They empty a couple times a week. 4) If bins need to be moved around to help materials settle ask folks behind counter to assist. Overall it was a positive experience, staff was helpful and I would make the same choice again.

I was charged around $50 to pack one singular box myself. Cool. But an extra $140 to ship a 14lb item??? They don't charge by actual weight. They gave me a box that was way too big and they charge based on the dimensions. So for example, if your item was 10lbs but the box was huge and had space left over , they charge by the dimensions making it as if a 10lb item was "80lbs".
