As you enter the shop, you will find it proudly supports local artists of Coastal Virginia from Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, and more. I'm always impressed by the jewelry, hand designed greeting cards, pottery, and accessories that the owner finds for the store. She or any other "Texurette" will happily tell you about the origins of any item. The ladies who work in the shop (Texurettes, as they are fondly called) are always friendly and helpful if you are looking for something particular. The pin started to become loose, nearly falling out. I brought my watch back, and the man was so rude. I was trying to explain the issue, and he asked me to slow down because he did not understand what I was saying, even though he was interrupting me with incorrect information as if he wasn't listening anyway. He wasn't able to repair it and ended up ruining my watch's band. I just took my watch and went somewhere else because I didn't want to deal with him. Bottom line: he's short tempered, has absolutely no customer service, and worse, he doesn't know what he's doing.

His response is "I'm going to lunch." When I asked him if he could do it, he said yes but won't be done until 1:30. Well, I got back there at 1:45 and waited until 2:00. He was in no hurry and I just asked him to quit and give it to me because I was so mad. To top it off, he charged me $25 for two lines. Unfortunately, I had no cash, because he would have got maximum $10. When I asked how he came up with that number, he stated that he charges based on his time. At his work rate, a three line engraving would have cost $50-75. TRUST ME! Do not get any work from this guy.
