I recently went here to get something printed which I didn't even realize they do. I emailed and called as well. They were so nice and let me know they did get my email. With the holiday rush I didn't expect an answer via email so that was very surprising, in a great way. I got an estimate to print something out and I picked it up within an hour. It turned out awesome and they were very good at being able to give me different options and pricing to print the poster that I wanted. Come to find out they actually gave me the wrong price and they still honor the price that they gave me over the phone instead of saying oh sorry it's actually gonna cost more. They did let me know in the future it might be a few dollars more but I just truly appreciated the customer service. So definitely give this place a try awesome and super friendly.

Kera said I'd need to pay extra for Saturday pickup from her store (due to FedEx pricing). She was nice enough to recommend I go to to the regional FedEx shipping center on Friday afternoon vs. doing business with her store, as it would save me some serious cash. She even emailed me a link to the regional store so that I wouldn't choose the wrong location on google maps (since I'm not familiar with the area). After a week and no idea where the item was (checking online with amazon) was told they'd refund once they received the items. Not to worry as they showed the items were dropped off. After another week no indication the items had been returned to Amazon. Contacted Amazon and they still don't have the items after two weeks, but they have refunded me after the second request...I just got a bad feeling dropping them off and not seeing any packaging happening. Pretty sure the two young employees stole the items. Amazon never got them back. And they never showed leaving the facility in tracking. Store number 7447 is on notice with Amazon. My husband went into the store to at least request a refund for the shipping cost since the package never actually made it. The employee working at the time said he couldn't start the claim, took my husband's information, and told him he would call or email us soon, which never happened. We never received any follow-up at all. For how expensive UPS shipping is, the customer service here is extremely disappointing. On a previous visit, the woman working was unwelcoming and very short. Overall, this location lacks accountability and basic customer care. Because of this experience, I will never use UPS to ship again ..at least not from this location.

I've used this location for years for both business and personal shipping, but the new policy is…read moredisappointing. If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.
