Honestly both times I've ever ordered here the smoothies I got were horrible. First time the young ladies working there were willing to help me out and remade the smoothie and it came out better but the second time I just came both smoothies were super bland and had no flavor. It looked like the manager may have made them so idk if he's just greedy with the ingredients or what but they weren't very good. I only say this because this is the only juice it up that has given me far below average quality on our smoothies. I wouldn't go to 1 star because the customer service from the first time I went was actually very good and the young ladies were very friendly read more

They usually make my drinks pretty good (most days) So no complaints on that. But, the last couple times the customer service hasn't been that great. It's like "we're bothering" when we order. We go in all the time and for some reason the last month or so it hasn't been that great. Not sure if it's the season or just people having bad days. ‍ read more

30 minutes before closing and they stopped making drinks. If you are open til a certain time you should be serving until that time. BAD customer service read more

I'm a regular about every other day lol, everytime I go is during my lunch so I don't mind the little wait as I catch myself not even waiting that long anyways......the service is always great I love my pb cold brew mocha and the people who make it,Especially Amanda! Last night I ran a little too late for my juice it up run and I ran into Amanda, she was super sweet, amazing with customer service and even introduced me to a new alternative within my pb cold brew mocha that I didn't even know I could option in, she was excellent in her service and made my time at juice it up a very pleasant time even prior to closing , it's the little things that matter most and even just a smile and compliment is more than enough to make another person's day and I'm glad I was able to experience a genuine conversation about my interests in smoothies with another amazing person about their interests in smoothies! Definitely hope to come back soon read more

Dumb morons that work here can never get an order straight. They are so lazy they can't even put honey on their bowls. They throw the packs in a bag with no napkins. Idiots. Don't order from this location. read more

I am so upset for the past 10 years I stop at Juice it up in Moreno Valley off of Day Street. Well moved to Hemet went into this store. Omg it's dirty from the outside and I'm big on first impressions. Hemet location gets a 1 disgusting then I walk inside. The two young ladies are behind the counter on their phones one scratching her hair and then asking with gloves on and then asked me what would I like not professional no customer service skills at all my hat goes off to the Jamba Juice in Moreno Valley. Everyone is very kind they're caring they know us by names because we're if you're a regular they already know most the time what you want they pay attention and so I'm so upset that I've moved to Hemet because I will not be getting Jamba Juice unless I go into Moreno Valley or another location Hemet you need new management when you supervision and you need to clean the glass the front of the ground outside the door he needs help read more

Great smoothies, happy staff but def not the place for pretzels! Lol! I always get a piña coolada smoothie and they are the best! The other day I also ordered a pretzel and it was less than exciting, for sure not worth the money. If you go stick with the smoothies it's what they are best at! read more

I'm not one to complain I've worked fast food and hospitality for a few years......Fifth time I order a large protein açaí bowl, I get charged for it but they always make a small. When I ask if I was charged for it the employees always have a attitude. I'm not rude about it just want what I paid for. They just threw in the small açaí bowl into the blender and mixed all the toppings together. And added more toppings. read more

The smoothies usually taste pretty good, but I keep having trouble with mobile ordering ( this location) and customer service. I feel like training is missed a lot. No communication between employees, not taking orders correctly, which ripples to other making them order wrong. Also employees not paying attention to the tickets. They offer specials but only if you mention them. A family that was in there, the same time I was, saw the family pack special and mentioned after they ordered. The girls were like ya it would have saved you.... And said nothing after that. A good cashier would have offered the special based on their order that was taking place . Considering how expensive these drinks are you would expect a certain level of common sense. read more

I can't believe they have only person working, running like crazy. Super slow and it's not the workers fault, probably the cheap owner doesn't want to hire another worker. I won't be using this place read more

I found a hair in my drink and I tried to return it back and they would not give me a refund will not come back again

Wonderful and kind people, delicious smoothies. It's nice and clean in here and i am always greeted with a smile

My daughters and I went in to get some smoothies. I'm assuming it was a new employee that took my order and the wrong drink was made. I'm not one to get mad, I think we've all been there in some point of our young life of learning. But I wanted to commend the other employee, Timmy on his patience, poise and great customer service. read more

The last review I left was about 4 years ago, a little over I believe and this place is still bangin'. All of their staff are fantastic and never - despite how busy they can get - do they seem anything other than cheerful and helpful. Ariel and I believe her name is Chaveah are the ones that I deal with the most during the afternoon after I get off work and they're always incredible and welcoming. They call the people they know by their name and have always provided excellent customer service and are always so very quick to help everyone who comes through the door. I come by a few times a week and will probably continue to do so since the quality of everything this location provides is absolutely top notch. read more

Had the worst experience ever!! I walked in the juice it up with my daughter at 8:57pm or so. So i was expecting to hear sorry we're closed and i would of been fine with that, but instead this little girl behind the counter had the shittiest look on her face as she took my daughters order of course the other girl said they couldnt make my order cause the machines were already closed which i understood but just the fucked up attitude the one girl gave me i will never ever go there again i wish i would of got her name i might just go back to talk to management tomorrow or might just call corporate.we didn't deserve that treatment alls she had to say was they were closed if she didnt want any more customers read more

Alyssa was great and her customer service is fantastic. Very patient and attentive great employee. I'll be coming back.

