The Good: Great setup in the mall with staff that is eager and happy to help you with your selection process. I ordered the fish taco and tex mex taco. My favorite by far was the grilled fish taco. It had lots of great flavors. The TexMex Taco was ok The Bad: Both Tacos had lots of water running out of them, which made eating these small street Tacos a challenge. The TexMex Tacos meat lacked of flavor, which they seemed to try to make up with sauces on top. Thw Ugly Truth: Food and staff were definitely above average, and overall, it was a great experience here. The reason I'm not likely going to be a repeat customer is the fact that it is all just too messy for me to have a quick bite at the mall and spend more tim3 trying to dodge the crazy overload on water coming out of them. read more

The front lady was nice at first and then I ordered a kids meal with BEEF gave me chicken so I went back and told her and she seemed annoyed which was OK, but then she told the back people and they rolled there eyes and scuffed and that made me super angry because I was just trying to order my food the food was really good except the rice is really ghetto the beans look a little weird at first, but once you mix them, they're pretty good also, you have to pay sour cream, which is really annoying because most places it is free you don't in all food was pretty good, but service was terrible. Quick, fresh and properly proportioned. Everything is a la carte and the portion sizes are enough to make a pretty decent meal. I like the quesadilla, it is basically a giant taco, made to perfection every time. The chips and salsa are some of the best I've had at a fast casual place, the salsa really steals the show. I have got both the guac and the queso at separate time and would opt for the guac more so than the cheese. The cheese is good when it's really hot, but then it kind of turns to a rotel like consistency after 10 mins and not worth the $5 price tag. Like all things at FSC, things add up quick. A quesadilla, or taco + chips salsa and drink you're looking at a $15 meal. But the portion size is what makes it worth it. read more

Quick and decent. I've gone twice now and it's probably changed my outlook on the whole Flagship in the mall deal. I had the burrito bowl, both chicken and pork. They used to be quite decent. Quality has gone down lately, so please beware (rice used to be better, etc.). If you order food to go, I strongly recommend that you check everything carefully before you leave, as the last few times we've been there they messed up our order badly (wrong items, missing items... very disappointing). It's bad enough to get home and find that half of your supper is missing, but it's even worse now that they close the restaurant at 7:00 pm on weekdays (!!!). We ordered through Door Dash, so I cannot comment on the heat of the food or the presentation. However, I can comment that we were missing our queso. I'll also give them credit for the salsa, it was awesome. Another issue was how the burrito was made. I ordered the bean and guacamole and there was only guac down one small side of the burrito--oh yeah, I ordered extra guac and it was nowhere in sight. The kid's quesadilla was very small, so lesson learned there. All in all, I don't think we'll be back, either ordering our or in person. read more

What an absolutely horrible taco stand! $15 and I get to tiny pieces of food enough to fill a eight-year-old child. At your very least avoid this place at all costs. This place is in the Flagship Commons in the Westroads. We went when it was slow so our food was served very quickly. I had the carnitas bowl. Everything is fresh and the portion was plenty. The sauces you can grab are tasty tho I'd like a hotter one. The tortilla chips are fresh and salted perfectly. only thing I can think of that needs fixing is the specialty soda fountain is was over carbonated so you can only fill your cup half way before having to wait awhile to fill it more. read more

This place is totally 'hit or miss'. We went there on a Saturday evening when the food court is somewhat busy and spent $27.00 for 2 combos with 2 drinks consisting of a steak burrito and a steak bowl and both were really subpar with very little flavor and the steak aka carne asada was very low quality meat. This was the second time we had eaten there and it was overpriced and disappointing. We are not coming back. read more

my dudes ,I love burritos.. def come here if want some burritos, i've eatin here a solid like 5 times.. I usually get a guac and extra beans burrito ($5), I have tried the steak burrito ($8) which is also pretty BomB. I haven't tried their burrito bowls or tacos.. but those chips man, could eat like a couple servings.. I enjoy their salsa too.. def come here if your in the mood for burritos. The food is really good. I've tried many quesadillas and for a restaurant this is up there with the best in my opinion.
