I've been a loyal business and vacation traveler with Hilton for decades and never been this disappointed. The good... Room 719 was nice, although who puts the coffee and fridge behind the sliding bathroom door. Speakman shower head and lots of hot water make for a nice shower. The bad... since you can't control ignorant guests that let the heavy doors slam, the hotel needs to figure out how to stop it. They slammed all night long. The beach... Hilton has a huge parking lot this is open to the public for $25. The influx of people that would otherwise beach at the Motel 6, was never ending. Suitcase size radios with competing music was exhausting. Pool.. nice that it was heated in March and the splash pad is thoughtful. The actual pool area is small, chairs are tired. Beach bar .. nice view, lousy drinks. Overall a costly and enormously disappointing weekend. read more

I had stayed at this hotel due to coming out here for a weekend trip. The customer service was great. I didn't know that you had to pay each day for parking but due to this the employee had took care of it for me. The room was clean and very nice. The bed wasn't uncomfortable because typically at hotels you have some uncomfortable beds. I love how they had a gym and also the hotel sit right on the beach so you could easily access the beach. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with a nice beach view and the price is reasonable then look no further. You will not be disappointed at all. If I am in the area again I would stay here again. read more

First the positives. The beach access is perfect. Mary, who responded to my chats was top notch. The maintenance guy was also awesome when the safe wouldn't open. The negatives. I had to request they fix the AC, it never got below 69 in my room. As a middle aged lady it was awful. If you need a cool room this is not the place to stay. The hotel isn't dirty but it's not clean. It needs renovation, it needs carpets cleaned. Housekeeping was dismal, very few towels, no replacements of glassware. Didn't even make the bed. You can see light through the doors and you can hear everything. The people next door left their kids unattended for hours on a Saturday night, it sounded like a daycare center. We had to complain twice before the adults managed to quiet the kids. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel! read more

Stayed here for one night while doing a road trip all along A1A. I burned 100K Hilton Honors points on this ocean front room. The good: /Great location right on the beach / Staff (everyone we encountered) outstanding helpful and friendly / The quality of the room was good but not outstanding. /Bed was comfortable /the oceanfront view (room 613) may have been the best view in the hotel. The construction woke us up to an incredible sunrise The not so good: / the air - temp in the room would not cool. We had on 68 and it briefly got down to 72 at night , but by check out , it was 77 even thought the thermostat was on 68 / construction hammering and power tools I think on the roof just above us .. at 7:45am. Stayed here 2 nights recently with my small family of 3 and was pretty pleased with our stay. We had a larger room with separate living room and an ocean view. The hotel staff were friendly and check in was a breeze. Lots of parking available. What made me choose this hotel was not only the modern accommodations but the amenities. They have a restaurant for breakfast, another one for dinner, a fast casual coffee bar/eatery with ice cream, and another pool deck restaurant. They have a nice pool, a splash pad for kids, and the hotel is located right on the water with easy beach access. This makes it really easy for family travel, because you can have everything you need right at the hotel. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The living room had a sofa bed, TV, mini fridge, coffee machine, etc. Shower and bathroom were large as well. I enjoyed the restaurants, and was able to use the splash pad for my daughter and some friends that were visiting. Their restaurants have a kids menu (think chicken nuggets, burgers, mac and cheese etc). The christmas tree and decor were up and the front desk staff were kind enough to not charge me for a few ounces of milk for my daughter to drink. Little touches like these are nice gestures that go a long way. For those who need to be close to Cape Canaveral for work/cruise departures, etc, Cocoa beach is only a 10-15 min drive. Excellent location, property, amenities but most importantly staff. Checked in for a few days as we awaited our cruise ship departure and who knew we would be able to see the Artemis Launch from the pier but I'll take it (plus)...came a little early to check in and decided to check out the breakfast buffet with the family and everyone was pleased (another plus). Rented a car but didn't want to pay an arm and leg for oceanfront parking (plus again), left my clothes in the dryer not to mention my favorite sweatshirt and the staffed mailed it to me (best gift of all)...extra towels on demand, clean and spacious room, and family friendly atmosphere...I didn't get a chance to check out the gym but I did enjoy the ice cream and coffee bar on the main level...on site pier restaurant and lounge are clutch for a late night. Easy decision...yes I would indeed stay again if visiting Cocoa Beach. Thanks again Hilton staff to everyone who was working. read more