I've always been a Juice It Up fan, but the razmatazz at Jamba Juice reeled me in over any Juice It Up flavors. Now that the Jamba Juice in town has closed (still a surprise to me), I go to Juice It Up. The employee who almost always takes my order is I believe the owner. Really nice guy. In fact, I've never had a negative experience as far as staff friendliness goes. So that's a plus. The flavors are great too! I stick to Seabreeze Squeeze (my very favorite) and Melon Madness. The managers of this store have some special deals going on nearly every visit I make. Yesterday, they offered a "family pack" after 5 pm where each member of the family gets a drink (two large, two original I believe) - for 13 bucks. That's a good deal. Unfortunately I don't have a family to take advantage of it! Clean store, easy location near the Hemet Walmart, good drinks, and nice staff! read more

I've been to this location twice in the last week, the first time I went in I was on my way to work I had 30 min to spare and spent that whole time waiting on my drink I ordered a raw juice drink, they screwed my drink up twice and I couldn't wait any longer so I left to go to work. The manager at the time gave me a paper that said I got a free drink. I go back a second time give them the paper that says free drink and the girl says you can only get a medium smoothie since the note wasn't specific about what drink I get. I told her I don't want a smoothie, I want a medium raw juice because that's what I ordered before. So she said ok and proceeded to make my drink it took 15 min to make it. In the mean time off duty employees are coming in making drinks for their family and chit chatting with each other. Both times we were there that happened distracting the people making the drinks. I won't be going back here again. read more

This place is consistently disappointing. I've been in several times, and each time I notice filthy floors, a kitchen area in disarray, and improper use of the juice extractor... I almost always buy something with carrot juice in it (Carrot Patch, etc), and invariably, the juicer isn't washed out before my smoothie is made. It ends up tasting like spinach and ginger. I just left about an hour ago after reluctantly going back for "one more chance." The young lady attempted to rinse the juicer, but started extracting my carrot juice before the rinse water had finished coming out of the spout. Yep! Disgusting!! So, I got a watery, improperly made Carrot Patch (again), and it hardly had any fresh carrot juice in it. It tasted like carrot/kale/ginger rinse water. I'm done. I will not be back. Manager/Owner: Please train your people and clean your floors & kitchen area. Just horrible! I only posted 1 star because the app won't accept zero stars. Signed, Absolutely unsatisfied customer. The definition of 'keeping it moving' Congratulations to management - you have hired employees that are not afraid to hustle and still offer positive customer service This location may always be busy, (and because of that, in need of a wash down or sweep up from time to time) but, no matter the time of day or day of the week, but the staff is always hard working read more

Rating : For those who don't read long text. Customer Service -- 5/5 Delicacy -- 5/5 Decorations -- 3/5 Cleanliness : 5/5 Quality -- 5/5 Restrooms -- No. Story : A long time ago, when I went to this Juice it up, they use to have furniture. But now that furniture is gone. Anyway, this Juice It Up a long time ago when I traveled to this Juice It Up had terrible straws, but now today, they have great straws! You will notice my reviews on Juice It Up! That I always critique one vital issue : Check your Straws! Make sure your straws are durable and strong to be sucked. Previously in the past the smoothies had a great imbalance of ice and the ingredients placed into the smoothie. However today this has changed, there is a great balance and the people who work here today are nice, friendly, and people you can depend on getting a great smoothie. Do I suggest going to this Juice It Up? Yes. This is a great Juice It Up.. when it comes to passing by the town, once you get your drink, head out and go on your way. This is the best Juice It Up! In all of San Jacinto and Hemet. read more

Very displeased with juice it up each time I go there you have to stand outside in 100° weather why the staff inside is nice and cool with 6 foot glass all around them. I went in there today and they demanded I put a mask on. I asked why when the mandate has been lifted they refused to serve meWithout a mask. And of course after you order your drink you must go back outside. I love juice it up I go there a couple times a week but after today I will no longer be going there. I was not the only one complaining. Changes should be made or they're going to lose a lot of customers juice it up also needs to review , a lot of their complaints are the same as mine read more

Glad I checked it out for myself! After reading the reviews I had mentally wrote this place off. The lobby is very clean and well organized, so is the kitchen/prep area. I had an amazing experience with the staff. They were ok with me customizing my own sweet green juice which tasted bomb. The cute Dominican girl was super friendly and welcoming, even gave me a coupon and discount off my drink. I juice 2-3 times a day so I'm sold on this place now. read more

I want to take the time to recognize this location for its guest service & going above and beyond to provide excellent service. There was a Lady in front of me in line & she clearly had a disability & was having a difficult time ordering Marcos the manager stepped in & helped the lady showing patience the whole time & so did the cashier that was helping her. The employees seemed happy & were inviting & friendly. Major kudos to the manager on duty & to the team. It was my first time at this location & will definitely be a return guest. read more

Haven't been here In a long time, my strawberry wave was not good, didn't taste fresh to me, also I don't remember a strawberry wave staining my tongue, there was no taste of banana, and even less taste of strawberry. This was mostly ice and juice, when I watched it being made, in a big blender a hand full of cut strawberry pieces and two small.pieces of banana, this made mine and another customers drink, this was a rip off. Two large drinks sharing of few cuts of strawberry and two small pieces of banana, rip.off Will not be coming back. read more
