My only complaint is that I wish the shows were longer! I think for a venue like this, an hour and half would be ideal! The service is excellent! Loved the mushrooms but they could have been larger. The flatbreads looked hearty!

I'm hungry! I ordered ceviche almost an hour ago, and never received it; I don't know why, no explanation, ignored. Drink was really good though, has Chambord, yummy. French martini. Waiter/server even took my utensils away, although I never ate. I mentioned it, hoping I'm not charged for food I never received. He offered me a glass of prosecco, bubbly, finally acknowledged... Bizarre... I am watching other tables receiving food. The live music is excellent. My seat was $17. There are promo code discounts available near showtime. The box office guy is super nice. The waiter simply didn't follow up with the kitchen; I slipped through the cracks. Drinks were good though. Water tastes good also. Fancy beautiful place. CHEERS!! The singer sounds wonderful, angelic bluegrass music; their first time in Orlando. I can't wait to return & TRY SOME FOOD! :/

I went to Judson's Live at the Dr. Phillips Center last night, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, the ambience set the tone....beautiful space, stunning bar, intimate yet upscale vibe. It feels like a hidden gem inside the center. We saw The Byrne Brothers, an Irish/Celtic band, and they were incredibly entertaining. So much energy, talent, and personality, precisely the kind of live music experience that keeps you fully engaged the entire time. The service was excellent! --and the bar itself is gorgeous. We ordered the flatbread, which was pretty good and paired nicely with drinks while enjoying the show. Overall, this is such a special spot for live music, cocktails, and a great night out: Judson's Live nails the atmosphere, the talent, and the experience. We'll absolutely be back.

I loved going to see After 5 perform at Judson's live. The venue is beautiful and tucked away towards the back of the Dr. Philip's center. Every seat is a great seat because we sat towards the back and the sound was great where we were. The ticket prices weren't bad at all and I believe the food and drinks weren't too expensive either. Both the food and drinks were delicious and our server was very attentive. All of the wait staff were great at not blocking any view of the stage. I loved my time here and will definitely be back!

Always such a treat to go to a performance at Judson's. The ambiance is like a cozy jazz club vibe. The food is good, but pricey time and the service is always great!

Judson's has consistently served amazing quality food, by very attentive staff, amidst a wonderfully cool vibe atmosphere! It should be noted that the night time feel is uniquely different than the weekend brunch feel... and I love both experiences! Both experiences are upscale, and super fun.

Amazing venue with great staff! Parking is valet at one of the lots. Once inside the line was so fast, you got to your assigned seats guided by a staff member asap. We came on a night with Brandford Marsalis. As all the tables were sold out we got two bar seats and honestly I like them very much because they are super soft and comfortable, and you are higher up looking over the tables, with great view of the stage. Tickets for a show are not cheap and also require a two drink minimum. We had the Sazerac and Espresso martini. Staff was very professional however during quiet moments of this jazz concert: being aware shaking or crushing ice during a quiet moment is disturbing the show. The sound was amazing. We were not rushed out after the show. Great evening!

Such a nice small and upscale venue with an intimate setting. Sound quality was on point. The performance was great! The seats were comfy with tables where you can order food right there. Service was good and friendly. The show was short but worthwhile. Nice place to lounge and felt classy. The bathrooms are very far away though, seems to be sharing with the other theater.

I was probably the youngest one there but I LOVED it. It just makes me feel like I went back in time and liked the Jazz era. I felt at peace. The band was amazing. The vibe was super chill and relaxing! The food ... chef kiss! The drink super cute and so good! My only dislikes were the show is ONLY for 1 hour... and the bathroom seems like a mile away. I will definitely be back.

If you haven't been please try to make it here. Beware, they start on time so don't be late. Perfect for a week night date, celebration or just go and support very talented artist's. Ordered drink, appetizers and great company and it was soo a perfect night out.

If you're looking for a different kind of night out, Judson's is the place to be. Whether you're going out with the family, your girlfriends, or a great date night, try this one out. Doors open about an hour before the show, so you get to be greater by the amazing staff. Everything we ordered was very good, and to be small plates they're nice size portions. The entertainment was incredible and kept everyone fully engaged. I can't wait to return here for an elevated night out!

Super cool venue with excellent food and drinks! I randomly picked an artist to try this place out. Tickets are easy to buy online and reasonably priced, along with nearby parking that was a short walk to the Dr. Phillip's Center. My party of two was welcomed through a quick security check and checked into be shown to our table. There didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. The vibe was a bit of an old fashioned but upscale lounge with velvet seats and curtains. Our table was at the very back and we still had a great view of the stage. Our server was quick to take our drink order and answer a few questions about substitutions for me for gluten containing items. The menu was marked for gluten, dairy, nuts, pork, vegan, soy and shellfish. We ordered the cheese and charcuterie sampler and pork belly bites. Both were fantastic. The charcuterie was a nice mix of quite a few things, that seemed to jive well. I would have like to see a manchego or a cheddar to pair with the berry jam little better than the blue and apricot cheeses. They subbed the toasted focaccia for garlic crisps for me as a gf option, which didn't go flavor wise but I appreciate the effort. The pork belly was a nice blend of sweet, spicy and savory and topped with a beautiful blend of microgreens. The performers were great as well! It's exciting to have a venue like this in Orlando. We will definitely catch another show here.

