He then walked outside and back in and stated nobody had the blanket and he didn't know where it was I told him I heard the lady on the phone say someone took my blanket. Not mad about the blanket being gone because I can get another more or so mad that an employee STOLE MY BLANKET!!!! That is the poorest thing I've ever seen in my life. I made three separate reservations to access my boxes giving 24 hours, 36 hours and 6 days notice- each time, staff informed me they never received my reservations. I am not sure if the communication problem is just this location or company wide, but my current wait time on the 800 number is 43 minutes. Uhaul customer service leaves much to be desired!!!

WOW! Talk about being secure and being above and beyond! Starters, its a gated and coded storage…read morecenter. They have access hours so if someone comes after hours, they'll know they are up to no good. I was happy with the price and the options I got. I got a 10'x15' space and it was a non-climate controlled space. But get this, technical the building the unit is in? Is temperature controlled which is what I thought climate control was. The climate control takes care of humidity for if you are storing electronics. The gate, the door entrance, the elevator, all are code required to access. And if you are moving items to the unit, you can use their truck at no cost! (reservation required) I am definitely happy to leave my items here at this facility.

Wasn't much of a big deal to me being we had a very minor snow storm. I rented the vehicle for two weeks (waiting on my purchase car to arrive) long story short I got hit with a 450$ clean fee. Called customer service said the reason for the cleaning was bc of dog hair. I don't put pets in my own vehicle nonetheless a rental. Then they came back and said no it was dirty inside...which was a lie just normal foot traffic within the car from getting in and out of the vehicle. I removed everything from the vehicle that my kids had left behind as I do every time I rent from enterprise. This company scams their customers and should be ashamed of how they do business. I don't care how bad you need a car go somewhere else. I am not someone that writes reviews but when a company lies and steals...I become a different person.
