So when looking for a trophy shop for my son's team I thought it would be a better idea to find…read moresomeone local so that I could go in and speak with someone about what exactly I was looking for as it was my first time purchasing a trophy. I don't work too far away from Virginia Trophy so after a brief conversation with Bruce over the phone I found my way here. That was last year and I returned this past week to place another order for his new team. Virginia Trophy is a quintessential mom and pop shop. The friendliness of the service is something that you don't find many places anymore. Bruce is warm and inviting and most of all patient. I have dealt with other staff members here and they are just as friendly. There is a huge selection of trophies and all at an extremely reasonable price. If you are on a budget Bruce is making sure you get the best bang for your buck without even coming close to your max budget which says a lot about his honesty. The turn around time is great as well. For a small order he can have it done within a week. The trophies we received last year were great quality and the kids and parents loved them. I am sure we will be wowed when I pick up the new trophies next week. I would definitely recommend Virginia Trophy for any trophy or plaque needs.

I am not sure where they were located before but now they are in a jewelry store in the Michaels and Total Wine shopping center in Hilltop. Easy to find and plenty of parking. All the info I got over the phone was accurate. $25 start up fee. $.40 a letter. Chose my font and asked other questions. I was very happy but I will update this after I get back what I wanted engraved.....in about a week.

The best bet is to send all of the medals/devices and what not to them to install. I don't know about you, but I am not OCD enough to make a decent shadow box. Don't be decieved by their tough to navigate website....these guys really know their stuff and will do a great job with your shadow box. Calling or visiting them in person is your best bet. They also respond well via email. Getting your stuff in about a week before is their preference, however I have seen and heard of them turning around one in a day. Great place for all of your shadow box needs. I hope they are around when some poor JO has to make mine.

My shipmate who ordered reached out and they said there's nothing they can do. I spent $125 on this and they won't even make a new one with the correct spelling of my name? Unfortunate. I won't recommend this company to anyone who is getting anything customized. Product would've been nice if it weren't for the fact that they're unwilling to replace their mistake. Then the owner wanted to lie on Google reviews and say i had an email with the name "Jeffery Mitchell. " There was never an email chain. My coworker physically gave printed sheets of paper from fltmps with our names printed on it and when she called to let them know there was an error and their response was that there was nothing they could do about it now. Please explain why, if there was an email chain showing the name given was Jeffrey Mitchell, my paddle says "Jewel" Instead of Jewelle. This is a prime example that even as a civilian, the chiefs mess cannot be trusted. I hope those who "google it out" find this review helpful.
