This place l order here sometimes but this time it was not a good experience. l ordered for pick up l told the lady my name and she tell me what my caller ID says is different l asked her "how do you know if l was using some else's phone?" then continued to order. When l got there said had a big attitude l handed the money to her in her hand and she threw it down on the counter (rude) l began picking up some sauces she had the nerve to ask me "well how many are you going to take?" l said "however many l want." my cousin told her " it should not matter how much you we take especially if we're paying over $40 just for shrimp fried rice and chicken." she mumble something under her breath as she went to go get our food she comes out slams the food down and says "have a nice day". Wow food is always good. This time the cracked out girl working the front register omg! Idk what she was on but something was wrong with her. Wow she even said take all the sauce you want from here. She didn't even know if people already paid or not. We have come here several times and it's always good with a good lady at taking the orders. This time it's completely screwed up! The BEST take out in Deerfield Beach. We live right across the street and have been ordering here since they opened, never disappointed. Delivery is usually 15-20 minutes, and everyone from the person who answers the phone to the delivery driver are so pleasant. I order the hunan shrimp that is seriously the most flavorful chinese take out I have ever ordered in my life. They make it spicier on request, and vegetables are always fresh. This is my first order, the order was placed at 4: 05, at 5:30 the food has not arrived. I called the restraunt they claimed they tried calling me but my phone is not working the young lady rambled off a crazy number....Anyway I was informed an hour and half later my food selection was unavailable. i reordered anything as a substitution, the young lady stated shes first has to cook the food now.At the moment it is 2 hours later i havent tasted anything.I hope the food is good and worth the wait. The food finally arrived, the driver asked for cash, it was already paid for from checking account on the internet he was clueless. The actual food was not that great, bland and average. First of all this restaurant sucks.. they can't even speak English to understand you and take your order ... Get this , i place an order, the guy doesn't understand..ok fine, i explain it in detail as to what i want, the guy starts to explain to me there inventory figures as to how much they spend on there beef??? ..are you kidding me ?? can u believe that, i'll make this simple, i ordered a beef and broccoli with no broccoli, combination with fried rice.. simple right, beef and broccoli NO broccoli just the beef and sauce.. again simple, the guy starts explaining how its a small portion and that they spend $7 a pound on there beef, i'm like WT*!!!...
