I would leave a photo but no dumpster yet. When I interviewed various providers Budget Dumpster assured they would request early deliver given I have out of state visitors helping clearing an estate. Being misled to get a secure a booking from an out of state middle man is a bad idea folks. Obviously they local vendor puts these guys on the bottom of their list (at least that's the appearance/perception): Called at 0930 and got nothing but a run around. When I asked when I could expect the dumpster I got the following: 1 - Anytime between 6AM to 6PM 2- We cannot call the "dispatcher" b/c they will not provide a drop off time 3- We "do not see any request for a drop off time" 4- We know who will be delivering the dumpster but will not call to confirm a delivery time. I was leaning to get a local vendor but they played the sales game that local vendors have "add-ons" for drop off and pick up and they were the best service provider. So far it's all BS! read more

Budget Dumpster is definitely not a reputable business. I requested a dumpster and after it was delivered, it took nearly a week to get it removed and replaced. I was given multiple pick up and delivery dates and none of them were met. I was promised a phone call from a supervisor at least four times and have yet to receive a call. I wish I could give Budget Dumpster no stars. My husband and I own a handyman/home improvement business. We rented a dumpster for a job to remove a shed. We only needed the dumpster for 1 day but they couldn't pick up the same day so it sat there and I'm guessing neighbors filled it up because today, two weeks later I'm charged $70 for overage. I called the billing dept and was told I was responsible for the dumpster until it's picked up so I guess I needed to guard it until they could pick it up. Nonsense. Critical: Professionalism I highly recommend never renting a dumpster from this company. I ordered a dumpster to get rid of some old wood from a deck. Budget Dumpster was a day late dropping off the dumpster. That was just the beginning. A month after picking up the dumpster I recieved a fraud alert that they are trying to charge me over $800 on my credit card. They claim my dumpster was over weight by 11.7 tons. This is the same weight as the average freightliner tractor trailer truck. It is physically impossible for my wood to weigh that much. I have reached our to customer service about 10 times and have gotten nowhere. When requesting the weight slip from drop off the customer service department says it will be emailed shortly. This company is the most unreliable that I have ever used . First they brought the wrong container , then they promised to bring the right one the next day . They not only did not show up the next day , they brought it three days later . In the meantime I had a rental bobcat and workers sitting there waiting for the dumpster . They knew how important it was to have this dumpster delivered , yet they kept promising it's on its way . I not only had to oY 599 for the dumpster , I paid 600 for the bobcat , ( which it should of been 170 for a day ) plus the workers sitting there for three days . Shady and Rude- I ordered a dumpster from this company they were going to drop it off at my house. They drove by and never stopped they said there was no room for the dumpster. There was about a 50 feet of empty curb in front of my house. I was home all day and did not get a call or a knock on the door. Only an additional 150 dollar charge for non delivery. When I called to enquire as to where my dumpster was. I was treated to a 30 minute hold time with, Don't worry be happy playing over and over in my ear. When someone finally answered I was treated to the most vile rude woman I have ever heard from. They kept my money and provided me no dumpster. This people are thieves. Do not use them. read more

Had a dumpster rented for a dropOff on a Friday. Expected it to arrive between 6am-6pm. Tried to call for an ETA, and was on hold for 2 hours. Called again on Saturday, and was finally able to speak to a human, which was confused about the order and/or the whereabouts of the driver(s); she said she'd call back with information, but didn't. Of course Father's Day Sunday would be a "no-go", so we called AGAIN on Monday morning. No one knows what happened to the drivers and no one could confirm that it would even show up on the Monday (even though it was scheduled to have it on a Friday). The man swore he would call us back after getting in touch with the supervisor; however, 7 hours later we STILL haven't heard anything. we ordered a dumpster and they came dropped it off in the driveway. It was filled and over weight, so we removed half of the items, and then they refused to take it, stating that it was uneven weight. they wanted us to remove the trash so it can be removed from the driveway. they charged me 3 times for coming out, and the full rate of the bin. This would have been ok, but then they didnt let me put the trash in be bin after they put it on the street. so I paid there fees and still have all the trash in my yard. I had to pay another company DA Dumpster half the price and they removed all of the trash. Great service l have to say. Worked well with me with delivery and pickup. But.... This 3rd party will not heaitate to bill you for "pounds over" afterwards. I assume they have no idea what dump your stuff is going to. l checked if there was an weigjt overage charge for a 10 yard dumpster, there was not. I asked the driver who said he'd been driving for "Waste Mgt" for 17 yrars if there were additional charges based on weight. He said no. I recently rented a 20 yard dumpster for a home clean out. Just household stuff and junk in the garage. The clean out was done by myself (68 year old female) a 50 year old female and one male (60+ under 140lbs) in three days. the dumpster was a foot shy of being full. I ordered a pickup and they delayed pickup for five days - in the meantime there were two significant rainstorms, causing dumpster contents to be saturated with water. I just got an overweight bill from them which I believe was caused by the additional weight of the water.There is no way that we carried and placed over 3,000lbs of stuff in the dumpster, but there is no way to dispute this bogus overweight charge. Their business model seems to be... 1) Have customer schedule pick up. Pretend to acknowledge pick up window. 2) Ignore Customer's pick up instructions and show up 9 hours before agreed upon time 3) Show up as early as possible as to ensure they cannot get onsite (Crack of dawn) 4) Inform you that there was a miscommunication and that they would be by later to grab it. 5) Send you an invoice from collections 2 months later to shake you down for a 45% up charge. 6) Charge your card without your knowledge. I rented 20 yard dumpster- I am from europe and i misscalculated yards vs meters. 20 yards were huge and that wasn't smart to rent that big dumster for the amount of trash that i had...I have tried to contact billing department about 10 times, they don't pick up the phone. I paid 280 bucks for a 12 yard dumpster. I was doing a small roof job (12 square) with a single layer of shingles. I expected to be a little over the weight limit and anticipated paying for 1 ton of overage. They sent me an invoice two months later saying that my dumpster weighed 14 TONS and carried a 900 dollar bill. This is physically impossible. I told them not to charge my card until I was shown paperwork from the disposal site which never happened. They charged my card anyway. I'm working to get this resolved because I am MAD. read more

Stay away, huge rip off. They deliver late, they have an automated email service to schedule the pickup. I used this service but they never picked up the dumpster. I called 10 days later and they told me they had sent me an email requesting a different pick up date, but i never responded (I never got the email and they had my phone number). They charged me a 10 day late fee because THEY could not pick up on the contracted pick-up day. Called customer service and "as a courtesy, they would knock three of the ten days off for the Christmas holiday". I told them "no", you need to knock it all off, we had a contract, i responded to the pick up scheduling email, but it was YOU who could not pick up on the scheduled day. I was told there was nothing more they would do and that was it. Sounds very much like a scheme to get fees. The worst please to get a dumpster!!! They don't explain there policy when you call to rent your dumpster. So 4 months later they charge you if you go over the tons that you rent your dumpster. They are just stealing people because I'm sure I didn't go over and they charge me 5.7 tons more 4 months later. They don't send you any kind of invoice or receipt of anything and they expect you to believe that is your dumpster so the only thing they do is charge you from your card without any authorization. read more
