Can't recommend this place enough. Not advertised as a hotel restaurant so realizing that it was made me kind of skeptical, but after eating here I frequently think about it from 900mi away. My 4 girlfriends and I got two appetizers, two side salads, five sodas, five meals and three desserts for $200. Everything was yummy and came out hot and quick even on the weekend. The view was stunning (book a window table ahead of time!) and there was live music that was actually enjoyable and not overbearing. We were slightly dressed up from taking pictures but wouldn't feel out of place here in a tank top and shorts. Perfect for vacation dinner. Kevin was awesome and brought my cake out with a birthday candle :) We'll be back!

My opinion of The Cove still remains the same -- I really want to love it, but it's more of a place you visit for the atmosphere than for standout food or drinks. This was my first time stopping by in the evening, and I did love the live music and overall vibe. The drinks are just okay, but in my opinion not quite worth the price, so I ended up sticking with a seltzer instead. One thing to keep in mind: they do not take reservations, so plan accordingly, especially during busier hours.

    Grilled Shrimp & Watermelon Salad

The Cove delivered bright, fresh flavors in a spectacular waterfront setting! The Ahi Tuna Wonton Nachos were vibrant with sweet mango and scallions, and the ahi itself was excellent. The only miss was the wontons, which arrived a bit soggy -- next time I'd love them served on the side to keep that crisp bite. The Grilled Shrimp & Watermelon Salad tasted like pure summer. Perfectly charred shrimp, chilled watermelon, pickled onions, feta, and a tangy balsamic finish came together in a dish that was light, refreshing, and exactly what you want on a breezy day by the water. The Cove's 180‑degree waterfront view is unbeatable, and the renovation has made the space feel more contemporary, open, and inviting. Overall, the food matched the setting -- bright, flavorful, and supported by genuinely warm, attentive service. A great experience all around. Come see it for yourself!

Came here after going to a local farmers market. It was a hot day. Fans were going & there was a nice breeze off the water. Got seated right away. Lovely views of the water on the intracoastal. Our server came quickly to take our drink orders & then we ordered steamed clams to start & share. I ordered Caesar salad with blackened salmon. Hubby had blackened Mahi- Mahi with pineapple salsa. All were delicious. Will definitely be back soon. We ate at a booth. There were booths, high tops as well as long rectangular tables- all with pretty good water views.

We came on a stormy sunday night. It was busy, as expected. The views of the waterway are great and make for ample people-watching. Very pleasantly surprised with the shrimp scampi and the key lime pie. However, the rest of my party was very disappointed with the chicken quesadillas and the fish tacos. There were also a few hiccups with service...we had to chase someone down for utensils, we didn't get our fries when our food came out, and our server gave us the wrong amount in cash for our change. Overall I would recommend this spot for the experience. Order something that is listed as a "locals favorite" on their menu and I think you'll be happy.

We enjoyed a very nice lunch at the The Cove this week. I have been here before they remodeled a few years ago. This is a waterfront restaurant with outdoor dining and boat docking which is always very crowded. It is a great place to entertain out of town guests and friends alike in addition to a date night. We were seated right away and had our Virgin Mary's served quickly. A tall glass with all the trimmings including bacon!! We ordered Fish and chips and a wedge salad to share. It took a while for the food to come out but both dishes were very good...the fish (Haddock) was huge. I asked about the small portion of fries and our lovely server brought out a fresh bowl..no charge. That was very sweet of her. We found free parking in the lot and there is also Valet $7. We will return for another menu option as the burgers and tacos looked amazing too!

The best place to relax with great view of intercoastal for lunch or dinner. It is very busy with music ,not quiet with boats dropping off The seafood is always fresh and good size portions. Service is quick and pleasant without anyone rushing. Also the exec chief Ryan was pleasant and informative in reviewing menu items. They are always adding new items while keeping the favorites .... Forgot to mention the Best Conch fritters are a must have for sharing you get a healthy 6 portions.

