Absolute joke of service. Lisa the manager failed to address anything but blame the issue in driver bekDriver deliver package to the side of my home near garbage and out of the camera view but was heard dropping and busting open package n leaving it there vs the front door. Kalen stated there was a note on our home from 2022 under previous owners name but was neglected nor found by the manager. Clearly she did no research but simply called me and blamed the driver being new. TWO drivers delivered to the side of the house outside of the cameras view. Not sure why you wouldn't just deliver to front door or mailbox but sketchy to me. I will no long order from Target online due to them using fed ex as a carrier. It's either change diaper brand or go in the store bc the convenience of shipping is actually and inconvenience. read more

Fedex ground has yet to get a package to me on time. Sometimes I never see them. This time when my shipment didn't arrive on time they just kept changing the time until the following day when I was informed it couldn't be delivered because nobody was home. It's to be delivered to a Walgreens! It was open all day long. This thing has made it across the country in two days and can't make it out of hampton. Had i know the shipper used fedex ground I would have done business elsewhere. read more

First of all, while there are some (small) signs of where to pick your package up once you drive down the road, it isn't the clearest of where exactly the location is. Allow me to fill you in. Once you park up, you'll see a revolving metal door (see photo) and there will be a tiny sign that says package pick up on the gate intercom. Push the button, wait, have your package reference ready, provide your phone number, and wait in your car until you're called. This may change once Covid restrictions start to lift so best to just call the customer service line as ask for instructions. The person who helped me over the phone was very pleasant and maybe you'll find this place easier to locate than I did. read more

FexEx is the worst company in the (non) delivery business !! The should be bought out by a competent service or just shut down completely !! Avoid FedEx at all cost !! read more

I will never use this company as a knowledgeable delivery service. They cannot read addresses on boxes. This is the 2nd time in less than a year where the driver has delivered to a wrong address in the neighborhood. They sux!!! The USPS is slow but they deliver to the correct address. read more

my package successfully travelled with fedex ground from San Francisco CA to Hampton VA through few states with good fed ex emploees taking care of it ..........UNTILL it arrived to this facility and it was placed on fed ex truck........so truck driver, changed delivery day July 5th and delivered it on july 4th at a wrong address !!!! I made many calls /the number at this facility 7577664659 is unworking number/. I was on hold hours by calling 800 number.....Finally they opened TT and closed it within 24 hrs!!! with text msg:"your package was delivered on time at your address. Next time take control and manage your delivery"!!!??? Pardon me?????? How you can control your package if truck driver simply lost it?!. Finally, in few days some good citizen brought my package to me explaining that fed ex dropped it at wrong address next to his door! SO Why should I pay my money for such bad customer service? This facility is not worth even one star! I wonder how they are still in business......sad! read more
