MUCH BETTER SERVICE... this time around at Hemet's Juice It Up, I'm so impressed with the pleasant staff i encountered today! I was acknowledged as I came in and was given excellent customer service! The shop had a genuinely better vibe this time and I was happy to see that! As always, the store was clean and had great AC. I ordered my usual piña cool-ada & mango mania smoothies. Prices are still a little high, it was over $16 for two large smoothies. Thankfully, they were both fresh and tasted great! My only complaint would be that the bottom of my smoothie had full chunks of pineapple that were not thoroughly blended. Other than that, I had a good experience! read more

I usually enjoy Juice It Up, but unfortunately, there's one staff member who consistently makes my visits unpleasant. The woman who often works as the cashier...she has noticeable eyeliner around her eyes...has been rude and demeaning toward me on multiple occasions. Whether I'm picking up an order or ordering for myself, her attitude is consistently unfriendly and dismissive. It's gotten to the point where if I see she's working, I'll turn around and leave. On top of this, we came in almost 2 hours before closing and the employees looked as though they were doing closing tasks, playing extremely vulgar music. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED EVERRR! My husband and I ordered a large and a medium smoothie from this location, totaling at $14.95. Order comes out and is a large (not even full) smoothie, and a small smoothie. My husband told the guy working there that his order was wrong and the guy argued with my husband telling him that he didn't make the order and to just take it and leave. Like what????? EMPLOYEES ARE UNSANITARY! I used to frequent this location and have encountered Yulia ("Julia with a Y") 3 times at the register. She happened to be quite rude each time with no greeting...not even a smile. I would even say hello to her and there would be no response. Sunday, February 25, 2024 happened to be one of those days. On this particular day as Yulia was making my drink, she sneezed into her hands. To my surprise, she continued making my drink (touching the handles of blenders, spoons/scoopers, lids, cups, etc.) without stopping to wash her hands. I approached her about it and her response was "oh, well I usually sneeze into my elbow and that was just an instant reaction" and she continued working. I then said, " I understand, but the issue is you not washing your hands". Yulia gave me a blank stare and continued working. Two customers witnessed the entire situation and walked out without ordering. I asked for a refund and a different person helped me by the name of Esma. I asked her about the handwashing protocol and her response was " well we don't touch the fruit with our hands". I have never witnessed such carelessness in regards to sanitation. I am an avid juicer. Pretty much on the daily now. So I am always seeking out juice shops, when I'm traveling. I was in town visiting family and before the fams and I headed out to Disneyland, I dropped by here to juice up for the remainder of my traveling days. They had some bottled juices, but from what I heard from a staff member that they outsourced them and they're not made in-house. The juices were okay. I'm so glad that they had this in Hemet. Healthier options were always so hard to come by in this town, but now it's not! Go visit them and get juiced-up. I like mostly green juices with kale, ginger and lemon. If I cannot get them together, I will go with the closest thing and mix them =) If you like smoothies and fresh-made juices, they can make those there, too. Remember though, those need to be consumed within 24 hours. Great business that Hemet has =) read more