We stayed here one night to be close to Port Canaveral for a weekend cruise and we loved it! The pool is small but we loved how the beach was just a few steps away from the hotel. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are not included at the beach like other hotels. There is a cost if you want to rent them. Staff was great and the rooms were super clean and modern. Theres a Starbucks too so that was a huge advantage! We can't wait to come back and stay longer! read more

My booking has been terrible. The hotel I booked Hilton Ocean Front hotel Cocoa Beach was a room with an ocean view. The whole reason I booked this room was because of the promised view. I recieved a room that over looks an industrial unit that blocked the view and has rusted units. I complained and was told all their rooms are booked. Then the front desk personel started texting me personally without my permission. She was rude and kept saying how I should be fine with the room because her hotel was nice. Yes, I can see the ocean but that huge rusted area is blocking the view mostly and first thing you see when looking out. I complained by calling the front desk. She said their rooms are full and there was nothing she coudl do but offer a free drink or meal. I told her i was unhappy and feel like my stay here was veey disappointing and that I feel they should show online that some rooms have this huge industrial area overlooking their views. I feel it is false advertisment. Then the front desk staff started texting me to my personal phone. I never agreed to receiving texts from them. I gave them my number at the front desk because they asked for it at check in. I've never had a front desk staff member to communicate by texting me. It felt invasive and aggressive. She started arguing with me though my personal phone. I had to tell her that I was disabled and elderly for her to stop. Then we tried to eat at their outside bar last night. We sat for over 20 minutes and my son had to get up and asked for a menu. We waited to be served but no one came. They kept helping everyone around us. This hotel has prejudice staff members. We ended up leaving the bar and ordering Doordash. I will never stay with this business again. They have pretty much ruin this part of my stay. Don't stay at Hilton Cocoa Beach in Florida if you're black. They will treat you bad. Likewise, I feel they probably have done this to other people. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the people that stay were all so nice, friendly, and happy. It may be due to the fact that most people staying here are either right about to go on a cruise or they just came back from a cruise. Honestly, it was exactly the experience I needed at the time. The room was great, I had an ocean view and the table in the room was situated well to do work while looking outside. You can tell the room was recently renovated as there were numerous new outlets and outlet strips everywhere. It was even decently lit as there were numerous lighting options. They had recessed lighting over each bed (I stayed with a friend) which was directed towards each bed in order to not bother the other person when their lights were on. The hotel also has its own access to the beach which was fantastic. The hotel provides beach towels to all patrons so they can enjoy the beach which was a nice touch. They have two outdoor bars, one closer to the beach which serves just drinks and another one closer to the hotel while still being outside that serves drinks and food. The one closer to the hotel while still outside also has live entertainment. The band and singer were excellent. The singer sang his own renditions of classics and new songs and the music that went with the songs was mellow and relaxing. They have an outdoor pool as well. Indoor they have another restaurant and an ice cream shop. The front desk gives out laundry pods as they have free laundry machines and dryers at the hotel. For what you pay for this hotel it was an excellent stay and has raised the bar for the price you get. read more

