I hate that places do this. I'm gonna have to take a break from spending money here after this I feel robbed. People need to stop paying for this crap. The more you order and get half portions and high prices the more they're gonna keep doing it. I no longer recommend this place.

Before I yelp . let me start by saying that in general in south Florida, the Chinese food is WEAK period... it's never that great... however out of my adventures of trying to find the best Chinese food in soflo... china moon is def one of my favorites. they are polite and the beef on a stick is my JAMMM!! lol but seriously this is the only Chinese food next to august moon in Hollywood that I'd even recommend to anyone in soflo... stick to Mexican or Cuban lol! read more

Good food, rude ass Chinese people rush you off the phone every time you order barely speak English then finally a bald guy shows up delivering your food standing there looking for a large tip doesn't even smile, he forgets my hot sauce every time and says you don't ask fo DAT,,,. There are many Chinese food places but this one takes the cake. Delicious food every time. We normally get the crab regions and they're always fresh and full of flavor. The best! We will continue coming back to this place no matter how far or close we live. :) keep it up! read more

I called to place a delivery order, as I have done for years, and for the first time, a woman answered the phone and attempted to take my order. She then informed me that they only had one delivery driver and asked me to pick up my order instead. I simply asked whether I would receive a discount if I had to pick up an order that was supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately, she became defensive, took offense to my question, and hung up without even taking my order. I have been a loyal customer for years, and my orders are typically over $100 each time. It is extremely disappointing to lose a customer over an interaction that could have been handled professionally. I believe this employee needs additional customer service training, especially when dealing with loyal customers. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation appropriately.
