Customer service is subpar, may have caught them on an off-day. For nearly $500 the shadowbox doesn't come with a package for transporting, it became a diy project to have to assemble the flag, ribbons and medals; and if you ask for a package you'll probably receive some negative backlash. Not worth the hassle.
