This place deserves its five-star rating on Yelp! Full disclosure- the crazy good reviews of this restaurant are what made me come and try it out. I thought maybe it was friends and family doing fake reviews, and I wanted to give an honest one. But I was VERY impressed. Both Peters were there: Lindtner in the kitchen cooking, and Jacjay greeting and serving guests. Jacjay was so nice and helpful to my wife, daughter, and me. What a nice guy! It's a very small place, but cute inside. Please note: Even though it wasn't listed on the menu that we could see, they CAN do lattes and cappuccinos. My latte was great! Now for the food: My daughter had the signature mushroom garlic soup, and it was delicious. I was jealous of my wife's bacon, cheese, and egg croissant... until my Western omelette came out, that is! Both were fantastic. My omelette was more of a thin, European-style omelette, but it was great! Like I said, I partially visited this restaurant to prove the reviews wrong and set the record straight if it needed to be. But everything was so good that all I've done is provide Just Peters with another five-star review. LOL. A well-deserved one. read more

Cute little location! Owners were super friendly and the food was AMAZING. You could tell everything was fresh and cooked with love. We got the French toast and Norwegian Omelette and omg. Even the spring mix greens next to the omelette had dressing on it that complimented the dish and paired perfectly when eaten together. A fresh piece of sourdough bread was given with the omelette too! Reasonable fair prices and quick timing from ordering to food to the table. Will definitely be back again! read more

TWO Peters run and own the place and they've both been besties since 1986. Here we are, almost forty years later, and they are still going strong! You didn't come here to read a review about two dudes. Here's the facts: The food is gloriously-delicious, expertly-crafted and seasoned, and the restaurant itself is fully worthy of its implausible five-star rating. We had a croissant egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich, a cup of their delicious garlic-mushroom house soup, and the daily special, which was a lovely lasagna made with short ribs. *chef's kiss* Literally, every bite of any of the above was heaven on a spoon (or fork). Cute small little brunch bistro by the beach. Stopped in for brunch before heading off home and I'm so glad we did! The waitress/cashier was so sweet and accommodating to our party. We ordered the French toast, western & Norwegian omelette, and chicken sandwich. All were perfectly portioned, delicious, and quite cheap (for the area). I came with my family as we read the good reviews and were looking for a hidden gem. As we entered I immediately noticed the place smelled amazing and the decor was perfect for a small cafe. Peter greeted us immediately with a warm and genuine smile. As we were seated at our table, reviewing the menu, the people behind us received their food. It was at that point we knew we were in for a treat. The food was presented beautifully, smelled incredible, and immediately consumed. Peter served this table with such familiarity I knew the customers were regulars. Still, They were audibly impressed with the consistency in quality and genuinely adored Peter. Peter was over quickly to tell us about the coffee of the day. I wasn't sure so I suggested I'd try some of my daughter's who had ordered one (She is a bit more adventurous than I am). Peter delivered the coffee straight away and brought a small cup for me to sample! The coffee was delicious. We all ordered something different on the menu (French toast, Spinach omelet, Fish sandwich), and Peter returned in good time with our food. I need to say the same level of warmth and familiarity Peter exhibited with the customers next to us was also extended to us and appreciated greatly. It raised the bar. Arrived at the deli location we visited several times over the years. We knew the owner was selling and moving away. So, out of curiosity, we decided to visit. AWESOME! I had French Toast which came with melted chocolate. I usually pour syrup on, but didn't even think about it. It came with tiny pieces of nuts that provided a balance of flavors and texture. My wife had the Western omelette which was properly portioned and very tasty. It was accompanied by a spinach side salad with olive oil and herbs. This was tasty and an interesting addition to her meal. Even the small piece of toast was tasty. I had to pick up a decadent piece of chocolate brownie for the road. My wife and I have lived in Cocoa Beach for awhile and have not had the pleasure of eating at Just Peter's Bistro. They have been open for 1.5 years and we just found this small gem of a restaurant. We went for breakfast and had the western omelet and cheese omelet with a blueberry muffin. Breakfast arrived with a small salad and homemade soughdough bread. All were delicious with great flavor. What a wonderful surprise! I was planning to go a breakfast place nearby our hotel and noticed that another reviewer said it was closed so I called and they said they were open. Well when we got there it wasn't the breakfast place but a totally brand new restaurant! Just Peter's only opened three days ago and it is fantastic! Yes they have breakfast items; omelettes, French toast, açaí bowl, but also lovely salads, soups, sandwiches, and amazing breads and desserts! I enjoyed a lovely cup of soup, their soup of the day was a Ginger Carrot and their Roasted Vegetable Summer Salad that had me at grilled halloumi cheese. I rarely see that cheese in the grocery much less on a salad and I adore it's salty squeak! My husband had the Cottage Cheese Bowl and the Porchetta Sandwich, something else that you rarely see on a menu. Everything was executed perfectly! I loved the ginger punch of the soup. The salad was perfectly dressed for me, although if you are a big fan of dressing you might want a bit more, I like my salad lightly dressed. I especially loved all the herbs in the salad and of course the halloumi cheese was like the perfect non-crouton, crouton! The Porchetta was amazing but I would recommend eating that there or not letting it steam in a to-go container for very long. The focaccia bread for the Porchetta was sublime! They also had some samples of their daily focaccia bread and it was so, so good! I am not a fan of cottage cheese so I didn't try it but I appreciate that it was topped with almond and walnuts, mango and coconut. The best choice however was my husbands last minute addition of the Tiramisu for dessert, so light and delicate and a perfect ending to a meal with the coffee flavor. SENSATIONAL This is a true hidden gem. Everything we ordered was exceptional! Both Peter's were there and were so so kind, I could have stayed there and talked to them for hours. Watermelon Mediterranean salad was so fresh and perfectly dressed. Everything was chopped small so you could get a bite of veggies, olive and watermelon with each bite. Focaccia is one of my favorite breads and this olive focaccia did not disappoint. My dad ordered the Muffuletta on Focaccia and peanut butter coffee! There was perfect amount of homemade fresh focaccia, to meat and cheese to homemade olive tapenade. The iced peanut butter coffee is a MUST TRY! So unique and tasty! I was in cocoa beach for a few days and wanted a good quality breakfast. This was the place. The staff was very nice and the food was fresh and delicious. My daughter wanted a plate that we saw on Yelp, but turns out it was a limited time dish. But the owner made it for her from scratch, even thought it wasn't on the menu, and it was delicious.
