I found The Lofts at the Market through my Amex hotel portal and honestly had zero regrets booking it! The two-bedroom unit was so nice and super spacious. Everything was incredibly clean. I was mainly in contact with Emily and Jill, and they were both so responsive and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Everything is handled through text, but if anything urgent comes up they're available by phone. Anytime I needed something--like extra towels or ice--I got it right away. Check-in, the stay itself, and check-out were all seamless. There's no lobby, which didn't bother me at all. There's a little market walk downstairs with restaurants, though some were closed since we came during the week. But downtown is super walkable, so it wasn't an issue. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again when we're in the area. Thanks again to Jill and Emily for making everything so easy!

It has the best lighting of any place I have ever stayed. Sky lights, tons of windows, great views. So good. Emily and Jill were great about reaching out via call or text. Every morning they'd check in if we needed anything. They do room turn over if requested and everyone who works there is very nice. Tons of parking. Jill and Emily were accommodating even down to asking for ice and have it dropped in the room while we were out. They have insulted ice buckets so the ice lasts a very long time without melting. They don't have ice machines in the room which is slightly an inconvenience but they were able to bring it up during their staff working hours. The sheets were soft and quiet. Some sheets are so rough and loud they wake you up while sleeping but these were so soft. They have a vanity in one room which was nice. The lighting shouldn't be overhead it should be facing the person but since the natural light was so good I just turned my chair so it was fine. The shower has good pressure just gets cold as it is a half glass door. They bring tons of towels and have darker ones specifically for removing make up which is brilliant! They have a tons of fridge space with two side by side mini fridges. They only have a microwave option if you're bringing food. The TV is a smart TV and large wall mounted so you can watch and log in to whatever you want. There is also a TV in each room. They do have a coffee shop downstairs they recommend but it was beyond terrible so I'd suggest anywhere else but that place is not associated with them just close proximity. We were walking distance of the park and center. About 10 to 14 minutes. Tons of restaurant nearby which were super yummy. Uber/lyft were always withing a 5 minute wait. Sensorio is close by and so are so many good wineries. I recommend Cass, Niner, and Eberle. Also only a 40 minute drive to Hearst castle and the elephant seals! Overall I would definitely be back. The service was great, the room was beautiful, super comfortable, and very clean.

I was just a guest, so I can't comment on things like wedding coordination or catering (the food was good, but I don't know where it came from), but as far as I could tell, everything went swimmingly. The property was lovely, very California wine country, with tree-laden terrain and gorgeous views. The ceremony was held outdoors, overlooking the surrounding area from a high vantage point, while the reception was in a covered area set up with long tables and a dance floor. It was all really nice and elegant. Temperatures dropped after sunset, but there were blankets on every chair. I always want a blanket, so I appreciated this detail greatly. One thing to note if you're not a dog lover (which I absolutely am, so actually, my experience of this was positive) is that there are a number of ranch dogs who roam the property, including a party dog named Pandora, who lured several guests into games of fetch. The happy couple included their adorable dog in the wedding, so I thought the dog-friendliness worked out quite well. I'd say to count it as a big plus if you're a dog person, and a small minus if you're not. We had a blast celebrating our friends' wedding at Windwood Ranch, and would recommend the place heartily if you're looking to get hitched in Paso Robles. I believe you can also glamp here as well, if you want to spend a few nights taking in the scenery.

I called the Beach Bungalow Inn & Suites directly and spoke with the manager, Gabriell J. She was a total professional. I was stressed and upset, but her calm and helpful demeanor completely turned things around. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through the hotel itself. Lesson learned: always book directly! Not only is the customer service superior, but you get a better price, too. I will absolutely book directly with them for my next trip to Morrow Bay!

I told the person on the phone that I had not received either and she assured me that I would receive one before the 3 pm check in. I did not receive the text. When we arrived to the property at the 3 pm check in, we tried to check in at the office but there was no one there. We found the manager cleaning a room. She informed us that she was the one that had called me. So apparently she runs the office and also serves as housekeeping. We went back and forth trying to reset the door code, and during this time, she was also was stressing about cleaning the vacated rooms on time. At the end of everything, she ended up offering us physical keys after all. Physical keys would have prevented the whole 30 min delay! Also, my ID was never checked, and I never had to sign anything regarding incidentals or policies which is usually the norm when you check in to a hotel. My word was just taken for my identity. Now to the room itself. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo and small sink. No storage space so be aware of that. There was a fridge, coffee machine and coffee, creamer and sugar provided. There was a TV and fireplace. It was a really cute space. This Inn is also super close to the Embarcadero, restaurants, beaches, etc.

Jack was here to check us in and assist. They also had cookies for you in the room. Wouldn't suggest the ocean view because only 1 room has a full on view. Otherwise it's all off to the side with partial view.

Perched on a hill overlooking the town and the ocean, the park offers some wonderful views--if you're lucky with your site. You might get a beautiful view of the ocean and town, or you might be staring at the side of a neighboring trailer. When booking, you can choose between an ocean view, partial ocean view, or no ocean view--and you'll pay accordingly. Just a short walk to the beach and town. Many restaurants, antique shops, and places to grab a drink. And there is always the beautiful Cayucos dog-friendly beach waiting for you. A solid go-to for us when visiting the central coast.

I deducted a star because no AC, mini fridge nor microwave (but we knew this coming in). I think there's a portable fan in the room though. I wish they had a microwave in the common area. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise especially since they're pet friendly (thank goodness our dog only barked a couple of times during the night ).
