He gave me options to fix it and also noted that my unit had to be around 20 years old and that it should be about time to replace it. He wasn't pushy and gave me the pros and cons to both options. He said to just let him know and he would take care of it. I ran it by ChatGPT and found the old paperwork and it was indeed 18 years old. ChatGPT recommended everything he did but his quote was more than fair. Adam took care of everything. From permits to selecting units. He knew the pros and cons of each one. Guy is an encyclopedia. His crew showed up and were extremely professional. They didn't leave behind a mess, cleaned up the area better than how they found it, and the quality of the work was super clean. Adam is now my guy. His knowledge expands beyond HVACs and he's a fun guy to chat with. I highly recommend him and I don't leave feedback online very often.
