Myself and my Husband recently were able to purchase our very first home, and though it was one of the most trying experiences we ever had to go through we could see the blessings that were awaiting us. The house we rented for the past 4 years of our 3yr marriage was full of his memories along with my memories and the start of our combined journey. It was a lot to weed through, and I didn't know how to pack all of that and what to let go. I became so depressed and overwhelmed during a time that should've been exciting. I cried out to GOD in despair in hopes HE would send me a lifeline to lift me up and out. HE delivered Trevor to me. Dump Co was my first call and has proven to be the greatest call I have ever been led to make. Trevor was the light I needed. He never formed any judgement nor made me feel like my situation was a problem that could not be resolved. What he did do was see and hear me in a way that GOD instructed him to do to minister to my heart. Dumped Co did excellent professional work removing a derelict trailer from a property I purchased…read more Another company had been contracted to remove it as part of an escrow condition, but they failed to do the job. Dumped Co picked up the contract, and informed me when they were enroute to the site. The trailer had no wheels, and had to be dismantled on site. It was certainly more work than I had anticipated. They kept at the job, and told me they would finish it that day, apparently staying well after sundown to finish the job and clean up the site. They sent photos confirming completion about 8:45pm! Based on their diligent work, dedication to complete the job, and great communication I would definitely hire them for future work and recommend Dumped Co to others.

Clarify how many boxes are included that you pack v. how many the company packs. Ask about contingency plans IF all your items do not fit. Ask for an in-person quote. My experience was less than optimal, but in the end, the owner reached out and made it right as much as he could given the circumstances. I can appreciate that. Like I said, ask all the questions and then get it in writing.

We drove to Virginia from Ohio in a rental car. On our way to the college visit, we drove over a huge nail that completely flattened one of the tires. Fortunately, we made it to the college safely...but we couldn't deal with the flat right away due to a full day of planned events. When we finally were able to call roadside assistance, they dispatched Prosperity Hauling & Towing to help us. And that's how we met Felix. Felix was so welcoming and so kind to my family even though it was late on a Friday night. He towed our rental to the Norfolk airport which was 30 minutes away. He was also kind enough to offer us a ride with him to the airport instead of having to pay for a uber. He did not have to do that. We had the best conversation during the 30 minute drive to the airport. It truly blessed all of us. And then, to our surprise, he called us about 30 minutes after he had dropped us off to make sure we had no issues getting a replacement rental and that we were safely on our way back to our hotel. We were so touched by his kindness because you just don't experience kindness like that regularly these days. Felix reminded us that there really are good humans still out there. The love of God actually RADIATED from him. It brought tears to my eyes. I'm so glad it was Prosperity Hauling & Towing that was sent to help my family. I gave this business 5 stars.