I was torn between Hilton Cocoa Beach and Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach. I was using points on a nights stay before my cruise. After reading reviews, I decided to stay here mainly because of direct access to the beach. I pre booked Cocoa Beach Express shuttle from MCO Airport to the hotel. It was about an hour. I realized after the fact that Hilton works with Cocoa Beach Transfers. They took us to the cruise port. I highly recommend them. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are all about, honestly. My flight came in early. I arrived at Hilton around 11a.m. Jamie checked me in, and she's fantastic. I reached out to the hotel prior, and with my diamond status, I was upgraded to a coastal view. I feel the customer service here is top-notch. The rooms and hallways were newly renovated. It all smells new and clean. The decor fits with the coastal theme. All the bath amenities were from Crabtree and Evelyn. I like the smell! It is all bolted down, so you can't take it home. The gym was bigger than most. It had big sweeping windows of the bar and pool. It was all in working order. Headphones would have been nice. They had a very small pool and a splash pad. There were plenty of kids in there. I did not use it. They had a rental shack for chairs, umbrellas, and toys. I do wish it was complimentary. They had a large outdoor bar. It had a tropical feel. I had dinner there, and the food was decent. The service was great. The best part was their smaller bar that led to the beach, which has a view of the ocean. They have limited hours, however. I stumbled upon their laundry facilities. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers. The best part was that it was complimentary!! I've never been to a Hilton that has a self-serve laundry room. Homewood suites or Hampton has them, but Hilton?! It's a necessity to have, since we are right next to the sand. I ate breakfast at their dining room, Salt. As a Diamond Member I had a $15 per person food credit. I used it on that. They have a continental breakfast for $15. They have a full breakfast buffet for $21. I felt that for a resort, their restaurant prices were reasonable! I was not hungry and didn't want to spend an additional $6 for omelet, protein, waffle or oatmeal. The continental breakfast was sufficient. The pastries were baked fresh. The fruits were also fresh. They had granola and yogurt as well. If you want protein, they had hard boiled eggs. I had to check out early to get to the cruise port, which was about 10 minutes away. This hotel has some restaurants within a 10-minute walking distance. It was hot and humid, so staying at the hotel to eat is your best bet. I wished I could've stayed here longer. This hotel was a great find! read more

Such a great hotel in so many ways. The location is perfect, we had no issues with parking, there is a pool, it's on the beach, two restaurants (we only went to longboards during our stay), great, friendly and concerned staff. There were issues while we were there, but the great staff worked diligently to make our stay (and others) a good one. The first of our three nights one of the AC chillers went out. AC was substandard the rest of the stay. We could have left, they comped us one night. We chose to stick it out. While sleeping was not ideal, the day adventures were fantastic! You can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach, just before you head to the beach there's a small shop with beachwear, sunscreen, etc and rentals. The attendants at the beach set it up for you once you rent. The water was amazing at the pool and the beach, just the right amount of "crowd" , not too many, yet fun place to meet new friends. Pool was refreshingly cool and the ocean was soothingly warm and pretty turquoise green! Longboards was a great restaurant, tiki bar. The first two nights they had DJ's and live music. Food was great, we had peel n eat shrimp, burgers, dry rubbed wings, kids Mac n cheese, longboard nachos, over three meals eaten there. Great waitstaff and we'll prepared food. It does add up, however, we were a party of four and each meal total was $100 +. Our parking was free, as I'm a Hilton Rewards member. Otherwise, it costs $12 per night, we were there in June. It's under remodel construction. Our rooms were fine but a little dated. I'll come back before long to see what's happening. This hotel is *so* close to being a place I could enthusiastically recommend, and truly, I think it's getting there. But during my recent stay (room 314) in mid-July, I realized the Hilton Cocoa Beach is not quite ready for primetime. The Good: - It's a Hilton, so you can expect the same corporate offerings as any other Hilton (App check-in, digital room key, rewards program, etc). - There is actually a good variety of food within the hotel -- two restaurants, a coffee shop, and gelato are all available inside, and outside is the tiki bar, which is covered and offers beach access. - All the staff I encountered were quite friendly, and room service was quick. - Huge parking lot with plenty of space for a rental car - Close to several other restaurants and grocery stores; Publix is maybe a 90-second drive away, and totally walkable. - Tiki bar drinks were strong, and the food was actually pretty good. I don't think I've ever actually raved about a club sandwich before in my life until I had this one. Robin, our server, was hilarious and offered great recommendations. The Bad: - The west wing of the hotel is not great and looks very dated. My room was on the third floor with an "ocean view." Turned out 95% of my view was of the air conditioning units on the rooftop of the floor below. - Popcorn ceilings...yuck. - Given the beach-y nature of the hotel, lots of folks walk around barefoot in the common areas, but the carpeting in the rooms didn't seem to be very clean. Yikes. - Bathroom toilet handle needed to be held down to flush, and the lid wouldn't stay up. - Shower tub looked painted, like your first rental house after college. - The in-room entertainment was from like...2010, and the only streaming app it supported was Netflix. Bring a streaming box of your choice to be safe. I didn't see inside any of the rooms in the east wing, which appears to have had its remodel finished, but the hallways were brighter and the carpeting was nicer, so I assume my half of the hotel will eventually look like that. We stay here every year for my husband's work conference. As his plus one, this is always one of the highlights of my year! The hotel itself is beautiful and the front desk team are always hospitable and kind. Some of Anthony's coworkers got renovated rooms, but we did not. I will say the renovated rooms are much nicer and more updated than the room we had. But, the room we had was still very nice! The beach feels private here as they do a great job of regulating beach access/parking. There are also several great dining places both inside the hotel and nearby. The coffee shop inside the hotel sells Starbucks Coffee and the pool side bar has phenomenal drinks and snacks! read more