Crab dip was okay, slightly salty for me, but the wonton chips were delightfully light and crisp. Blackberry sour was perfectly balanced, not too sweet with a hint of citrus. Espresso martini subbed vanilla vodka with plain was also excellent. Service was very fast, drinks and food came out so quick and our server checked on us often. Vibe is quiet, intimate, and upscale. We went near close after a play, I can imagine it may be different during peak times. Overall great experience for an after show drink and snacks.

I love how beautiful the stairwell is going up to two. I love how much they have expanded their food and beverage line up over the years. The sound tends to be pretty good, the communication from the theatre is always amazing. They waive fees if you come to the box office to buy your tickets. The seats are comfy and almost every seat has a solid view. The box seats are the exception so be warned. The volunteers are always amazing and they are so nice. It would be cool if they opened a second location that served coffee because that line for espresso beverages is always really long. I love the breadth of show types. Swan Lake October 2025…read more This is one of those performances that stays with you long after the curtain comes down. I saw Swan Lake back in October 2025, and somehow I'm only just now sitting down to write about it.... I apologize for not getting this review out sooner. The last time I had seen this ballet... I was in my twenties, which feels like another lifetime ago. Swan Lake sits right up there with The Nutcracker in terms of recognition. You grow up knowing it, even if you've never actually seen it live. As a little girl, it lives in your imagination. The costumes, the movement, the elegance, and that quiet belief that maybe one day you could be that dancer. For a lot of people, that dream gets planted early and never fully leaves. Walking into this performance, I felt that history. Not just personal, but cultural. Swan Lake carries weight because it's about illusion versus truth, about wanting something you can't quite have and mistaking appearances for reality. Tension is built into every movement. Swan Lake is not the same experience as The Nutcracker. The Nutcracker is festive and structured more like a showcase. Swan Lake is continuous, demanding, and far more intense. The lead roles require stamina, precision, and emotional control from start to finish, and the corps de ballet has to move in perfect synchronization with no room for error. It really is the Olympics of ballet. This performance delivered. It was polished, immersive, and held my attention the entire time. I found myself watching not just the choreography, but the control, the discipline, and the way each dancer carried themselves on stage. One dancer in particular stood out to me, Bernardo Betancor. He was exactly what you imagine when you think of a leading male ballerina. He carried a statuesque presence on stage and was, without question, easy on the eyes. More than that, he had command. The kind that makes your eyes go back to him whether you mean to or not. I'm glad I finally made it back to Swan Lake after all these years, and even more glad I didn't miss this one. Huge thanks to Ronnald M. for pulling me into this night, because let's be honest... this is not exactly a bad way to spend an evening.

The evening shimmered with energy--a perfect overture to the season. From the first note to the final bow, the cast carried us on a journey that pulsed with rhythm, harmony, and heart. Their voices soared, their timing danced, and their presence filled the stage with a brilliance that could rival any marquee in New York or London. Theatre, at its best, is a living symphony--dialogue weaving into song, song flowing into story--and this production captured that cadence flawlessly. As the curtain fell, I was struck by the artistry that thrives here in our own backyard. Having lived in Dubai, Las Vegas, London, and New York, I know the grandeur of global stages. Yet nowhere have I found such a steady stream of performances, each one crafted with care, directed with vision, and performed with soul, as I do here in the world's vacation capital. Heather Alexander and Roy Alan, the founders, discovered a rare niche: a theatre that doesn't rely on spectacle or technology, but on the timeless power of human talent. While Dr. Phillips Center dazzles with scale, the Winter Park Playhouse enchants with intimacy--family spirit, authenticity, and artistry that stands the test of time. This was more than entertainment; it was a celebration of craft, community, and pure theatrical joy. Honky Tonk Angels is a salute to the season and a reminder that the greatest value in Central Florida theatre lies not in spectacle, but in the artistry of performers who give themselves fully to the stage. Don't miss this production--it's a standing ovation waiting to happen.

We arrived as a party of 2 and they had our ticket ready at the front with the name it was booked under. We went through a cute speakeasy that takes place in Chicago. Walked to the bar to get a drink. This part was a long wait. The line was long. Someone ended up coming over and asking us what we wanted and grabbed it for us so we can sit down. We thought we were eating dinner during the show. Nope. Two separate areas. This is why when purchasing it tells you it's 6:30-10:00pm. The starters came out and they were good. Bread. Mozzarella sticks. Salads. Then the entrees came out and that was terrible. The chicken parm must have not been fresh. Frozen? The lasagna was okay. The pasta was less than ok. Everything had the same sauce actually. The food really was not good. And our bodies surely did react to eating this food. The dessert? Pass. The show was not necessarily what we thought.
