I left the coat Thursday afternoon, with an anticipated pick up on Monday. Friday morning I received a message that the coat was ready and that I could come get it. I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I went on a Tuesday and was told Friday initially but was able to get a turn around or Thursday. Place is clean, staff is friendly. They're paperless. I had my receipt in my email. I got a text when my dress was ready Thursday, as well as an email. I got 20% off as a new customer. Very happy w the service. I REALLY wish there was another location closer to Pasadena. I try to limit dtla, but next time I need something cleaned, barring closer location, I'll be back!