With digital checking in, no one told me that there is construction going on every day Sunday through Saturday from early 9 AM to after 5 PM. It's Sunday morning and I'm trying to sleep in and there's loud hammering and knocking noises on the sixth floor where I'm at. I like this hotel, and I like the views of the Lori Wilson park next-door, which are gorgeous. But this is bad business not to have it on the website, and not you warn people when they're making reservations. I am upset. Secondly. We are on the pool deck. The DJ. Keeps turning up the music. I've put on noise cancel headphones. I'm reading. She keeps increasing g the noise level. The decibel is 50 or higher. Not acceptable!!! It's above a comfort level. No one is out here. An outdoor bar and grill was open. The food was good, with a limited menu. Their main dining room was closed (Will open when occupancy goes up). Their breakfast buffet is pricey. The cold continental does not include hard boiled eggs, cheese or cold meat. It should. The full buffet has plenty of protein offered. There is a little pizza/ice cream stand and a Starbucks on site. There are no rooms with balconies or windows that open. The location is South of Ron Jon's. It is near a lovely park. read more

Wonderful place to stay. Anytime we are in Cocoa Beach we will definitely be staying here. Clean and friendly. Right on the beach. Granted, our home is 10 minutes from the beach so we probably don't appreciate it like most people do. But it was still nice to just walk straight over to the beach. The outside areas were inviting and clean. Food and drinks were great. We did not eat at the restaurant inside, just at the bar/tiki area. Super friendly and efficient greeting and check in. I Didn't get room I think I set . ISB ports and outlets on bed did not work. I called but they were never fixed. There is no hook on back of the bathroom door. Smallest bathroom ever seen. Gym a nightmare- bike didn't work amd there was only one. Said something my first day. Second day they put a sign on it. I tried elliptical it was also broken. I said something. Neither was fixed. There was possessed alarm clock in my room; there was no way to change it to the correct time (no one had changed it back an hour). There was no way to turn it off. So, I unplugged it. This was not easy since it was entangled in a nightmare of wires behind the nightstand. It still went off the next morning at 5:30am...On a Sunday. I requested it be removed and informed the staff I was throwing it out / cutting the cord to remove it if it wasn't. The guy behind the desk asked if my room number was 666. Hilarious! Anyway it was gone quickly. No bottled water replenishment. I asked at the front desk. They gave me more and said it was a COVID thing. No coffee refilled in room. I want to stress the people who work here are amazing. Everyone is super friendly and nice. This hotel is a black eye to Hilton. I understand it would take massive money to fix and that would also be lost revenue. Luckily I was warned by a local so my expectations were not high. But events were there so I stayed there anyway. I booked a room here for a night before leaving on a cruise and this place was a mess. My room only had one lamp (instead of two like everyone else) the whole room smelled musty all night, and the tv would turn itself off when you selected a channel to watch. There were little lights built into each bedside table but one of mine was broken. When I explained all this to the front desk they told me that they will remove my parking fee as compensation. I informed them that I didn't have a car parked in property. Imagine my surprise when I received my receipt and saw that I had been charged parking. Everyone else in my group had as well (a total of 5 rooms) and none of us had a car on property. I WILL say that Hilton did refund my parking and added some points to my account, which I appreciate them doing. And if it had been just one thing I would have overlooked it, but it was multiple things. Also, this didn't effect us but one of the two elevators is out of service for the remainder of the year so they can work on it. The food and staff in the restaurant were great. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my room WAS clean. I think there are better places to stay in Coco Beach. read more

