CJ is a FABULOUS local engraver. Txt'd her about a charcuterie board project idea, she replied and…read morewas excited to try it. I provided the font and artwork and she took care of the rest; sent me samples on wood before she engraved my actual board. Was my end to end experience perfect? No...She had a series of family emergencies BUT I got what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time for a very good price and supported a member of the community along the way! Check out the pic, noting M's on the cutlery set handles as well as the main surface engraving. Something we'll use for years, and smile while doing so. Thanks CJ!!!

So I came across these guys from a referral from my unit. So i figured why not reach out and see if…read morethey can do a Shadow Box for me for a Retirement. The best bet is to send all of the medals/devices and what not to them to install. I don't know about you, but I am not OCD enough to make a decent shadow box. So for $50, I will gladly have them do it. And they did a fabulous job! Don't be decieved by their tough to navigate website....these guys really know their stuff and will do a great job with your shadow box. Calling or visiting them in person is your best bet. They also respond well via email. Getting your stuff in about a week before is their preference, however I have seen and heard of them turning around one in a day. Great place for all of your shadow box needs. I hope they are around when some poor JO has to make mine.

I'm sad to report my satisfaction with engraving products at National Engraving has diminished. I…read morebrought in a leather product to have it engraved. Not only was I not told it was possible the engraving would not be so visible, I was charged more than I thought it was worth. I used to deal with Melanie Perone, who was awesome, and I wish I saw her when I dropped off my material. She would have told me if the engraving would not be obvious on the material. Unfortunately, I will be looking somewhere else for engraving services.

10 years in the Navy. I finally get a paddle and they spelled my name wrong, even though they were…read moregiven my name sheet sent right from fltmps. My shipmate who ordered reached out and they said there's nothing they can do. I spent $125 on this and they won't even make a new one with the correct spelling of my name? Unfortunate. I won't recommend this company to anyone who is getting anything customized. Product would've been nice if it weren't for the fact that they're unwilling to replace their mistake. Then the owner wanted to lie on Google reviews and say i had an email with the name "Jeffery Mitchell. " There was never an email chain. My coworker physically gave printed sheets of paper from fltmps with our names printed on it and when she called to let them know there was an error and their response was that there was nothing they could do about it now. Please explain why, if there was an email chain showing the name given was Jeffrey Mitchell, my paddle says "Jewel" Instead of Jewelle. This is a prime example that even as a civilian, the chiefs mess cannot be trusted. I hope those who "google it out" find this review helpful.
