First of all the customer service was trash they were super rude to me didn't get my order right barely gave me any fruit on top and then I saw him not put the whole cup of acai in my cup and left half in the blender!!!! He gave me mostly granola.. I have terrible social anxiety and this worker had me crying by the time I walked out, I simply wanted what I paid $10 for! read more

Juice It Up! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Hemet, California

I love juice it up! Just not this one! Me family and I were settling for this one when we couldn't go to our favorite one in riverside/moval off day st by target! Hello my email address is willamjamescowboy@gmail.com , I'm making sure you have it so you know I'm serious due to the nature of my concern, & the fact I'm giving a 5 star rating yet I was displeased with the customer service I received at The Hemet location on Sanderson & Stedson, two female employees were working (CaLonnie & Abby)sorry if spelling isn't correct they didn't have name tags on. I walked in Abby was directing a vendor with placing oranges on the counter, she gave me little eye contact & said hi, then continued with the vendor, starting making him a fresh squeezed OJ shoot or boot,I'm still waiting,Abby gave no more eye contact or anything PERIOD! I asked, "is someone going to help me"? At that point I noticed KaLonnie or CaLoney,(sorry @ spelling) , so Abby asked her to assist me while she finished with the vendor, I've come here many times in past because I work in the area, & I love the Açaí Berry Bowl! The Manager is great, A make Mature Gentleman, I gave description of him because I don't know his name at all . With that said I know with a little help and customer service training Abby and all employees will be great! KaLonnie made a yummy Açaí Berry bowl, no one said sorry, for read more

Shout out to Emily Jones for always getting my Pitaya Sunset right on every trip! I only patronize this location because of the great staff! You guys ROCK!!!! Happy Customer! read more

I think this is a terrific local business. I have gone there numerous times. Service is polite, friendly and professional. Love, love my juice and "bowl"s. I am fast becoming a regular and recommend this to anyone interested in juices, smoothies etc. Kudos to the owner and staff. The friendly neighborhood feeling is a bonus. There is a list of daily specials and they gladly accommodate special requests. A little treasure on the West side of Hemet. read more

Very nice and clean worker are very nice . The smoothes where very good. I will come back to this place.

I go here all the time. Best juices and smoothies in town. The staff is friendly and service is fast! Marcos is great!

Clean, welcoming, inviting store. Plenty of options to choose from on the menu or you can make your own raw juice concoction. I blended my own raw juice and it was just what I asked for and only tool about 5 minutes even though my 2 friends were in front of me. One got the acai bowl and I can't say I was to impressed. $10.50 for a large juice seems a little steep for fruits and vegetables. But you'd spend that much on fast food anyway and your body will be much happier after a fat glass of juice. read more

Seen huge improvements in the staff and speed at this location in recent months. They wouldn't have received 5 stars from me a year ago but my last couple of visits they have proven that they deserve it. Yummy smoothies too! read more

Good selection of drinks, customer service is always great and they have pretzels! Every time I come here, I think of my Jamba Juice closing down in Hemet awhile ago. So sad when that happened. But, Juice it Up does have some good choices and healthier options and they always make the drink fast. Conveniently located in Wal-Mart shopping center. Prices are average for a smoothie type of place. Fave is Strawberry Delight! read more

I live in Temecula, but work in Hemet. This is the only Juice it up that fills my Acai Bowl with all Granola & a splash of acai... ive gotten it twice here with the same results.. Sorry, but if I'm going to pay $8.00 for an Acai Bowl, id like to have Acai in my bowl.. Disappointing, looks like ill just stick to Temecula/Murrieta Juice it up.. read more

I love this place! It has the best smoothies. My favorites are the conga lime and the melon madness. The manager and employees are very nice. It can be noisy inside and the prices are expensive, but the quality of the smoothie is great. Would definitely recommend. read more

Went in to get an acai bowl, and all I got in the bowl was huge chunks of granola with barely any acai or fruit. I always go to juice it up, but the one in Hemet needs some improvement. read more

Very friendly staff the smoothie tasted fine. No restroom! They are able to get away with this because they do not have any seating in the restaurant. read more

Craig you should try this. Tastie fresh fusion. Less than 300 calories. Fast service. Mecca was very nice clean inside. Kind of expensive for a drink...8.00 for large. read more

I absolutely love Juice it up I choose Juice it up over Jamba Juice anytime they don't have very many in San Diego mainly just Jamba Juice out here son whenever my fiancé and I are back and forth driving from Sd to the desert we always stop at this juice it up location purposely because their drinks and bowls like their pitaya bowls omg always consistently taste the same perfect each time. read more

Megean at juice it up in hemet, had excellent customer service. I brought my son in today with his friend for a special drink. And she helped us out big time, by figuring out the drinks to get by me asking what flavors they like and even Gabe us the special promotion. Only amazing people with good customer service know how to do things like this girl. Thank you for adding to our day by being so great. :) read more

Received a coupon for buy one, get one free, for the new green tree smoothie. Went in and the cashier asked a girl for help with this she she said they did not have it. Instead of offering a different drink and keeping a customer, they choose to just let us walk out without anything. Where is customer service and making a customer happy? read more

Smoothies were very watered down, very bad service, took an hour for our order with no line, cups broke open, the guy was complety rude and was popping his pimple while making our smoothies read more

Every single time I enter there is always an amazing worker named Emily who would be super friendly and always making my order absolutely perfect . It always has the best service . Only thing I would say is it's inconvenient for them to give honey packets instead of using a squeeze bottle . read more

Love the Mellon madness and the mango the boosters have no taste so that's amazing and the service is fresh the lady is always nice

Yummy place to pop in at after the gym for a nice pick me up! The staff is the best ever!!

So I would give it ZERO stars, as I was not even able to walk in and order ANYTHING. Pulled up at about 9:15pm and there were what seemed to be a bunch of employees clearly making smoothies (personal order Im assuming) because as soon as we pulled up a girl inside runs and puts up a hand written note that reads, "Sorry for the inconvenience, be back in 10min" first off, it was EXTREMELY rude to put the sign up at the moment we pulled up as they literally watched us about to get out of our car, all while they were CLEARLY making smoothies. There were about 4 ppl behind the counter at the time. Anyhow, after that, two guys behind the counter making smoothies proceeded to finish their own order and walk out with multiple smoothies. After they walked out, the young girl who put the sign up, locked the door and the rest of the staff walked into the back. Anyways, luckily I just got off of work and was too tired to wait the ten minutes esp after how rude that whole scenario played out, cuz i would have probably let them know all of this in person. Do better yall. read more

Definitely a fan of this place, now. Moved back to Hemet recently to find no Jamba Juice. Was a bit iffy, not one to embrace change. But this place does it right. The raspberry craze smoothie is all I order and it's all i need. Literally been here 10 or more times(family loves it too) since I've been back(for 3 weeks). Only thing is, being in the military made me an early riser and the guy doesn't open up shop till 8 am. Other than that, great service and yummy smoothies. read more

The experience here was not the greatest. My beverage taste outstanding although the trouble that I had getting it made was a different story. I explained that I have food allergies prior to paying for my order and further explained that its life threatening and that there was a need to use new and clean utensils. I observed her go to the back, bring out the same utensils (which she claimed to wash), then place them back in the same water well that she initially took them from prior to remaking the beverages for my family and I. Furthermore, I had to subsequently ask and explain three additional times and ask for a refund before they person preparing the drinks would comply. This was my very first time visiting this establishment and I don't think that I will be returning because I had a small allergic reaction. This is rather unfortunate as the beverage I ordered didn't have the items that I'm allergic to. A customer's health and safety should always be their number one priority especially when throughly informed. read more
