating shoe leather. My son had the pancakes and he said they were terrible. Went back with my family for a brunch type meal and found the food quality to be spectacular. I had a veggie on ciabatta and the tomato bisque and each was full of intense, fresh flavors. My wife and son were also quite pleased with both the meal selection and quality. Pricing was equivalent to Panera only with the local vibe, which is always much preferred by us. We hung out for a bit after and the wife had a sweet and some coffee and each was ok to her. The negative remains the same as before: The service is aloof, and barista seemed almost clueless about the menu and choices. This is now two trips were the employees have brought the star level down from 4 to 3 for me. I will return, but the same issues arising w/ different employees seems to point to an institutional issue. read more

Just got back from my first visit to Juice N Java Cafe. The staff was very nice and the place is cool. They have tables inside and out, and they have a little nook area with comfortable leather chairs and a couch. A nice area to be leisurely and read and enjoy your food and or drink. I chose to try the Milano Panini sandwich with a side salad. It was good with a little bit of sweetness, I'm sure due to the mango chutney.
