Beer battered cod, and fries
Dominic C.

JT's Café is a funky cozy little place on Montauk Highway in Bluepoint. The unique setting and atmosphere add to the ambience of this establishment My wife and I are regulars here for trivia. They also have live music on Saturday nights. I know many reviews indicate they do a great brunch. We have not attended brunch as we are not exactly morning people! The menu is good. Of particular note is the marinated skirt steak. I have tried the Sriracha glazed meatloaf. If you are a person who doesn't like spicy food. I would not order that. I think a nice addition to the menu would be a traditional meatloaf. During our last visit, we had Thai chili, glazed wings, beer battered shrimp, and fries and beer battered cod and fries. All were good. One thing that sets JT's apart from other restaurants in the area is the service . The staff is very energetic and fun. Kris who is typically behind the bar when we visit is always, pleasant, happy and Energetic. She makes quality cocktails, and always makes sure that everyone is taken care of. We always have a great time at JT's. We look forward to our return next week!

If you are looking for an AMAZING bar with great food, delicious drinks served perfectly, live music and the friendliest staff, look no further. Kris will take better care of you than your grandmother did. Service is outstanding. Lots of regulars here, because why wouldn't you come here all the time? And the most amazing part is it is totally family friendly. I love the vibe and you can find me here often. JTs is a GREAT place to be!!!

JT's Classic Eggs Benedict

I recently had breakfast at JT's Cafe, and I can't say enough good things about this place! The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Ribeye Omelette Special, which came loaded with marinated grilled ribeye steak, sautéed onions, peppers, and melted cheddar cheese. It was served with home fries and toast. The omelette was perfectly cooked, the ribeye was tender and flavorful, and the portion size was generous. truly a standout dish! My girlfriend had the JT's Classic Eggs Benedict, featuring two perfectly poached eggs, grilled smoked ham, and a toasted English muffin topped with creamy hollandaise sauce. It also came with a side of home fries, and she loved every bite. The service was excellent. our food came out quickly, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The ambiance in the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a relaxed breakfast. If you're in the area and looking for a great meal, I highly recommend JT's Cafe! We'll definitely be back.

Three egg ham and Swiss omelet, JT's version of home fries, rye toast.

JT's Café in Blue Point is a small eatery with a small parking lot. What it lacks in parking space, however, it makes up for with food on the plate. I ordered a game and Swiss three egg omelet with home fries and toast. Our waitress plotted us with coffee while the food was being prepared. The coffee was strong and hot. My dish arrived roughly one cup of coffee down. The omelet was delicious, the home fries were not the standard fair: small potatoes quartered rather than sliced and fried. Take sways: 1. No reservations, go early. 2. Go hungry. 3. Food to price ratio is excellent. 4. If you go early, parking will not be a problem.

Bloody Mary with Shrimp

My boyfriend and I came here for a late breakfast. We started with Bloody Mary's with shrimp. They were good! For my meal I had the breakfast burrito. It had eggs, avocado, black beans, cheese and salsa in a jalapeño wrap. It was served with home fries topped with Frank's Red Hot. It was delicious and very filling. My boyfriend had the monte crisco sandwich. He enjoyed it. It came with fries that were nice and crispy. Food and service was great. We will be back!

Special: pumpkin pancakes with candied walnuts!

Decided to check this place out! Didn't realize it gets so busy, I didn't have a reservation so we had to wait around 20 minutes. The place was literally packed but the service was quick! Decided to try some pumpkin pancakes which were delicious! I think they have seasonal choices available. Eggs are always good so you could never go wrong with that! The only issue that I had with everything was that after drinking like half of my coffee I noticed there were lipstick stains on my glass, which is extremely disgusting. So I pointed it out to the sever, instead of being apologetic about such a disgusting thing, she just looked at me and asked me if I wanted another cup. Soooo aside from that little issue, I think the food was very good!

