I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

After doing some basic troubleshooting we thought this was going to be a big job, probably a fuel pump and various electrical issues. 30 minutes after the truck was dropped off I was called by the shop and they walked me through everything. Turns out it was an electrical issue from the previous owner that made it look like a fuel/air issue with the truck. Southwest could have easily gouged me and told me it was any number of other items. I went to the shop and they walked me through various items on my truck, letting me know what was in good shape and what could use further review or maintenance. They showed me any items that they thought were safety concerns and then detailed how they can be fixed. I went into this expecting a huge repair bill and days without my truck. I left Southwest Car Care the same day with a lot of knowledge and a trusted mechanic for any of my future car issues. Oh yeah, and a perfectly working truck.

They replaced my son in laws engine and I noticed it started leaking coolant after 400 miles. Drove it home, still leaking, went back and they said it was now the water pump, which is under warranty from the engine replacement. They obviously misdiagnosed the coolant leak and would not refund the hoses. I said I would be happy to pay for the hoses but refund the labor since you misdiagnosed it. Nope, but they replaced the water pump because it was under warranty. Technician misdiagnosed the truck and charged us. Beware!

I spoke with oil place boss, Joe, who refused to pay to replace bottom oil pan which is only way to even change oil now. It was 30,000 mi since theyd changed oil, which again we tried unsuccessfully several times over a one year period so i was talked to by Joe likee an idiot. Yes we shouldve taken sooner but he wouldnt even consider that his guys caused problem to begin with. So, now my husband will be going up there to try & resolve issue. I will share my problem to anyone mentioning having work done here. I will update review if resolved but will not be going back here. No…read moreother wrecker service has ever contacted me in less than 10mins when app said 57mins.. and he was there hooking up my truck within 15mins.. to me that is unheard of, and Mike with Todd's towing deserves all the credit and more. I have used my AAA at least 5x in last 7 years... this just happened to be first time I wasn't riding with someone else when tow was needed. And let me tell you, the wait is usually a few hours if that service isn't passed over by the tow service assigned.. then it is even longer.. I cannot praise Mike or Todd's Tow service more for such prompt and knowledgeable service. I would use them even if I had to pay cash outta pocket , that's how good of service they had.. I gave only 5 star because 6 is not an option...