Great view and service! Happened to stop by while waiting for the boat shuttle to the Deerfield island park, sat at the indoor bar, and loved it! We will be back soon

Aesthetic: Staple Intracoastal seafood restaurant in the heart of Deerfield Beach What to try: Thai Tuna Salad Service: Excellent Parking: Plenty, but it is now pay to park :( Rating: 5/5, I grew up eating here and the ambiance hasn't changed since I was young. We always enjoy the coconut shrimp, conch fritters, and Mahi sandwiches, but we tried the Thai Tuna Salad and it was delightful. I was bummed to learn the city took over the parking in the plaza, it sucks watching corporate greed ruin your hometown. We were lucky to be able to walk from my Moms house

The Cove was extremely busy on the Sunday night I dined in, but the service team was on point and took great care of my party. We chose to sit outside so our dog companion could join, and the team brought him water and loved on him! The bar specializes in seafood and it showed in a great poke bowl and even better in a Thai ahi tuna noodle salad, which I recommend! Full bar service allowed for some fun signature cocktails, including the watermelon mojito I tried, which was refreshing and strong! Waterfront at sunset I'm sure would be absolutely stunning, but I loved the natural plant walls inside and the vibe was comfortable but trendy, and tied immensely to the history and culture of the area. Parking was free when I was there, but there are paid 2hr limit parking spaces right in front of the restaurant. There is also valet available if you prefer.

My wife, my nephew, and me about to grub on their ahi nacjos, mahi mahi sandwich, and conch fritters.

Clean. Really good atmosphere and venue. Fun place. Good seafood in a fun atmosphere. The conch fritters were pretty spectacular - easily the best thing we ordered and when we come back, we will be ordering them again. They even let us pick our seat which helped as we needed a booth to put down our sleeping toddler. The service was always with a smile and pretty quick to boot.

    SOUR APPLE RUM & COKE
    Daren R.

The nautical themed restaurant is situated at the end of Hillsboro Blvd on the intracoastal. The tiki hut style dining area is massive and multi leveled divded only by a few wooden steps, while the cocktail bar overlooks a small fleet of luxury fishing boats. Live music every Saturday & Sunday 1p - 4p and Fridays until 9pm. The sun sets on the obstructed west side of the building and is visible from only one small portion of the back patio. Consumed a few cocktails at the bar while waiting for my entire party to arrive. The Apple Sour Rum & Coke was my own concoction and it was excellent. We had a large family function and sat in the main interior dining room. The server, Desi, was very attentive through the entire meal. The food arrived to the table without any glitches. My Cove Burger with the bacon was large and juicy. The Lobster Roll was tender & tasty and well stuffed but pricey. Great service, rare atmosphere, good food but overpriced. The parking lot was free with enough spaces to support the restaurant on a Sunday night. The wooden dock along the water is walkable although fishing is prohibited. The gender assigned bathroom was clean sporting two commercial style urinals with high traction black urinal mats and blue-green polished ceramic tile walls.

    Fish tacos
    Nicole B.

Food was fresh and hearty... I had the fish tacos, drinks were only okay (hence the minus star). The bartender service at the bar while waiting for a table was exceptional, she really tried to satisfy my taste, but both drinks fell short on quality. The frozen margarita wasn't frozen and overly sweet, replaced with an on the rocks skinny margarita, lack of tequila and flavor fell short of a good drink. When I was seated I tried a different drink, a mojito and that drink tasted more along the lines of a normal cocktail but still not spectacular. You come here for the views, to be outside on the water, not necessarily for the food or drinks which were acceptable but not noteworthy. They would benefit from a smaller curated signature drink menu made with care to accompany the sunset views. Overall nice experience and the waitress was a pleasure.

Though Mizner Park was buzzing with people and traffic, the restaurant itself was not busy when I arrived. Atmosphere was chill as I took a seat at the bar. They have a diverse menu offering the following: * Appetizers, soups & salads, dessert * Burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, pasta * Seafood, steak, pork chop, chicken * Craft beer, wine, spirit, mocktails I placed an order for a Sunset Sangria and a classic slider. The sangria was very refreshing with flavors that were perfectly balanced. Four nicely prepared mini sliders was served with a small basket of fries and pickles. The bartender provided the necessary condiments. At that moment, people were arriving steadily. I ordered another sangria and a cheesecake brûlée for dessert. Visually, the cheesecake looked delicious. The creamy, decadent dessert was topped with a caramelized sugar layer, fresh berries, and a sprig of mint. My stomach had reached its capacity, so I asked one of the bartenders for a container to carry my leftovers home. My first dining experience at Yard House was enjoyable. The food and drinks were well-prepared and the service was satisfactory. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. This place is suitable for social gatherings, casual lunches, and late night dining.