From arrival to departure the atmosphere of Hilton Oceanfront Cocoa Beach was incredible. There are so many activities on the beach, delicious cocktails at the tiki bar and incredible room service! The staff was so kind! Big shout out to Matt at the front desk for extravagant complimentary breakfast buffet for our honeymoon. Tip for couples on a romantic getaway: there is the option for call ahead experiences to be prepared for you in your room before you arrive. We selected the charcuterie and cheese board with a bottle of chilled champagne. Our coastline view was glorious, having a cup of coffee after an amazing night sleep in the morning and looking out at the surfers was really cool. Upon checkout our card was declined due to lots of shopping and fun in Cocoa Beach. (I highly recommend cruising around on electronic scooters and visiting the Kennedy Space Center! ) The front desk, accounting, and Nicole in management took care of this hurdle for us with patience and grace. We weren't put in a difficult position at all by it and were able to sort out the finances with them. It could have been a stressful situation, but their professional and understanding demeanor made us completely comfortable and we were able to sort it out completely when we got home. This was the perfect honeymoon and we look forward to returning someday soon for another epic romantic getaway. read more

Do not stay at this hotel if you will possibly have a delayed flight. Because we checked in after 11:00pm, they booked us a whole new room without mentioning that is what they were doing. The morning when we checked out I asked the front desk staff why we had two charges appearing on my account. She said the charge should fall off. Didn't quite meet my expectations. Pros: Friendly staff at front desk, bar, and restaurant. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. $17pp which is about what you might spend at IHOP or Waffle House down the road and not get a buffet. Omelette bar is excellent. Gym is excellent, equipment is new and clean, far better than typical hotel gym. Cons: Facility is much older than the pictures depict. High traffic and volume definitely is putting a lot of wear and tear in the guest rooms. Bathrooms fixtures are old and some parts rusted. Carpet is horrendous. For nearly $300/night, I expected much better. If you're a Hilton brand loyalist, the Hampton Inn down the street is in much better condition. Housekeeping is very slow. Room didn't get serviced until around 3pm each day and they did little more than empty the trash and make the bed. They forgot towels a couple times and didn't vacuum. Hard pass on the scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet. The rest is good. read more

This is an average Hilton. The staff is very friendly and the property was very clean, lobbies and room. The beachfront location is really nice, but you pay dearly for that location. 2 sandwiches and 2 beers - $45?? 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for 2 hours - $42?? The bed was terrible - the mattress needed to be changed long ago. No balcony on the beach front room, very disappointing. Not exactly a good value, but it is the beach. read more

Where to start? Customer service is always my favorite and here at the Hilton they deliver!!!!! I have to give a huge shout out to Debbi from the front desk. From the minute I checked in until checking out I had to pleasure and privilege of speaking with her. Her high level of customer center service approach should be a role model for Hilton employees to follow. She is most pleasant, great sense of humor, and very focused on customer needs. We had long discussions about local restaurants and various types of foods to try. She maintained a pleasant smile and you can tell that she's genuinely interested in what someone has to say. Again, Hilton recognize Debbi's high level of customer service as a standard that all should follow. With regard to the room I have to say it was fantastic! I had an extra window they gave me a wonderful view of the ocean!!! The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained with up-to-date equipment. read more

Disappointing. Arrived to find the suite I had reserved unavailable. Took a regular room. Room REEKED of cigarette smoke. Otherwise was clean. Good bed. No room service or actual breakfast. Dozens of the closest parking spots blocked for the "valet" who I never saw. No acknowledgment or benefit from my Diamond status. Low rating is mostly for the super smelly room. read more
