They were ready for me when I arrived. While there they also did a routine check and safety inspection. which reminded me my registration was expiring in July, so I asked them to do the emissions inspection for registration purposes. I ended up being there for a little under three hours, but it was well worth it as they figured out my problem and found the most cost effective way to handle it. The entire time I was there the man who greeted me would check in and update me on any progress being made, would chat with me, was very kind to my baby, and offered me both refreshments and even a blanket when my baby fell asleep. After she fell asleep he even took care to be quiet when coming into the waiting area. I asked for a quote and that was the price i was given. I took my car to the Platinum Dealership in terrell afterwards to see if their pricing was better or worth it more. They kept my car for 2 days looking for the real problem. They told me my converter was perfectly fine and the hanger was broken (a very small fix) and even sent me a video to show me the real problem. Something that simply needed to be welded was going to cost me $1100.00 had i not got a second opinion. Please do not take this shops word. I called Martin's 3 times to find out what they did with the cover and how my brake fluid reservoir cover got broken. They refused to call me back.
