How many painters have you met who is up on the ladder like more than 20 ft high and patch up rotten wood areas of my trims thoroughly (he doesn't have to because I have no idea what the conditions of my trim areas like up there high)? Pretty much all contractors would simply paint and wont even mention to the customers about it yet he insisted going backup the ladder multiple trips and took take care of them. I also wanted the wood trim around the garage door, first and second floor windows, a large colonial window above the entrance, the front door and windows, and all facia boards repainted. I received four estimates, but only three did site visits. Three of the estimates were over $4,000. My house was built in 1993. I've had the front soft washed and repainted three times since then. Each time the price was a little higher, but no where close to $4,000. Liberty Painting's price was very reasonable and no where near $4,000. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two painters arrived on time. We discussed the scope of work, which included soft washing the wood. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. They cleaned up the work area as promised. I am completely satisfied with the results. Before, during, and after the project communication was great. They did everything promised. I highly recommend Liberty Painting.

The quality of the work is excellent. Special mention of Mr Anthony. He speaks fluent English which helped in communication. Without his presence it was a bit hard communicating.
