Allow me to fill you in. Once you park up, you'll see a revolving metal door (see photo) and there will be a tiny sign that says package pick up on the gate intercom. Push the button, wait, have your package reference ready, provide your phone number, and wait in your car until you're called. This may change once Covid restrictions start to lift so best to just call the customer service line as ask for instructions. The person who helped me over the phone was very pleasant and maybe you'll find this place easier to locate than I did.
