These guys wrapped and secured everything with a level of care you just don't see anymore. Honestly, I wish I had taken pictures -- the way they packed and protected each piece was incredible. You could've turned the trailer upside down and nothing would've shifted. That's how solid their work was. We had to take some very narrow, rough back roads to get to my place -- ruts, tight shoulders, barely enough room for a car and a trailer side-by-side. I was nervous at first, but the driver handled it like a true professional. Not once did I feel like my belongings were at risk. Everything arrived in perfect condition, not a scratch, not a scuff, nothing loose. They worked hard, stayed polite the whole time, and treated my move like it actually mattered. Absolutely five stars. I'll be using them again, and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants their belongings handled with real care.

On delivery day, there had been a truck fire at the dump which halted their dumping, so there were no empty containers. So they went out of their way to bring a partly filled container, so I could load up the day's debris. Then, they brought a fresh container the next day and took the other away with no dumping charge for what I had loaded. Then offered a 10% discount on the dumping fee. Very pleasant people to deal with and good pricing. I will use them again

I have been in the remodeling industry for many years and have ordered literally thousands of…read moredumpsters. I can honestly say that Coastal was sincerely the best experience I have had with any dumpster company. I received the dumpster right on time when ordered. I needed it to be picked up at in a one-hour window so we could finish loading it and have it removed for pictures immediately after. Andrew was right on time. That allowed me to get my property listed for sale the same day. He also swept my driveway after picking the dumpster up. That has never happened before with anyone that I have ever dealt with. Not only did it leave the job site clean, but it also saved me time and money by not having to choreograph and pay for someone to do it. I was not expecting that, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The dumpster looked brand new as did his truck/equipment. Andrew was well spoken, dressed professionally, and was very helpful. The whole process was smooth and professional. That has not been the norm with other companies and was very refreshing. It is nice to have a nice-looking dumpster to project the professionalism and cleanliness that I like to portray with my jobs verses a rusty beat up one that looked like it came from the bottom of the ocean. I am not one that writes reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize a young ambitious entrepreneur that is hungry and working hard to deliver a great product, which is so rare to find these days. Those are the types of people I like to see succeed and is why I am taking the time to write this review. I highly recommend Coastal Containers and their dumpsters will be on all of my future jobs.

They were super professional, communicated well before the move date, showed up on time, and were careful with all of our things. Dumped Co picked up the contract, and informed me when they were enroute to the site. The trailer had no wheels, and had to be dismantled on site. It was certainly more work than I had anticipated. They kept at the job, and told me they would finish it that day, apparently staying well after sundown to finish the job and clean up the site. They sent photos confirming completion about 8:45pm!