Service was great. Our server Natalie was awesome. The food was very good too. I had the lobster roll. Having just had one of the best rolls I've had ever in Boston, it's somewhat unfair to compare this one to the one I had. It just needed a hair more old bay seasoning. The quality of the lobster was fine and the price was fair. My husband had the marinated steak, which was definitely on the salty side but that's to be expected for a marinated steak. It was nicely offset by the very delicious mac & cheese. Overall, it was a very positive experience. the vibe is very cool and you can tell people really enjoy being there. I would love to come back for brunch and check it out. I'm glad we saw that it was open because Yelp said that it was closed. It was pretty packed for a mid week evening. And that says a lot.

Crab benny

On the way out to montauk I was seeking a breakfast/lunch spot and decided on JT's. It's literally on the route right where Nichols road hits Montauk highway in Blue Point. Best qualities: great atmosphere/vibe and friendly service. A lot of menu variety for both breakfast and lunch. Reasonably priced given the large portion sizes. Breakfast and lunch served daily except Tuesdays. They have their own parking area. The food was above average but not spectacular. The crab benny was solid but I've had a better crabcake and more flavorful hollandaise sauce. The coffee was also just ok. Overall if you are nearby I'd recommend giving it a shot.

Went on Saturday morning and it wasn't packed like it usually is. We sat at the bar. The coffee here is not the greatest, but the food is great. I had the Dog Leg and my husband had the CBH.

We sat under the tree, pretty cute

I was happy to see that 21 Main became something else because I always liked the building. The ambience is beautiful and I love a restaurant where you feel like you're walking into somebody's beautiful home. When I arrived, it was a lbit busy as it was lunchtime on a Friday. I thought to myself oh great, because that usually means the service suffers but that didn't hinder the service at all! The waitress was very attentive! ordered a plain cheeseburger, a glass of wine and an iced tea. When my food came out, I asked for an extra glass of water because I have swallowing issues with certain foods and without asking she brought me over a carafe of water! Even when it's packed, it's still a really enjoyable place to hang out. I keep telling myself I'll try something different, but I always end up ordering the Biscuit Benedict. It's that good! The Watermelon Smash and Strawberry Smash cocktails are both delicious, too. Easily one of my favorite brunch spots in the area.

And it's worth the $25 price tag. All of the food was perfectly executed. My only complaint is that the decor/service/ambiance do not match the high price tag of the food. The restaurant was extremely crowded and very loud. For a table of four, we only ordered two appetizers. Only two of us ordered steaks a 24 oz Prime Porterhouse and a 24 oz Prime Ribeye, both $85. The other two meals were one burger and one chicken sandwich. Our total still came to $359.97 before tip. The steaks were well seasoned and flavorful, but unfortunately cooked unevenly. At $85 each, I expected them to be cooked properly and consistently. The service was also disappointing. We were never offered water, and when we ordered a bottle of wine, they didn't even have enough wine glasses for the table, so some of us had to use champagne glasses. The calamari was delicious, crispy with a little spice, and the wings were juicy and flavorful. Those were probably the best part of the meal. Overall, for nearly $360 before tip for four people with only two steaks, one burger, one sandwich, and two appetizers the experience did not feel worth the price.

Such a gorgeous, hidden gem vibe with plenty of seating whether you want the bar or a table. The food was genuinely unforgettable, we were still talking about it days later. If you love bold flavor with a little heat, this is your spot. We got the Bruschetta (grilled herb crostini, mozzarella, plum tomato compote), P.E.I. Mussels (chorizo, cherry pepper, riesling white wine), Wasabi Calamari (sesame crusted, spicy soy ginger sauce, wasabi aioli), Shrimp Mezze Rigate (pesto, sun-dried tomato, asparagus, breadcrumb, ricotta salata), and Cherry Pepper Pork (pounded, breaded, pan-fried, lemon cherry pepper sauce, melted parmesan, green beans, roasted potato), every dish was packed with flavor. Don't sleep on dessert either: a chocolate shell you crack open to reveal mousse inside, we were fighting to get the last bites! Bonus: they carry LI Salted Spirits cans and cocktails right at the bar, so you can keep the tasting going. Plenty of parking, super friendly staff, and a great spot for everyone. Highly recommend, ten out of ten!
